Sayo looked him over, "Are you sure you don't need to sit down? It looks like you are going to faint." she pulled him in for a hug. Now that she wasn't feeling the pains, she could concentrate. As long as she pressed that little red button from time to time.

Sayo laughed, "You're the nervous one? I'm about to push out a human being from my body." her eyes sparkled as she smiled at him. She pressed the button. No more pain.

Smiling back, he sighed rubbing his head agreeing with her."Yeah true..i can imagine the pain but im pretty sure it's something you cant forget."

A few hours later... The pain was becoming more intense, even though she had pain meds. When the doctor checked her, she said, "Its time to push." Sayo lifted her legs up high, splitting them open, she held on to her legs. When she felt the need to push, she bore down hard. Lot of screaming, pushing, sweat and blood happened

Holding her hand down looking at her in his concern as she pushed he pat her hand soothing her though the pain was rough.

Sayo squeezed his hand tight. Like, super tight. She was afraid of breaking his hand but she didn't concentrate on that now. "Here's the head." said Dr. Keller, "Keep pushing Sayo!" she encouraged. Sayo continued to push.

Dealing with her hand crushing as she pushed he swallowed his pain it was okay she needed his support more then anything and he didnt dare to let go, The head was out now so at least the progress was being made.

A few more minutes of pushing and the baby is finally out. "Its a girl!" said the doctor Sayo looked down at herself as the baby was placed on her chest. She was covered in gross stuff but it didn't matter. She held her as best she could and looked up at Cain. She was at a loss for words as she cried with happiness. "No time for rest, the next one will be along shortly." the doc said Sayo blinked a few times as the baby girl was taken away to be examined, "Wh-What? Another one? I don't understand. Tell me what is going on!" she was frantic, jaw dropped surprised "You know its twins, right?"

Looking at his little girl he smiled to soon being in utter shock at the next one to be birthed. He almost felt he was gonna faint in his excitement."NEXT ONE?! wait--"

There was no time to absorb this new information, "Cain! We can't handle two!!!" she screamed as she started pushing again.

After the pushing this time around, out came a boy, "Its a boy!" said the doctor. Sayo was exhausted and had to turn her head and shut her eyes. She felt the little boy on her. She didn't have enough energy to look at him, but she did smile.
