One of the guards was caught completely by surprised as he was impaled through the chest as the other two tried to dodge. The Mafia leader avoided the attack completely and the second guard was only lightly scratched. "Ha...hahahaha. So this is how you treat the hand who helps you! Misa will know ... and trust me he won't be as lenient as he was now to you or any of your insignificant group!" he shouted as the earth trembled under him. He sent out a kick spin then another kick as spikes of ground flew toward the tree.

"Sir....he's a tree. When could he ever do that?"

"I don't know! get out of here!" he shouted backing up glaring at Zaku furiously for the death as the other guard moved to follow him.

The girl screamed in surprised "Let me go thou dreadful flower... " she gasped in pain before she was thrown, slamming into the wall across the street leaving an indention in the wall as she dropped to the ground motionless.

The other two tried to escape, the guard pushing the other into an alleyway before being stabbed himself, poison slowly seeping from his body burning up that root. The Mafia member shouted in anger, running right back out and slamming up more spikes of dirt up toward the tree. "Die!" He shouted as a few brave souls, obviously meta peered out and shouted, electricity, fire, rubber all were aimed at Zaku just as the Mafia member was pierced by another root. "b*****d ...." he coughed. "You did it now... you'll all be gone now. Gaia' wrath will be on you"

In the momentary silence the sound of battle could be heard in the distance, only a faint haze cloud of dust barely reaching past the roofline could be seen from Zaku's vantage point as more and more metas came out obviously infuriated by what they just saw.

The tree's spoke softly of a battle between human and meta between the lines of the city's where human and meta fought for land.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Zaku, none of the metas that came out, not even more Mafia members that appeared to help. Zaku was completely out of control and seems to have the luck of Gaia on his side as he made a swath in the incoming metas and walked into Main Street. Zaku could see quite a few church's placed up in worship to Gaia before the whole panoram changed. Ahead of him buildings were toppled and there was heavy fighting between pocket groups of humans without any type of uniform at alll and a few with the markings of the fox and Mafia members all around.

In between them was a familiar six winged meta in a Mafia uniform raising shields and shadowing around to attack, in protection of one person. This person was not Mise but a purple haired girl was was fighting back against the humans and shouting orders.

As the tree came into view she shouted to put the humans between them and keep fighting.

Tri was in the air, staring at the tree at it approached when he dove to attack it only to get plucked out of the air and...carried away?! He struggled without a word, his eyes were blank as he neither showed panic or fear.

The girl looked up and cursed "Tri, destroy the tree!!!" She shouted, her voice barely carrying but it carried well enough in the earpiece. Tri started struggling as a being made of light rose up beside him and started trying to slash into the wood as some people shot at him from both sides even so it was less as he moved away.

The girl yelped and went flying back along with a good chunk of fighters from both sides. Tri struggles increased the moment Shem went flying the being made of light continued to attacked the Tree. At some point he switched from light to lightning, trying to zap Zaku multiple times.

Other figthers continued to shoot at the Tree as well until he was out of range. As he left the girl was being carried away and everything was being reorganized.

Tri didn't seem to hear him as he stared forward blankly, tears dropping from his eyes to mix with theblood from the gunshot wounds he received. All the while struggling and attempting to hurt him with light and lightning as if he had no care for anything else other then tha, with each moment his struggled and power became less and less.

Of the people from the fight only one person followed, a blonde haired man wearing the same outfit as Tri, Mafia. "Hey! ...FE FI FOE FUM I DON'T THINK YOU HAVE A BUM ZAKU! "" a familiar voice shouted as he tried to make his way closer to the tree.

"Oh ho! Traitors! How fun!" Another familiar voice said as Blaise landed on the roof of a building and grinned at the tree. "Hi kindle "

Balise laughed with glee dropping at the last moment as Zaku's arm passed over her before bounding right back to her feet. "So slow, come on don't make this boring. Who are you anyways? " she grinned as her hands burst into fire and sent two fire balls flying toward Zaku's canopy. "Your one of them aren't you. Well they can have him back, he needs to suffer then die for what he did to Echo .or he can just die with you. Both are good " she laughed taking wing.

Tri ignored her too, continuing to slash into the wood with light even if it was completely ineffective. Fire catch on his wings and slowly started to expand quickly as he cried out.

Sol stopped just out of reach and scratched his head. "Okay..... uh. Are you trying to suicide again?"

" OH s**t! ZAKU?!" Blaise's grin faded as she stared at the burning muse and cursed, flying back down she grabbed the fire on Zaku and pulled it away but left the one on Trisuri.

Trisuri thrashed in his grasp then stopped or at least held still for a moment gasping in pain as the fire started to burn at his wings and back. "Za..ku" he said full of pain as it turned cold, cold enough that the fire flicked and died within seconds. He reached up to hug Zaku back shaking from the pain both physical and emotional.

Sol moved closer, eyes narrowing slightly as he recognized the other fire user but she was helping instead of hurting. He held back watching and waiting to see wat happened.

"..... Look Zaku.....he has to die. He started this whole war..." she said with an annoyed frown.
