“this was part of why i didnt tell you because now you’re going to treat me just like anyone else who has found out. like your afraid that im going to shatter into a million pieces.” he said exasperated, he didnt even know what he wanted anymore, but he hadnt wanted to tell tony. It wasnt fair of him not to, but he hadnt wanted to all the same, he was going to be that kid now. the one who he didnt even dare to hold his hand because he was afraid… bruce hated being treated like that… he just… he wanted somewhere in the middle. “ive ruined this date.” he mumbled into his knees, “i understand if you dont want to ever talk to me again.”
Tony tried to evaluate the situation very hard. Bruce had been okay up until the point where things had started to get... well, a little sexual. The 17-year old sat beside him and carefully peeled one of his hands from where it was clutching his knee. He threaded their fingers and spoke softly, "If I ever make you uncomfortable, tell me to screw off," he repeated, "but if you ever need someone to hold onto... tell me that too, okay?"

Bruce looked up, “so… you’re not going to break up with me because im the worst excuse for a teenage boy to ever exist?” he asked looking at tony trough his lashes still kindof nervous he had ******** everything up…
Tony smirked. "Not hardly." He squeezed Bruce's hand and gave him a little kiss on the cheek, glad he'd lifted his head from his knees.

Bruce pretty much lauched himself at his boyfriend at that point, though he wouldnt use the word launch…. but that was what he did. he ended up landing on top of him, head slamming onto his chest. “that wasnt as graceful as i wanted” he said, rubbing his head where he felt like a bump was forming, “are you wearing a bulletproof vest or something?” he asked laughing and fixing himself so that he was resting his head on tony’s much more comfortable shoulder. “I love you.”
Tony was completely off-guard by the glomp. "Whoooa-- oof!" he got out as he landed with Bruce on top of him. He laughed and avoided that question, instead wrapping his arms around the other boy's middle to cuddle him close. "I love you too. Guess your rib must be feeling a lot better, huh, bookworm?" he asked, lifting his head to nuzzle his nose on Bruce's.

“high pain tolorance” he replied, it kindof happens… you get used to broken bones after a while and they dont hurt as much he thought to himself not mentioning that part cause it was a little too depressing. He took a deep breath, “i dont think ive ever told anyone that before… not even jess.” he said running his fingers in lazy circles on tony’s arm
Tony nodded to that knowingly-- going through a month of different tortures under his captors had kind of put other ordinary painful experiences into perspective for him as well, but he didn't say as much. He stroked Bruce's back soothingly. "Thank you for telling me," he said sincerely.

“Well i couldnt very well just freak out every time you touched me could i?” he asked leaning up to press a kiss to tony’s cheek, “are you sure you’re okay with this…?” he asked because there were a lot of people where this would be the deal breaker. God knows there were a lot of things in this relationship that could have been a dealbreaker and tony hadnt left yet… but you never knew what would be the last straw.
Tony hmm'd, looking up at the sky above as he held Bruce. "What, you mean not having sex?" He shrugged. "I think it's more important that you feel comfortable than I get laid. What kind of boyfriend would I be if I made you do something you didn't want to do?" That probably sounded entirely too reasonable for a 17-year old boy. Yes, he'd pressured a girl or two into sleeping with him in the past, but to his knowledge, none of them had been raped or traumatized. He continued to stroke the younger teen's back. The side of his lip twisted into an impish smile. "Besides, we've got... options."

bruce smiled. leaning over to kiss his boyfriend. “im glad i dont have to hide anything from you.” he said smiling and hugging his boyfriend closer. “and i dont know how i managed to find someone so fantastic and understanding but thank you, i mean it really. You are the best boyfriend i could have ever asked for.” he said, yawning. It was a great feeling knowing that someone knew all of your flaws, or at least all of the really big ones and that they loved you anyways. of their own free will. it made bruce feel… well it made him feel loved which oddly enough he didnt feel very often even with his rather big family.
Tony just smiled hearing that. He rubbed Bruce's head, playing with his hair. Hopefully Bruce would return that understanding and acceptance when the tables turned and he showed him his little... quirk. Tony redirected his thoughts. "So, our date isn't completely ruined, now is it? I don't know about you, but I want to check out some celestial objects." He grinned.

“but i have such a great one rright here, in my arms.” he said whining and clinging to his boyfriend. “that was cheesy. im sorry.” he replied kissing his boyfriend happily.
Tony laughed at that, thinking it was cute. "Just for a bit, c'mon," he said, sitting up, but still letting Bruce cling to him (he really didn't mind, after all). He finished setting up the scope and calibrating it, then set the Astronomy book in his lap as he fished his arm around his boyfriend's back. He clicked on the little red flashlight with his other hand. "So, this time a year, we should be able to see..." he began to search the index.

Bruce curled into tony, looking at the book settled on his knees. “ooh what can we see…what can we see?” he asked excited, feeling his phone buzz in his pocket. “ugh, overprotective cousins.” he said fishing it out of his pocket. -are you ever coming home- he laughed at the text. “i think they think you’ve kidnapped me.” he said replying something about how he didnt have a cerfiew and how alex should get off his back because it was like eight pm, and she had come back at like 3 am before.
"Are you sure I haven't?" Tony joked. One thing was for sure, he wouldn't be getting any texts of that nature; he never had. He supposed that ought to make him happy (who /wanted/ naggy family members who told them to come home or to be safe?), but for some reason it just didn't. Tony flipped through the book, reading from it, "In the Fall, Pegasus, Perseus and Andromeda make their arrival in the night sky. The dominant constellation is, Pegasus. It can be found by locating the four stars that make up the Square of Pegasus, including the star Sirrah..."

Bruce smiled cuddling his head into tony’s shoulder, “alex says drive safe, she’d be sad if she didnt get to make fun of you for actually being willing to date me.” he said slipping his phone back into his pocket. “that one is my favorite, its bright and twinkely what is it?” he asked smiling and kissing his boyfriend’s cheek.
Tony smirked then (okay, so maybe he was wrong, now he'd get nagged by proxy). "Rude," he said before going back to the book. "Also known as Alpha Andromedae, it is the brightest star in the constellation of Andromeda. It is the northeastern star of the Great Square of Pegasus." The teenager glanced up, looking around to try and find the square their star map depicted.

Bruce grinned, “You’re smart.” he gushed trying to read the map, “alright star map one, bruce zero i dont understand it at all” he laughed, “im pretty sure im giving up now.” he said kissing his boyfriend with a smmile ” ill just let you do it”
"Whatever," Tony laughed disbelievingly. He found the constellation and then the star, orienting the telescope so they could see Sirrah up close. When he finally captured it, he pulled his eye away and motioned at Bruce. "Got it! Look!"

Bruce stared at the star, “wow” he said flooored, “its beautiful.” he said grinning and kissing his boyfriend before pressing his eye back to the lense. “its … wow… i cant believe its so far away.”
"Ninety-seven light-years from earth," Tony read from the book, then laughed. "Yeah, that's kind of far away, isn't it?" He sat back and admired his boyfriend's awe and enjoyment with a smile.

Bruce grinned, “as if i havent said it allready, i love you, and this is the best date ever.” he said grinning and wrapping his arms around his boyfriends neck. “thank you.” he said situating himself between his boyfriend and the telescope, which caused him to be pretty much sitting on tony’s lap, arms tangled around his shoulders.
The 17-year old licked his lips. "No problem," he said distractedly, trying really hard not to think about their current position if they weren't wearing clothes. The thought made him realize just how hard it was going to be for him to keep things... well, for lack of better term, PG. Tony ran his palms over the tops of Bruce's thighs.

Bruce smiled hugging his boyfriend closer, “i love you. id i haven’t said that enouugh today just tell me when you get sick of it.” Bruce grinned happily, kissing his boyfriend cautiously.
"You miiight be waiting awhile on that, cute-stuff," Tony chuckled, sifting his fingers through Bruce's hair as they kissed again.

“will i now?” he asked, laughing tightening his arms around his boyfriends shoulders, grinning. “you’re beautiful.” he said smiling pressing his nose to his boyfriend’s gleefully.
Tony snorted a laugh through said nose. "Suuure I am," he replied sarcastically. He let himself fall backwards onto the blanket and took Bruce with him, wrapping his arms around him. "It's getting chilly," he noticed, pulling the long sleeves that were bunched up around his elbows down to his wrists to cover his goosebumping skin.

Bruce grinned, pressing his lips to tony’s again. “you are, really… inside and out.” he said smiling, “there’s a reason i love you. and it has more to do with the inside than it does with the outside.” he said not sure wither he should lie down next to tony or keep his position on top of him.” should i … lie down over there, or am i good here…?” he asked figuring his judgement had been pretty off lately and he should just ask. He looked around trying to figure out where he had put tony’s sweatshirt but he couldnt find it.
"Stay," Tony said insistently, holding him tighter and nuzzling into him for warmth. He considered Bruce's words. "You really mean that whole... 'beautiful on the inside'... thing?"
