"Sheryl said it's needs to be cleaned, so I'm replacing it for the moment." However he set it aside and squeezed out the rag. He started to wipe her face, then stopped looking uncomfortable. "Ur... did you want to or do you mind me doing it?" he asked.

Lark groaned taking the rag from him. "Turn around." she commanded she turned her back on him and finished cleaning herself. "and no pecking." she said over her should as she finished before taking the towel he brought and dried herself off and tying up her hair. "Ok you can turn around now." she said once she felt presentable. "By the way you didn't answer my questions."

Devon waiting patiently til she was done, staring at the wall. Once she was done he answered her question. "I wasn't planning on a story. Not good at making any up. I could find one. Or tell you something else. Scary memory, or just... whatever," he said with a shrug.

Devon looked his eyes. "I'd it makes more sense, since I'm a werewolf." Then he answered her question. "My temper get shorter the closer the moon get and my appetite picks up. Besides that I don't think there's anything. I'm quite controlled." he said with a grin, sitting down beside her.

"Doesn't make much sense to me because you are a werewolf." Lark countered holding his hand. "So does that mean you crave human meat around that time am I in danger of getting eaten."

Devon snorted. "Human flesh. Yea, Because humans are delicious." he said with sarcasm. "We're part wolf. That means steak. Cow, deer, that occasional rabbit. Much more appetizing." he said. "So, no. You are in no danger of getting eaten. Only new werewolves and the moon-crazed crave any meat they can get."

"Ha.Ha Very funny I was just asking because if you remember I was almost eaten by a werewolf and I guess the fact that you do eat rabbit means that's off the list for a nice little pet for me to take care of because now I know that just like a cat you or someone else would eat up." Lark punched his arm playfully bruising her hand a bit in the process even though she didn't show it, it must have been the weakest punch ever more like a tickle to him than anything

Devon chuckled. "I'm sure we can find some pet for you if you wanted one." He grinned has he punch her. But he felt like he should clear up that first statement she made. "The were who took you was moon-craved. Completely over-taken by his blood lust. There aren't many like that. Most are put down."

"But what about stopping you or someone else from eating it, I mean I'm living with wolves and if I have a small animal in a cage and someone finds it and their hungry that's like giving the said wold dinner on a silver platter. And I was only asking because I didn't know that at the time I thought werewolves would eat a human like you would a deer but I understand now but your cravings are what had worried me for a second.

"I won't eat your pets. I have control. And you don't just eat animals from peoples houses. It brings too much attention. It's not like are uncontrollable around pets. I believe Henry has a couple of guinea pigs. Loves them to death." he chuckled. "It's actually kinda funny. He won't eat rabbit or squirrel either. They're too cute, he says."

"Well at least I can count on two of you not to eat my pet but a cat is out and a dog because you would get territorial with it and you two would fight so something small hmm." Lark said deep in thought smiling at the thought."And Henry is right rabbits are cute, would you still be up for a modeling gig or now that I live with you is that out of the window." Lark asked coming out of deep thought.

Devon face palmed. "I don't get territorial with dogs. It's a dog. Not a major threat." he grumbled. "So, it's settled. I'll buy you a rabbit." With that he sighed and gave her a look as she brought up modeling. "That depends. Do I have to shift, or just sit in a certain position for you."

Lark laughed at his expression and the face palm he could be very funny when he wanted to be she wished he would be like that more often but she knew that was unlikely. But she smiled anyway and hugged him tightly. "Oh thank you, It will be the best birthday present ever, and what would you say if I said both but more one than the other." Lark said shyly
