Raven replied before reading a few pages of the book, he knew what he needed to get done to start off. He grabbed at the air, but nothing happened. One thing he did notice though was this place turned in to a beach, it was pretty awesome.[1/5] He reached at the air again and felt...something, it was wet like water. "Okay, that's step one." Raven said with a nod.[2/5] Raven now tried to make shapes with the water he collected. He didn't do anything, but he noticed it changed from clear to silver. "Whoa, that's the color of...my ki!" He said in surprise, that was pretty fancy.[3/5] Raven formed a crude shape, meaning he was almost done with that part of his training. The shining sun and sound of waves crashing against the shore helped him focus. He just needed to refine his technique.[4/5] Raven formed a pefect silver triangle and nodded. "And there's my power!" Raven said with an excited voice.[5/5]

Okay, break time over. Matt headed back toward the bag he'd been pounding on for the past ten minutes and figured he'd brush up on another staple move. Wasn't like it was hard to figure this one out, really. He pounded his fists together and started working on the heavy bag again, his fists making the leather pop with each blow. (Three Posts Remaining) He threw two jabs with his left hand before throwing his left leg forward into the bag, a quick lead leg kick. Then he stepped out and snapped his right leg around. Rear leg kicks were always more forceful, no matter where they were aimed at, and the bag swung as his right shin dug its way in. (Two Posts Remaining) Some guy's knee was definitely having a hard time right now, that was for sure. Matt grinned as he took a few more swings at the bag, throwing in some hooks for good measure. Then he threw a left jab, kicked with his left leg, and threw the right around a split second later. (One Post Remaining) With one more flurry of punches, he executed the combination again. With enough of those kicks, a knee would give out entirely. Matt stepped away from the bag and headed off for another drink of water. More than enough on that for the time being. New Technique!

The inside kick followed by an outside kick is a basic combination. Used mostly on an exposed front leg, this will more than likely be a painful experience. A successful inside kick can be chained into this without hesitation.

Only through howls of lust and fury
Fenrir continued tossing the practice dummy opponents for several minutes. Eventually even he could feel that the time was growing late. He needed to finish this if he was going to use it in his fight. It wouldn't take too much longer though. Fenrir could feel that he'd nearly completed the technique. He could almost get the dummies in an inescapable twister. It just needed a little more practice. Finally Fenrir set up for the final test. As a dummy attacked Fenrir deflected the blow and snapped his hands to the dummy's shoulders. Suddenly the dummy was already caught as Fenrir spun him upside down and around in a sort of side-ways wheel that pushed him so fast that he couldn't escape. Then Fenrir laid down the final blow as he followed the powerful momentum to grab the dummy's shoulders again. "Full Moon Takedown!" Fenrir barked aggressively as he slammed the dummy's head into the floor, finishing the battle with a sickening crack. Now that the technique was finished, Fenrir headed out to make his appointed fight. He just hoped that Angel wouldn't die if he did use this attack on her.

Alma washed as raven learned to use his main style and walked up to him once he was complete and pat him on the shoulder before an Evil like grin went across her face"me and you raven, just me and you....we will can rule this school! just the two of us, join the dark side and we will rule the galaxy!!..."she said raising her arms up being extra dramatic then dropping them to her side "nah I'm just kidding, lighten up..."she said then walked a few feet away "first we gotta get stronger..."she whispered with a smile as she picked up her book again and began to read it again "fire punch..."

"I think there are only two skills in my book meant for battle at this stage..." He'd start with something easy though, drawing out water from the air and turning it in to...a blob, a silver floating liquid blob.[1/2] Raven focused the drew water from the air, turning it in to a ball and staring at it for a second. "Hmm..." There may be a few good uses for this skill, but the one thing he could think of was a water balloon. He moved the water close to his face and drunk it before deciding ki-enhanced water tasted awesome. "Good in case I get thirsty, I guess."[2/2]

Alma looked back at her book to look over another skill. "the Burning Stamp..."she said as she read its title and read its description before closing the book and putting it down (1/4)
she then stood straight up then separated her feet putting her hands to her side "okay..."she said then took a deep breath before she began to concentrate her Ki energy in her body (2/4)
Alma then began to transfer the energy to her feet concentrating it sole on the feet. "okay...now comes the transfer"she said then transferred her ki energy into heat energy (3/4)
as the transfer completed alma quickly shifted her body weight and leaned forward lifting up her right foot just before stomping it on the ground then the release...she thought and transferred the concentrated heat energy into the air releasing a pulse of searing hot fire. "yes!..." she yelled as she fixed her posture "just one more to go I believe..." (4/4)

۞Jonathan Haste۞  Jonathan used the mirror to look around the room. Seeing the people that were still there through the mirror, and a couple that had just come in. He then tossed it, watching it skid across the iced over pool, and opened up the book to read the next skill. 1/4 A few moments later he found the next skill named Ice Stick, and read the description out loud. "The description is practically in the name. This allows the user to stick their feet on ice so that they do not slip or slide around from their own attacks. Passive once learned." 2/4 Jonathan shrugged, as he finished reading it the general description. This was the logical next step, being able to actually walk on the the ice that he created. He couldn't help but wish he was learning something that he could use to attack someone, but he figured he would get to those things eventually, so he started reading about the details of the skills. 3/4 After getting a pretty good understanding of the skill, Jonathan got up and walked onto the ice. As he placed his foot onto the ice, he let his energy reach out to it, and made his energy latch onto it. After slowly walking around on the ice, getting used to using his energy in this new way, he took a jog around the ice and was a little surprised to see that he didn't fall down. 4/4 Ice Stick learned Ω [Level 2][Energy: 450] Ω

It was a slightly comical attack, but it could have its advantages, because if an enemy slipped then they'd end up on the ground meaning the fight was over.[1/2] Raven pointed at the ground and water formed up like a puddle. "Nice..." He decided as it faded back in to the air, having control over water was awesome.[2/2]

۞Jonathan Haste۞ Jonathan took a few more celebratory laps around the pool, and walked back to the book. He then flipped it open, and looked up the next skill called Ice Punch. Now this is more like it. But it was essentially the same thing as using the rock he kept in his pocket. 1/4 But it seemed like a useful skill anyway, so he started reading the skill out loud. "The user clenches his fist and surrounds it with a block of ice made from Ki, and punches the opponent. The punch is made more powerful and more painful with ice, and has enough force to break but not shatter bones." 2/4 Jonathan shrugged, and closed his book after he fished reading the skill. He then closed his hand into a fist, and sent his energy out of it. Which only caused the air around it to get cold. 3/4 Alright, now lets go at this a little differently. He thought as he sent his energy into his fist again, but this time instead of sending it out, he had it just circulate around his hand. Ice then started forming around his hand, and quickly formed into a block of ice. 4/4 Ice Punch learned Ω [Level 2][Energy: 450] Ω

Alma then began to read her book again looking for the last move of the volume "ah...there it is"she said as she pointed at it in the book "torch points...this one seems like fun..."she said as she closed her book and put it down (1/4)
Alma got into a fighting position and began to concentrate her ki as a hologram of three training dummys formed around her"well then I guess those are for me..."she said as she concentrated her ki in her entire body (2/4)
Alma then transfer her Ki into heat energy "oh man, almost there...I feel sorry for you dummy's already"she stated as if they were living things. she then began to move all the ki to key points in her body including the elbows,Knee and ankles (3/4)
Alma then lunged at one of the dummys and formed a blow torch like fire out her elbow as she pierced the head of the dummy, then in the same motion jumped at the next dummy hitting it in the stomach with the torch, then landed on her feet and did a spinning back kick releasing a blow torch like flame from the back of her ankle burning the last dummys head off before she fixed her posture"HA,HA!!! oh man that was so cool!"she yelled then turned to look at ravens progress as the hologram disperse(4/4)

Minutes would start to go by as he continued to push himself. Pushing his limits as now it wasn't on his physical fatigue but his mental. They say, the mind holds more power than any physical body can ever possess. Meaning if he was going to accomplish this, he would have to push past his body's scream for pain; screams for him to stop. But he can't... he shouldn't. If his mother accomplished through this technique then so should he. He would need to become as strong as her and them some, so that she may never have to lift her fist again. That alone, made him hold on, if not just but a bit longer as he continued his thumb push ups.

Soon enough, Umi was reaching his limits. He was after all, pushing up on his thumbs. But if anyone knew this youth, he was a hard head. his pain tolerance is rather high and he holds quite a bit of fighting spirit. It could be due to the times he was bullied and took all the hits, or it could be due to the supposed enchanted 'blood' that lies within him. Umi didn't know and honestly he didn't care to know. All he knows is that he must become stronger. His body can take the pain, that is all he needs to know, so that he may continue to push past it and reach for his goals. And right now, is to learn the goals that his mother had learned before him.

Profile۞Jonathan Haste۞ Jonathan took a moment to look at the block of ice that he had formed around his fist, and sent some of his energy into it, causing it to shatter and fall to the ground. Jonathan shook off the small amount of ice still stuck on his hand, and picked up the book again. Alright, hopefully there will be something better in this book. He then went to the next skill called, Ice Slide and read it out loud. 1/4 "By forming ice on the user's feet the user crouches forward and leans their foot out, which is enough for them to suddenly coast forward on a layer of ice. This can be used to trip up an opponent by ramming their foot into their ankle or shins, throwing them over the user, or the ice left behind is slippery enough to make an opponent trip if they step on it. Can only go forward in one direction. Has a maximum range of 20 ft." 2/4 Well, I'm not sure how useful that would in combat. But it certainly sounds fun. Jonathan smiled as he read over the description again. But putting it into practice might be a little difficult. 3/4 After studying the specifics of the skill, Jonathan put the book down and decided to try it out. He crouched down and quickly circulated cold energy in both his feet, and extended one of his legs while pushing off with the other. As he pushed off, his feet formed ice on the floor, and he slid on it for a considerable distance. 4/4 Ice Slide learned Ω [Level 2][Energy: 450] Ω

He didn't even have to take his hands out of his pockets, the water needles just formed in front of him. "Whoa..." Now it was just time for target practice.[1/2] Raven used his ki to throw the needles in to the target, apparently the water was as strong as metal now, it went through some parts of the dummy like he imagined they would. "Oh...uhm...wow." Maybe aiming for the eyes wasn't such a good plan for something like a simple spar.[2/2]

He said simply before looking at his hand and focusing ki in to it, he could see a silver glow around before water started to collect.[1/2] Raven continued to focus on a single hand before he saw water completely surround his hand. It'd protect his hands only if he didn't want them to get toasted, but it wasn't really a perfect defense.[2/2]
