Colette's hand pulled out of the loose grip Avery had, waving at spiro as he approached, causing her to flinch and pull it to her chest. "Hello!" she smiled happily, rubbing at each eye with her uninjured hand before letting it sit atop the other. She didn't have anything else to say.. so she just resorted to smiling dumbly at him, completely forgetting about the dragon.
Arafel stopped in her tracts, drawing her attention back to him and giving a short wave, almost dropping what she had been carrying. "Look a almost perfectly good tv!" she flipped the object around to show the unharmed glass. It actually looked in good condition, other than the seaweed setting ontop of it.

Avery wasn't really paying attention to much else, other than blankly staring at the dragon, but when Colette pulled her hand from his, he remembered that he had been doing something rather important. He spun around, and saw Spiro, and waved. "Hey, Spiro! You got any bandaids? Colette got a scratch, it's all dirty... Mom says you're supposed to clean it with soap and water... but..." he trailed off, not knowing what to do to solve this. The only thing he could do was go get an adult.
Alida blinked as she was patted on the head, and then abruptly left alone. She sighed, a bit diappointed, she'd wanted to play with the baby a little more. Oh, well, I have work to do anyway. At least the beach looks nicer than it did this morning... She walked over to the next peice of rubble and worked at getting it over to the dumpster.
Sybil nodded solemnly, and said, "Hello, Yuki. You're friends with my big brother, right?" She was talking about Ritsu. If he wasn't friends, and had come here to terrorize her brother (which, sadly, was easy to do) she was ready to defend him. But she didn't get bad vibes, so she thought he was safe to be around. She crept a bit closer.
Ritsu stayed quiet, waiting for Sybil and Yuki to get to know each other a little bit. He didn't want to ruin anything if they decided they liked each other, so he just contented himself with being grateful for the rest from working. Why is she staring so much? I know she likes to, but... She's usually a little more discreet about it. He played with a small peice of driftwood in the sand while he thought about it.
Rime had finally waded into the water, and reached the couch, which she began to drag towards the shore. It was water-logged and probably useless, but if it could be dried out, it was a very nice couch. Not surprising, considering where it had come from.
She got onto dry land and it took more effort to move the couch, so she stopped dragging it, and bodily lifted it from the water and set it a few feet on land. Water gushed from it's padding, eventually slowing to rivulets that made their way back to the ocean.
She shouted, to anyone who cared to listen, "Anyone want a couch?" Her voice was deeper than usual, with a rumble on the lower tones, but it was somehow still feminine.

The halfbreed's expression grew somewhat thoughtful, and then he came to a stand at their side, rummaging through one of his pockets in a curious way.. And then he pulled out four bandaids and two of those little hand-sanitizing wipes that Hatori had given him since the doctor-in-training couldn't come, and because the little guy often got himself hurt because of his clumbsiness. "Here..." There was a red, a blue, a purple and a green.. Those were the kinds Freize liked to buy. Colored bandages fascinated him.. And then he picked up one of the little packages holding the wipes, tucking it back in his pocket.. Hatori said to clean it real good with those before putting the bandaid on or it would get infected... So, Colette would need one, but he could keep one. Right?.. Eh... He hoped he did the math right, simply waiting now for Colette to pick a color, gaze drifting calmly between her and Avery.. He was happy to see them, although it didn't show. He liked having people around that didn't hate him... That he didn't hate... Friends. He liked having those for the first time ever. It made him... Not melancholy anymore. And it was easier not to remember when you had friends! That was nice. That was very very nice.
Freize's expression grew thoughtful, and then he gave a small whistle.. "Wow, there most be a hell of a lot of s**t like that around here.." Yes, the only problem with child-friendly 'mutt-boy here, was his natural cursing. He was very careful around the kids, though, although occasionally he might let some slip.. That was the language he grew up using- well, curse-ridden English and fluent Latin and Dutch.. And some Japanese, as well... But he doubted speaking clean Latin or Dutch or Japanese would get anything across to the kids very well.. He looked over towards Rime, seeming completely unphased by her appearance, "Eh... A couch..?" Then he remembered he was rather far from her, and shifted from foot to foot before hollering back, "AH, NO THANKS." He coughed somewhat and cleared his throat. He didn't like yelling so much... He didn't need a couch, right? Naw, 'course not. Not now, anyways... Maybe he would later... The couches at his place seemed fine, though... Hm... And then he simply let it go and went rummaging about for some kind of junk that he might want to keep.

Avery grinned. "Wow, that's great, Spiro! You're ready for anything, ain't'cha?"
He winced when the dragon bellowed, but he thought he caught a familiar tone in the voice, and he whirled, looking completely aghast, and going a little pale.
"...Mom..?" He choked out quietly, just about the quietest and most still he'd ever been. He was standing with his feet spread out, and his hands at his hips, like he was getting ready for an old west showdown.
Sybil ignored the sounds of people shouting, and continued her slow creep towards Yuki, still staring. Ritsu laughed kind of nervously, and waved a hand at her a little. "Sybil... you'll scare him... please... please don't do that."
She looked at him and shrugged, but stopped, for the moment at least.
Alida had reached the dumpster, and was now working at shoving it up the ramp that Arafel had so nicely provided, and it was working well.
Now I only have to do this several thousand more times, and the beach should be good as new. She thought drily, as the rubble tumbled from the top of the ramp and she dusted her gloves off on each other.
She paused to turn around and take a look at the beach, and her eyebrows about flew into her hairline. Her mom... had transformed? But why? She never did that! Weird. I'll have to ask her about that later...
Rime rumbled deeply, and shrugged her wings. So no one wanted it, she'd let it dry out, and see if it was salvagable. She began to look around for anything else that was large enough to be worth her time, and her gaze settled on a large spire of rock rising into the air. Normally it would take a crane and a lot of pulling to get it out, but Rime was certain she could handle it.

Yuki seemed to pale at the nearing girl. He imdediatly started crawling back wards. Somehow still sitting and providing a rather humorous action. He had a look comparable to one of a rat having just been cornered by a cat. He felt the same as well.
He gulped a bit, trying to relax himself. He was probably one of the most scared to poof of the whole group. Atleast that showed it, Hatori was probably simmaler. But that was because he liked to be able to breath. Yuki's was because he'd be beaten if he transformed... or hurt in some other way.
"Hai.. We're friends." he confirmed. They hadn't really been before, but he never would have purpously terorized the boy even then.
Colette blinked, letting her hand open back up with a flinch and the other debate between colors. She finally landed on blue. "Is this okay..?" she took it slowly. Just incase he'd say no, before sitting herself down with the bandaid and hand-wipe. She set them both on the ground infront of her, opening the wipe and carefully trying to clean the wound without hurting herself too much. After a bit of wiping at it and a few flinches she dubbed it good enough and discared the bloodied cloth-thing.
She carefully tried to get the bandaid open, face scrunching in concentration. She fumbled with it for a moment before frowning. Hm.. she couldn't seem to get it open. Arafel allways tended to her everytime she fell and hurt herself, she could do it herself with both hands.. but not with just one. But.. what now? Oh dear.
Arafel blinked, nodding and setting the TV amongst a small pile of other things she had found. Luckally she had gotten just a few feet away from it, so her setting it down where she had planned wouldn't seem rude. "Mhmm." she nodded, turning back to him. Suddenlly stumbling as Akira decided to jerk to one side to try to knock her over or.. something. God only knew wha the were-pup was doing.
Akira started squirming mor ethan normal, a different kind. Signalling he wanted down. His legs were starting to fall asleep and he didn't like it one bit.
Arafel blinked, unclipping the pack and carefully sliding him around to her front so she could sed the carrier down and let him out to crawl around the reletivly clean part of the beach they were at. Afterall she had allready been here, and created a nice stack of crap with a small bit of ruble beside it reading "Arafel's junk, don't throw away! <3"

Alida dusted off her hands after depositing another chunk into the bin, and then turned to look at their progress. They'd been here most of the day, and it showed, at least in patches. The beach wasn't clean, not by any stretch of the imagination, but there was more sand visible than there had been in the morning.
She noticed Arafel letting the baby down, and watched for a moment, wondering if she could take a break and go play with him... he was such a cute one...
She sighed. She better ask Arafel if it was okay, first. So she trotted over to the woman, and tried to figure out how to get her point across.
She came up with writing in the sand, if it was flat and there was a stick.. or she could use her finger... Wonderful, Alida, that's the best you can come up with? I bet she'd figure it out if you pantomimed. She's smart.
She reached Arafel, and bit her lip, glancing over at the baby once more. She waited until she had Arafel's attention, and then tilted her head questioningly, as she pointed at herself, and then the Akira. She smiled hopefully.

Marfa ran into the park and grabbed a garbage bag, instatly begining to clean up all the garbage with Sarah as help. Lester just stood there, his arms crossed and pressed to his chest and he leaned on a tree, watching them, "ppff! Look at them, getting themselfves dirty for nothing, it will get dirty again and again! Theres not point in it really. . ." He thought aloud and shook his head plus stuck his tounge at Marfa who invited him to help, he hatted that mutt, he couldn't belive Sarah liked her, well ofcourse, Marfa was half animal and she adored animals. Sarah might be useful in my world domination plans though thought Lester smirking a bit.
As Lester stuck his tounge out at her Marfa tried to think of something to make him help them with cleaning up Gaia, he heard what he just said a quite agreed but everything had to be kept clean anyway. Marfa quickly thought of something and then called out, "Hey! Lester! I heard before that this place was a wonderful field of rare ambrosian flowers, but when the garbage came they all died out. . . maybe you should help us restore them?" and Instantly Lester grabbed a can and began helping them with it.

Arafel blinked, looking as the girl came up to her. She followed to where she was pointing Akira.. right? and then herself. She gave a dumb look for a moment, wracking her brain to figure it out so she didn't look like an idiot. "Akira..and you? You want to see Akira?" maybe she was pointing at the stuff.. The woman stepped aside anyways "Sure, have fun. Careful.. I think he's teething."
Akira blinked, looking up at the woman who he had dubbed in his own mind "the lady with the bright green hair." Akira grinned and made a sharp dog-like noise in excitment. His ears and tail seemed to pop out of nowhere. The new tail wagged as he sat there, rather sure she'd come to him. If she didn't he'd go pounce her..but she was bigger than the normal people he pounced.

The little conversation was soon interrupted by a less-than-enthused voice, "Hello." Hatori had stepped up beside Yuki and Ritsu from Kami-sama knows where, bright eyes peering out at them from his arms, a little child happily hanging onto the older male's hair. The dragon shifted, glancing about- Ah... Looks like the other guy he brought along broke off somewhere... Oh well. He probably wouldn't be too far. It wasn't like him to wander off without a reason, so he simply forgot it, demonstrating his patience by the fact he seemed to barely notice the fidgetty child in his arms, looking warily towards the girl near Yuki... "Has anyone seen Freize?" Who knew where that guy could be.. Leaving him with all these kids. The aforementioned 'mutt had begun trodding around a large chunk of rubble that was a bit larger than half his size, and twice his size in width, sizing it up for a moment or two before moving to place his hands on either side of it... He hadn't done any heavylifting for a long while, and although this wasn't really heavy, it might be some work on this terrain... He needed it. He drew in a deep breath, curled in his fingertips, and lifted the heavy chunk of debris.. He took a careful step back, gaze darting back and forth... And then he moved forward carefully, going to dispose of it. See? Nothing too heavy. Maybe for a human, but he wasn't one of those, so he didn't worry about that kind of stuff so often. Spiro nodded, "Yeah, take it." He settled back afterwards, jamming the rest of the bandages in his pocket, staring down uncertainly towards the floor.. "Guess so.." He didn't really know how to respond to Avery's comment.. Was he ready for anything? Well, maybe, but... Not... Not ANYTHING... But.. Hm, drop it. He glanced curiously back up towards them after a moment or so of his own thoughts. He stepped forward, taking the wrapped bandage without a word and beginning to undo the wrappings- he was used to opening these things, with all the times he ended up hurting himself.. He then took her hand, still silent, taking the bandaid and carefully applying it to the wound. "There..." He nodded, mostly to himself, and then crumpled up the trash in a fist and jammed it in his pocket with the rest of the medical supplies.Souka was wandering about the beach, looking over the rubble in a disdained manner. What a terrible scene... He ended up stumbling into someone familiar, and relaxed as soon as he recognised her. Arafel. He smiled up towards her silently, reaching up to tug at her sleeve. He wasn't one that was known to talk much, but it didn't really matter. The creature was none too bright anyways, so just walking around with his dense smiles and discouraged frowns got across his feelings very well. Alida smiled and made victory sign, which she flashed about momentarily. She looked over at Akira, who suddenly seemed to sprout ears and a tail, and she wished she could squeal out loud. As it is, she moved in his direction to scoop him up and give him a cuddle. He was heavier than she'd thought he'd be, but nothing she couldn't carry.
"Well, I think you are. You don't see us carrying around band-aids, do ya? And cool ones, too!" He bit on the end of his tongue for a moment, rocking back and forth on his heels.
"Colette, is your hand okay now? I suppose we shouldn't get sand in it again..." He wondered what they could do that woulnd't make her hand get dirty. Picking stuff up was out. So was playing in the sand... and the water was both cold, and salty. He sighed noisily, almost out of ideas.
Ritsu about jumped out of his skin at the sound of Hatori's voice, though Sybil didn't flinch in the slightest. But then, she had been facing in the right direction.
"Hatori-san! I'm so sorry I didn't see you come up! I should have been paying more attention, I--"
"Hello." Sybil interrupted him, poking him in the side. She wondered why no one else in her family seemed to know about that.
"Mr. Frieze is here? I didn't see him." She almost seemed ready to pout momentarily, but sighed instead. With her thoughts preoccupied, she started to creep in towards the three of them again. There was just something.... strange about them. She couldn't put her finger on it, and she wanted to know. With all three of them there, it felt even stronger than when it was just Ritsu.

Yuki jumped, just barely. He didn't have much of a problem with people sneaking up on him... it was when they came on frontal that messed with his head. He looked up, smiling just slightly..even though it seemed so distant "Your feeling better?" the boy edged behind hatori, trying to find a bit of protection from this girl that wouldn't back off. It made him nervious... very very nervious. This was good... He'd.. get rid of himself. Bottle his real emotions away, then stuf fit in a safe and throw away the key. He'd become what everyone allways wanted to be... then people would like him, and.. maybe he could like himself.
He coughed softly into a fisted hand... flinching when it upset the rib. Why couldn't he have broken his arm or something... something that coughing wouldn't have affected. He did it so much, as hard as he tried not to. He was suprised... Arafel would take him out with her all the time. She never seemed to worry about him getting weak and transforming... She didn't lock him up inside his room for safety. She...was just wierd.
The were-pup nearly bursted with excitment. He loved love, simple as that. Attention and everything. His tail wagged at 50 mph (not really but you get the idea) as he apparently deciding licking her face was the best thing to do at the moment. He snuggeled down into the cuddle, seemign to calm down enough for that.
Arafel chuckled, watching the two "I'll let you watch him then.." aa.. it was too cute for words. If only she could have a picture... "oh! wait!" she grabbed a camera out of nowhere, as mothers tend to do and snapped a picture, leaving the poor baby blind from the flash. The woman grinned, and set the camera away where she had got it from heading off to pick up more things. She paused, looking at the familiar green child-thing that came up next to her. Her tail gave a single wag as she patted the soulkin on the head with a smile. Her little way of a silent hello back. Something in her made it feel wierd to speak unless spoken to. Yay for new additions to the family. Her two were tucked away some where safe, with chu. Misoka was around here somewhere... Probably in the water.
Colette blinked watching him apply the bandage so easily smiling her usual bright smile "Thankyou!" somehow she meant it as if he had just saved her life, and.. possibly in her eyes he had. Who knows... "Its smart to be well-prepared! So.. Spiro is smart!" she declayred firmly, moving to her feet, getting caught up in Avery's general enthusiasm. "My hand? its fine! see?" she wiggled her fingers as proof, resisting the urge to flinch when it actually hurt. "So.. we should get back to cleaning! So everyone can come back and have fun..." she seemed very sincere about the whole thing.. cleaning it up and whatnot so other people could use it again. Back to the pleasing everyone but herself... Even if it hurt she'd go on. That was all part of being the chosen.. right? She started to go.. but instead found herself falling face first giving a startled yelp before eating sand.
((*shoves misoka in cuz he's cute..* XD)) Misoka was infact in the water. Where he allways was if he could find it... which was why his attire consisted only of swim trunks. Even when they weren't going anywhere near any. He had submerged as far as he dared to go... Hopefully it wasn't deep enough to get himself eaten. He was quite content at the moment... the water was still stirred into a murky fog. So he felt well hidden, which made him feel safe. even if there was some sort of shark out there... The sea-lion shonen boy slunk along the bottum, avoiding creatures and whatnot before picking up a small pipe, hauling it back to the more shallow water. He poked his head out, catching his breath as he dropped tossed the pipe up onto shore. There.. someone should find it now.... and then he wouldn't have to leave the comfort of his sheltered water.
((Hatori's going to become parental.. o__O))

Alida giggled silently as she was suddenly sporting a wet streak on her cheek from Akira's tongue. She turned as Arafel said, "Oh, Wait!" and found herself blinking from sudden spots in front of her eyes from the flash.
Oooh. I shouldn't have looked... I'll just stand here until I can see again. I don't want to trip!
She felt the baby settling down her arms, and she rocked back and forth on her feet as her vision slowly cleared. When she could see again, she looked down at him, and wondered what he would like to do. She'd never played with a baby before.
Arafel had seemed okay with him crawling about, maybe he was old enough to understand hide and seek? Or maybe something else... they could build in the sand. Everyone was old enough (or young enough) for that, right?
She bounced him a little, checking first to see if he even wanted to be let down.

Sybil furrowed her brow slightly. Why did he hide behind the older boy? All she wanted was to get close to understand him more...
Avery slapped his forehead as Colette tripped, and he went over to pick her up out of the sand. "Are you okay, Colette? Didja get sand in your bandaid? That stings, I know. I hope not, 'cause you just got it cleaned out! Maybe we should take it easy for a while?"
He looked over at Spiro, too, to see what he was thinking.
Rime had noticed someone else entering the water and pulling rubble out, and he rumbled a friendly greeting at the boy. "Hello, are you here with someone?" she asked amiably.

((I'll wait on freize fer colette n Yuki o_o or something.))
Akira was rather content either way. Ofcourse he wasn't quite old enough for hide and seek.. just hte younger eqivilent of it. Peek-a-boo. A game in which he quite liked. Ofcourse he liked ever game. He'd never been to the beach before.. so he'd never dug in the sand. But his tail wagged enthusiasticly as he stared at her waiting for what they would do.
The small green boy froze, eyes just barely poking above the water. He stayed frozen for a moment, eyes wide, before darting back under the water, slipping off into the cloudy water. He sighed.. slightly dissapointed with his own reaction. He was just.. too shy. It wasn't right. But people.. or.. whatever that was just made him too nervious. Ofcourse.. he had to slip back up to shore with another load. he did so.. slowly. Trying to make sure to know where the dragon-thing was so he wouldn't be so startled this time... and maybe be able to stay and say something worth while.. he frowned a bit, doing the same thing with the pipes and chucking them to shore.
