"If you both see it..." Malodore hardly dared to hope, but... even if it was a trap, it couldn't be any worse than wandering in fog forever, could it? "I see it too. It's either real, or we're all hallucinating together. I'm willing to take the chance."

As the unicorn ran beyond the fog, its shape dissolved when it hit clear end. "If nothing else, the damned fog is fading! I think we should head for it," the plague doctor said decisively. It slipped off its backpack and dug out its flashlight, switching it on waving it towards the direction they'd come, where the others presumably were. It couldn't possibly out-yell Jericho but at least it could help with a visual signal.

Maldore definitely had a point with the fog lifting. The yellow tint its eyes/goggles/mask/seeingthing had taken was now gone and the voices had quieted down thankfully.

Well almost.

"Don't say I didn't try to warn you... your torment has only just begun..."

It was faint, but audible enough for him to hear. Grimacing at those words, the dragon shook his head to himself while continuing on towards the lighthouse.

"The others shouldn't be too far behind. Let's go ahead and keep moving."

"Agreed." Malodore looked up at the lighthouse and began walking towards it - though it kept its flashlight on and pointed behind it as a beacon to guide those left behind.

Hopefully they, too, would come out of the fog.

((@poke - sorry if I god-modded how Tro lost Astra x.x our schedules don't seem to align very long and I don't want to end up ooc-lly forcing her into ic-scenarios just because Petro was carrying her x.x))

Predictably, Petro had gotten himself separated from the group. Again. Astra had somehow managed to flail herself out of the horse boil's grip and though he tried to chase after her, he lost her in the fog. Great, just great, Petro was once again reminded how much he jacking hated fog. He didn't want to stay too long in one spot, fearing the voices and the visions would attack in full force now that he was alone. He decided to make his way to the lighthouse where he remembered they were all headed. He would meet up with them there, or run into anyone who had gotten separated or had just arrived.

When Sharra didn't reply to him, Aksaja frowned and shook the other boil a little bit. This was bad. He wasn't going to leave the other behind, not now. So instead, the lightning dragon shifted to one side and just . . . held Sharra's hand close, rubbing the fingers a little.

"Wake up Sharra," he whispered, "Wake up." Fumbling with his flashlight, he shone it off into the fog, flinching slightly when it reflected off of more yellow eyes. But they were looking elsewhere now, moving away.

Where . . . ? Getting up to his knees, trying to get a better look, Aksaja suddenly heard Jericho's voice echo out of the fog, something about the lighthouse being ahead. Wait. The lighthouse was ahead? They were close! "Sharra!" he said, new urgency coloring his tone. "Come on, we're almost there, the others can see it . . . " Grunting softly, he attempted to get the other boil onto his feet. "Gotta go . . . find them . . . c'mon . . . "

Mandy had been distractedly examining the holes in her pajamas whilst they paused when she heard a commotion up ahead. What...? They where finally there?

Slightly skeptical looking Mandy watched as the others headed towards the lighthouse before turning to Alwine. "Looks like we made it, ready?"

Whatever her answer was Mandy had already started walking towards the elusive building, throwing a glance towards Alwine as she did. The ghost had to make this step on her own in wether to trust the image in front of them or not.

Astra could barely hear someones voice throughout her fiery torture, but once the flames had disappeared, as well as the evil jericho, she found that she was again all by her lonesome. However, things were a little different. This time, as she got to her knees, she found that she could see more of her surroundings, as well as a tall building in the distance.

Could that really be..the lighthouse?

She stood to her feet, shivering as the cold went through her body, ans shakily she dragged herself towards the place they had all be traveling to

One by one they'd slipped away, still heading for the Lighthouse; she'd almost forgotten that there was meant to be an end to their journey here, what with the attacks and the illusions and voices. Arachne drifted on the spot, determined to stay for Sepheran but she was scared of being alone again and her feet took her by inches nearer and nearer to the tall building.

She called out his name one more time, shouting that everyone was heading to the Lighthouse. She silently added a sorry to the boil for not waiting, and she hoped he was okay, that she would see him again.

Draven stumbled along, the voices in the fog still whispering to him. Sometimes he answered, sometimes he didn't. It didn't matter, the voices still whispered.

He heard something in front of him. It didn't sound like the voices in the mist...could it be other students? Was he truly not alone in this mist? He pressed forward.

There, up ahead, a shape formed on the edges of the mist. The voices began to hush ever so slightly. Could that be the lighthouse? He vaguely remembered wanting to go there.

The mist began to clear. He could see other students now, heading towards the building as well. He hoped they were other students, anyway. They had to be, since they were more than just voices, right? It seemed he was no longer alone on the island, and this made him happy.

Draven moved towards the lighthouse and the forming group of students with a new determination. The voices in the fog seemed to quietly follow behind.

((To the lighthouse!))

Sharra's eyes finally snapped to the dragon's face, and he cried out as though he'd been physically slapped. Almost terrified in his mannerisms, he chanced a glance back down at the other boil's arm. Ah Jack, he was still all right. Making a low noise, his fingertips curled around Aksaja's own. "Y-you're all right...I didn't...I didn't..." He shuddered, taking a slow breath in. Dangerous...he'd thought of himself as dangerous only in the back of his mind, wondering what would happen if he lost control of his shift, of his nergal half.

Stumbling onto his feet, he rubbed his eyes on his sleeve. "That's...that's the lighthouse..." It was just a whisper, and he lurched forward, following in the ebon-haired dragon's wake. "We're actually going to make it..." Even if it was only leading them into more danger, at the very least, it was a milestone. "L-let's find the others...gotta...see what's in there..." Still shaken, he didn't dare close his eyes, lest he see Aksaja falling apart again.

Sepheran stopped dead in his tracks the moment he heard the oh-so-familiar sound that he had been dreading this whole time...the sound he had first heard when he was attacked in the beginning.

Quickly spinning he tried to pin point where the gunshot rang out, the attacker much have been affected by the fog as well or something for their attack missed. Pulling up his Wooden toy sword Sepheran could only hope his wouldn't. What he hadn't noticed was the small bud of purple formed at the very tip of the sword, course it was tiny to miss without one knowing where to look. Slowly it was starting to grow with every swing.

Was this attacker even real? Only one way to find out. Taking his toy sword he swung it managing to hit something very real if only just a graze. So this was the attacker then? Sepheran couldn't be sure, not with what went on so far, but one thing was for sure he wasn't just going to let himself get attacked without a fight.

HP: 21? (from before)
Damage: 1

The wooden sword did indeed make contact, figure making sharp hiss of pain before stepping back into the fog. And firing again. Apparently they weren't going to bother with fairness or honour this time, but instead snipe through the fog, where Sepheran would be fighting nearly blind. Another shot rang out but...maybe they had been too confident in their ability to handle the fog.

HP: 7
Damage to Sepheran: 0

((We seriously keep missing each other by minutes OTL))

Sepheran calmed himself down. Fog was nothing to him...that's right he could rely on his other senses. He didn't need sight...as much as he really wouldn't mind having it. He wasn't going to give in right now...no matter how much that nagging feeling in the back of his head kept at it.

A deep breath and Sepheran listened carefully using his ears instead of his eyes. Where...where was it...THERE! Sepheran could hear the shots as they whizzed by and instantly he darted forward thrusting his sword into the air...and soon right into his attacker.

The crash of something falling sounded throughout the fog. But the only thing Sepheran would find is a pendant, sitting in a small pool of blood. The attack was gone, and hopefully for good this time.

Sepheran blinked as he heard the crash and thump of something falling. Bending down he felt the ground with his hands thinking he'd feel the presence of a body. Instead however he felt the sticky blood substance and a necklace of some sort. Taking the necklace he pocketed it before hearing familiar voices in the distance. They were far away...but maybe he could catch up to them.
