 Jinkotsu finished eating quickly. "You people never worry about much do you?" He asked them. "I mean here we are eating at a table as if nothing is wrong just outside of the gate." He added. "Do you not see that as a sort of slap in the face to the others who didn't make it?" He asked. "Do you not honor your dead? What about Jackson and Setsuna?" He asked. "Did you make sure they wouldn't come back as those freaks?" He asked. He stood up. "What about how they died?" He asked. "Did you even try to figure out how it happened?"

 "How do you know those names? We never mention those names to you....cept for maybe setsuna on the bus." He said as he looked up at Jinkotsu.

"I ran into a zombie that was wearing a school uniform and had a sword strapped to his hip. I found it odd that Zombies were starting to use weapons so I killed it." Jinkotsu explained. "Since it was alone I decided to check it for anything useful. What I found was his wallet with a picture of a younger Mina and his ID. Jackson was only a year younger than me and lived in the apartment building four doors down from my own." He told them. "When we were younger I actually helped him with a bit of swordsmanship. I lost track of him during highschool and wouldn't you know that one of the first few zombies I run into after I got back in town this week was him." He added. "Had I known he was running with all of you I would have sought him out to keep him level headed and safe. I heard Mina mention him once on the bus while she was cuddling with Subaru. Which I might as well point this out now sense you two are somewhat dense to this fact." He explained further. "I find it weird that Subaru is always doing what she says, and how he seems to want to please her more than anything else." He told Jeran. "Of course I have no proof that points to him doing anything wrong."

"Hmm...I try to ignore the now ended world around me. I know that if i let it get to me i will lose what sanity i have. Like for instance...the bodies we saw when we came in.....among them....was my father." He said as he continued eating.

"So you shut everything out around you?" Jinkotsu asked. "Even your friends and family?" He added. "If that's so I may have just found somebody colder than I am." He told Jeran. "At least I let myself mourn over the passing of those close to me."

"I am not heartless. I care for them and mourn for them tho i do not show it. I will protect everyone in this group with my life." He said as he finished eating. "Including Mina." He said.

"You do what you want." Jinkotsu told him. "As for me I'm going to find out how Jackson let himself get swarmed." He told Jeran. "I've known him almost my entire life and I know he was smarter than that. He was one that thought out everything and did only what would save everybody." He explained. "So if he truly loved that girl right there than as his true friend I'll lay my life down to make sure she is safe, but I can't say that I like how things ended." He told them. "Something isn't right about his death and if Mina isn't going to try to find out what happened then that only leaves me. I'm sorry to bring up a sensitive subject like that, and one day I know you'll forgive me." He said with a bow. He looked Mina in the eyes with a firey determination he barely showed anybody.

 ...Mina ... Mina shook her head and got up from the table with her lost of appetite. Reason why I can't go and figure out how Jack died is because this guy point at Jeran Won't allow me to go on my own. I asked Setsuna and Jeran as to why he died so quickly. However, you don't know that I feel very ill and passed out when the incident occurred. So I don't know what really what happened. So go on and find his body, examine it, do whatever you want...just don't bring his name around me until Ive recovered for his death. Also..I know damn well that they're zombies outside, I personally don't want to keep that on my mind everyday. My emotions cannot be held inside because of them. I don't want to my heart to be covered in stone. Mina said as she walked away from the table and walked back to her bedroom.

Jinkotsu frowned a bit. "You stopped her Jeran?" He asked the man. He just shook his head. He left the room to go find Mina. "Hey can I talk to you for a few minutes?" He asked her softly.

Jeran quickly went up after Jinkotsu and pulled him away from Mina's door "Excuse me." He said to Mina through her door. He moved Jinkotsu down the hall a bit then. "You ask a lot of questions. You question our sanity but we have our reasons. I stopped her because i was protecting her. If i had known at the time that Jackson was being swarm i would have helped him but i had no idea where he was cause i was helping Mina into the vehicle. Setsuna was the only one who saw Jackson before he fell. Setsuna died differently. He sacrificed himself to protect us. If you have any more questions then ask me. Go ahead but do not put all those questions on Mina. She has enough trouble as it is." He said breathing.

Jinkotsu pulled out of his grip. "The questions I have right now are ones only she can answer because she was closer to Jackson than the rest of you." He said as he his his eyes. "If I'm right about this then she can tell me if he changed or not." He added coldly before walking back down the hall.

...Mina ... Mina had her bedroom door open when Jinkotsu was coming back. She was on her bed cuddling all of the stuffed animals around her and almost pasted out Mmh..so soft and cute..nothin and take me away from them.. she said as she held a kitty plushie and cuddled her head in more.

Subarus theme: Last Engage With everything that happened subaru just walked outside and took out his greatsword, looking at the greatsword he thought about everything jinkotsu said. After thinking about it he walked inside and looked upstairs, seeing the trio upstairs he just went to the living room and sheathed his greatsword. OOC:

Jinkotsu walked into Minas' room without bothering to knock. "Tell me something Mina." He said softly before moving closer to her. "What was Jackson like before he died?" He asked her with a single tear rolling down the left side of his face. "Did he love you, and you him?" He asked. He took out his sword and placed them on the ground pointing out into the hallway. He then placed his forehead on the ground in between them. "I beg of you please tell me what he was like the few days before he died." He finally said after a minute of being face down on the ground.
