the batter stood ready with a small grin which quickly vanished when the first pitch was a strike
Teo shook his head "arrogance..." he murmured as he put the weight away and took a seat on the bench

Rika sat quietly, she caught sight of those girls who promised to come before, she sighed 'better not be seen' she thought

The batter hit the ball straight to the left makinging it a foul ball "damn..." he muttered quietly
Teo smirked slightly "better than a strike out!" he called out to him as he waited for the next pitch

The pitcher smirked as he watched the next batter, he wound up the ball and threw it swiftly again

The batter hit the ball clear over the pitcher's head and started running to first base 'damn damn damn!' was the only thing going through his mind

The pitcher watched it go over, he yelled for the outfield to catch it "Hurry!" he yelled. One guy caught it right after it bounced off the ground, and threw it to first base.
Rika tilted her head "Oh..."

the batter slid to first base the instant after the first baseman cought the ball "you're out!" the umpire called out as the batter walked back
Teo shrugged slightly as he picked up his steel bat and went up to bat 'ok no messing around' he thought with a small smirk as he sttod ready

Teo shut his eyes for a moment as he hit the ball clear passed the outfield. He started running, keeping his eye on the ball as it flew over the fence 'perfect' he smirked as he ran around the bases before coming to home plate.

Teo smiled as he went over to the bench "that's an early lead" he said happily as his teamates pat him on the back
The next batter went up 'curve or fast...' he repeated in his thoughts
