MichiokoXIII *Mercy giggled and covered her mouth quickly for she didn't mean to laugh outloud. Noticing she did she quickly tried to explain.* "I think you are both wrong the past is best left forgotten...... or pushed aside. That way you don't have to think about it." *She shrugged her shoulders and stared bluntly at Lady Death for so many times they seemed to argue about her child like asspects but she still believed her way was the best alternative.* She looks at Mercy then back out at the club "Give yourself a few more centuries or even a few thousand years Mercy dear. You may not feel that way, though most vampires here, now adays have it easyer than I did. So most donot know what I am talking about." She finished the blood in her glass and set it down on the bar

*Mercy jumped up and retrieved her cup. Walking over she refilled it with more blood them handed it back to her smileing.* "See I have this whole workign thing down!" *She giggled again and hopped back up on the bar crossing her legs not careing them hem of her dress pulled up.* "Miss..... I'm happy i haven't had it hard. I'm really am sorry you did but then again me saying that probably makes you think i am feeling sorry for you, that's not the case though. I am sorry that you had to go through so much to be who you are today.'' *She put her hands on the bar and leaned over.* "I like who you are so I, in a sence am happy that you have overcome your hardships.... ya know?" *she tilted her head sideways and smiled her eyes twinkling.*

*Mercy shrugged and stood up.* "But then you wouldn't be you, stupid, and who would like you then?" *She flashed a grin around her shoulder and winked at her then turned around and sighed.* "Ya know this place has seemed kinda dead lately...." *She picked up a bottle of whiskey and took a big guilp from it looking at the door.* "People just don't appriciate the uses of alcohol thses days...."

*Mercy stood on top of the bar with her arms crossed and biting her bottom lip. She sighed heavily wondering if it was time she shu down.* "Dammit" *She plopped down not careing she was in a dress consdiering no one was present she looked towards the door. It sucked so much that as soon as she gained ownership people decided they didn't need alcohol anymore.*

*Mercy looked up sweeping her extremely long brown hair behind her shoulder. She looked around twelve years old sitting on the bar like that.* "No It's still open if you woudl like it" *She smiled sweetly and took a sip of scotch from her glass.*

Athame's chuckle was warm but, somehow, had an undercurrent of the kind of evil that seduces you into itself.
"Not a problem, Mercy." Her smile somehow enhanced the effect. "I have a couple of friends I can talk to who can probably liven things up here."
"After all," Athame batted her eyes at Mercy with mock innocence. "Why should you have all the fun?" wink
Athame took a long sip from the coffee mug she'd brought in with her...

Athame glanced at Mercy over her dark black glasses.
"Didn't you even look at my profile?" She asked, surprised. "I left it out where anybody could read it."

"I wanted to make sure that nobody had any questions about my qualifications as a bouncer here." Athame grinned.
Somehow the grin wasn't exactly friendly, but it wasn't threatening either.
