 He who dares__________________________Eric nodded. "Gotcha," he replied. It might be the mixture of cat and demon. Those two by themselves could upset most dogs. Past experiences could be a lot of things, but he was already peppering her with questions, so he didn't want to pry further. "I think you'll fit in well here," he assured her. Of course, he as cheating slightly by knowing the future -or the potential one - but hey, it was true. WINS

Still holding Shira's hand, Atticus stood before the door and knocked on it. "Dara is one of your oldest and closest friends, you two practically grew up together. He who dares__________________________Eric was about to say something else to Emma when he heard a knock on the door. He got up and walked over to the door, opening it to see Atticus and Shira standing there. He remembered that Shira had lost her memory and wondered if she had gotten it back. "Hey guys! How's things? How's the kids?" Eric asked with a grin as he stepped back to allow them in. He wondered if Atticus had changed back either, remembering his sudden mood change during the mission. WINS

Sighing at Eric's remark, Atticus walked into the house, with Shira, right behind him, "There are no kids, Shira. He was just joking." he sated, not wanting to confuse even more than she already was. Walking into the house, Atticus was greeted by Emma, the demon girl that they had fought alongside with in the past, laying out on the floor. He who dares__________________________Eric nodded, barely suppressing a laugh at Shira's confusion. He was tempted to pull out the joke a little more by saying "But there will be," but thought better of it. She was probably confused enough with everything as it was. Though clearly she hadn't gotten her memory back. He figured it wouldn't be that easy, although perhaps all it would take was time. He hoped so. He looked over at Atticus as they sat down on the couch. "Emma, I don't know if you actually got introduced to them or not, but this is Shira, the Grim Reaper's daughter and Atticus, her Weapon. Guys, this is Emma the demon hybrid." He didn't know whether or not he should refer to Atticus as the "King of Demons" still, since a lot had happened and he had no idea what Atticus's feelings on it were at the moment. "Fair enough," he told Atticus. "But how about you? Are you...feeling okay?" He asked, wondering what had come over Atticus during the mission and if he had reverted to his old self or not. WINS

He had already figured that she was from a different time when they were all sent to the past and based on her age and knowledge she showcased during their battles, she was definitely from the future and meaning that she was not from their time or the past, but he would keep this to himself. He figured that the others would make this assumption as well, well Eric probably has. Hearing Eric, Atticus looked towards him and smirked, knowing that there was a deeper meaning behind his words, "If you are referring to how I handled the mission, then I am perfectly fine and I still hate violence, if that is what you want to know." ✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾

He who dares__________________________Eric's expression didn;t change when he heard Atticus's response. He'd been prepared for such an answer, though he was of course disappointed. "I see," he said simply. With Shira's memory gone, Atticus refusing to fight in general and Michi not having a Weapon, their team's effectiveness would be greatly reduced. They'd be much more vulnerable right now in the event of an enemy attack. He folded his arms, rubbing his chin with one hand as he thought. How would they pull themselves back together? WINS

"There is something that else that I figured you all might want to know." he began. "It turns out that the being we fought, known as Kain and myself, are the same person." he said, showing little reaction to his words. "After Kain was killed, somehow, Divine was able to craft a body and place his soul inside it, but the side-effect of doing so, resulted in a being born without any memories or knowledge, a blank slate. That being was me." Atticus looked at Shira then, "It seems that all of my memories and experiences were nothing but lies. Implanted in my mind by Divine himself.
