Riaya was too busy listening to her music and ignored hyde. she had nothing against him so she had no objections to him leaving or staying

Riaya pressed her lips together and muttered to karmen "the moar you talk the moar the kishin will beat the s**t outta you... im sure of it...."

Riaya briefly glanced at him "good luck with that..." then she looked at her phone

Devon sat and watched the Kishin speak and sail through the air. He seemed to sense the fear that was in both Kamen and himself, but something was off about him... Devon saw with his soul perception that the man's soul wasn't a kishin's...not exactly, but also not human. This man was something in between the two as if the transformation was forced upon the man and he tried come back to humanity, but he could only make it half way. Just then Kamen spoke about being a meisterless weapon and called the semi-Kishin an "evil being." That seemed to set the man off and he teleported behind Kamen and began sealing him in a box made from his energy. Devon reacted as quickly as the box was forming around his friend and changed his arm into a chain and throwing it towards Kamen wrapping it around his torso then pulling his beanie-loving buddy out of the strange box before it closed.
"Are you ok?" he said to Kamen, who he had pulled next to him. Devon then unwrapped Kamen and changed his arm back to normal. "What do you want with us if you are a Meister and not a Kishin?" Dev said with a firm tone. "A Meister wouldn't be going around attacking weapon,s such as my friend here, just to pick fights. Unless you plan on trying to consume our souls. But then again you aren't a Kishin so you wouldn't consume the souls of new students. We are supposed to be allies." Dev brought his hand up by his face and clenched it into a fist. "If you hate those so-called mindless drones so much why don't you help fight them instead of acting like one?" Devon looked steadfastly into the Kishin-hybrid's eyes unwaveringly. He was afraid at first, but now he acted brave because his friend was being attacked, and he didn't like that.

((@Portable Sushi: Hey I just wanted to tell you that you've been spelling Kamen(Daft_Beat)'s name wrong. You keep putting an "r" into the name and calling him Karmen. I just wanted to let you know his name is Kamen without an "r."))

Kamen was a strong man, but the piercing eyes of a Kishin always struck him to the core. It unsettled him to an extreme, enough where he didn't even notice the trap he was being encased in. By the time he noticed, it was to late. So in a desperate attempt, he began to make his transformation from human to weapon; but is quickly interrupted by a harsh jerk from his waist.

Blinking his eyes with the sudden change in surroundings, he realizes what just happened. With Devon's quick thinking, he had coiled a chain by his weapon ability around Kamen's waist, saving him from this unknown box. Sitting on the floor, he clenching a fist in anger.



"Wha-what the hell?! You? A meister? How is that even possible?! The DWMA teaches us that fear should never consume us..to never let it control us. Or else you would become swallowed by it, and become a Kishin. How could Shinigami ever allow this?!"

Hyde was sitting up on a branch up on a tree. "Hmmmn? How and why," he asked himself oddly. "Well easier to explain then let you figure out. It's a long story, but Okay, I'll tell you." he jumped down into another 2-dimensional hole in the middle of the air and came out through another in a tree. "I was a fairly impressive meister learning how to become stronger by being almost an apprentice to Franken Stein, while I ended up being partnered with his two some-what "daughters" Keiko and Meiko. While I was only two souls away from making them both death scythes, they had to leave on an important private matter with Stein. I found the location of Noah while they were gone," his eyes were more relaxed and serious as he began to think about the turn of events as he continued on, "My two older brothers, my friends Hatsune Chesire and Ai Kira, whom were my brothers' partners came along with me on an attempt to get rid of Noah before anyone else had the chance to. We left without permission, thinking naively that we could easily defeat him, only to have ourselves slapped back to reality by having my brothers killed, Chesire mutated into a half cat half human hybrid," he looked down, his black and white bangs casting shadow over his eyes, a single tear streak quickly streaming down his cheek at the remembrance of watching his brothers going through agony as they were almost possessed by greed and pride before their bodies couldn't handle it, their blood everywhere. Hyde sighed and wiped the tear off and kept going "Then Hatsune, Ai and I were possessed by spirits of the seven deadly sins, an agonizing and brutal process of being trapped in a pentagram while your own soul is almost ripped from your conscious mind and taken over with a cruel spirit, being force to watch all the terrible things they make you do, not being able to stop it. Ai was taken over by lust, Hatsune turned into sloth, and me...," He looked up at them, , "I was forced to share my body and soul with the spirit of wrath, an icey and spoiled person who seems to have a need for carnage and suffering, because during the possession process I wet through something that felt far worse then death," he saw their expressions of shock and continued on once more, "I began slaughtering not only innocent people but even fellow DWMA students , my friends, family, it was hell to watch, but no matter how hard I yelled or cussed, wrath only found amusement in this, continuing on with his rampage. Keiko and Meiko managed to bring me back to myself...but...Wrath's spirit was too strong and even now without Noah I couldn't keep it down, it takes a lot of effort for me to fight and suppress it, even as we speak I can feel wrath's anger trying to consume my mind again. Although I regained half of my humanity, my appearance and sanity were both mutated as a result, making me look like this. Even though it wasn't my fault, Shinigami-sama, the same one who praised me every day and treated me more like a son then my own parents did, put a bounty on my head and officially released permission of my disposal. To stop me, whether I was Dead or alive. I fight for Noah to protect others from myself, and because I'm a kishin I need human souls. It's not something I can change. Wrath has a mind of his own anyways, so my personalities change at the drop of a hat," then he snorted obnoxiously to show his pride, "However I find no interest in eating DWMA students unless I find they really deserve it, 'cuz really their souls aren't worth all the prosecution crap. I'm just doing what Noah and Asura tell me to. I'm not willing to go up against Noah's other loyal hounds like friggin Justin Law, and I can't die knowing that my weapon partners are still alive, still at DWMA waiting for their miester to come back normal," his serious face now turned into a piercing glare " Don't act like what the academy does is pure and innocent! Don't f-ing think you can call me evil when you know NOTHING about me. It's not like I could stop even if I wanted to. I leave here, DWMA or Noah will kill me in a snap. I was almost eaten by asura last time, and because I'm stuck with medusa's snakes still in my system; I'm screwed as soon as I disobey them, and arachne already hates my guts, so she wants to kill me now. And STOP FRIGGIN TRYING TO SUMMARIZE MY BEHAVIORS, it's ANNOYING. "
