Looking towards the front door where Yumi and Sasuke had been momentarily, Simon began to giggle and choke at the same time. He said, "Trunks, I know you didn't have much time to warn me, but seriously...I think you should do a pantie check after that."

Trunks felt his bottoms to see if there were tiny brown chips back there, but instead felt what remained of the balloon bomb. Picking out a piece of popped balloon, he joked, "I think I just smashed an egg of some sort."

"More like a stink bomb, Trunks!" Simon exclaimed.

Meanwhile upstairs, Terry had caught a whiff of what happened downstairs and thought, "Ugh...some saiyan let one go. Man, that reeks!"

Naruto and Violet in the meantime were rolling on the floor laughing because the secret bomb that Naruto had set on the chair finally had a victim. Dee looked down at Naruto wondering what in the world was so funny.

Tears gushing out of his eyes, as Naruto said through his laughter, "Best prank ever! Even better than I would have thought. Instead of Dee sitting on that, it was one of the saiyans!"

Terry said, "If you don't apologize, then you are going to share the work that Iori has to do and the rest of us kings won't have to lift a finger. You could have caused so many murders today because of your actions, Naruto."

Once everyone had assembled into the fighting arena as Dee had wanted, she had informed everyone of what was going on. She began by saying, "As some of you might know, you had been recently mis-informed by Iori Yagami that you were not permitted to see me, when in fact, the real message was that you kings just could not make out with me. In order to restore the balance in our Galaxy, I was told that by making out with Terry Bogard only would this occur. In only 3 months instead of 9, I am going to be due for a new prince or princess after that, I will be free game again."

Hyoga, Shiryu, and Joey Wheeler all giggled amongst themselves thinking dirty thoughts. Then Dee added, "Speaking of Free Games, Trunks Honshura and Simon Yagami have been working dilligently on the arcade and has asked me for you to test and rate the games in terms of its performance and overall enjoyment. In the meantime, Iori, Terry, Vegeta, and myself will be working on a new Ball room and concert hall for you to enjoy later. I apologize that I did not tell you all that this project will take the 3 months and I will need all of your help over the season. Terry has already made it clear to me that he wants his mansion to have at least one area that you kings will want to visit on a more regular basis. This is to prevent a current situation that Seto is undergoing that I am partially to blame. My schedule is so busy that I cannot spend my time long enough to be with every one of you, so therefore, this mansion upgrade is to remedy it somewhat."

Terry added, "And for those who wonder about the Orochi Steakhouse, it will be closed until this mansion repair is done. Naturally without Iori there, the steakhouse will suffer otherwise. However, the transportation access will remain like it always has. Once the repair has been made, then it will be up to each and every one of you to decide what business you like better, but keep in mind that our over-all goal is to have a balance in our galaxy once again."

Terry nodded, "Thank you, Naruto, apology accepted."

Turning to the audience, Terry added, "An important lesson must be made note of here. Everyone should know by now that Naruto had placed make-up balloons throughout the mansion. All of them have been triggered. If this mansion had been under attack, rather than pranked, this mansion would not be here now. As much as Naruto had gotten scolded for his foolishness and the danger he put us all in, he is also to be commended because of a decent war drill he put us through. Addes, which has been a syndicate bent on trying to take over the universe would have used actual bombs and Naruto had reminded us that we all must be careful about where we step. It is these kinds of tatics that Addes uses except that what they use is not harmless materials to make us look silly, in order to get rid of us."

Dee then added, "Now, when I call your name, you are to inform me of what you would like to see built in the mansion. If it already exists in the mansion of what you want to see, then let me know. First up, we have Egon Spengler."

Everyone knew that the fight was going to happen after this whole list was done because for some of them in the audience, they were already becoming on-edge.

Dee wrote down all of what the kings had told her. "Now, Naruto Uzumaki, it is your turn to tell me what you want added to the mansion."

Dee wrote it down then said, "Thank you, Naruto. Next up, Sasuke Uchiha."

Dee nodded, "Okay...duly noted. I wrote it down."

The rest of the kings had taken their turn one by one, and then once everything had been written down, Dee said, "Okay, the majority of you wish to add a movie theatre, an in-mansion beach so to speak complete with water slides, a concert hall with dance floor, and easier access to the worlds than what we already have. The concert hall is already being worked on, hence Iori's installing an elevator to the basement. There is a heated pool already next to the view of the volcano, but to add water-slides and a beach, that is going to be a tad difficult. However, what I can do is create the ultimate water slide from the 100th floor from the window there and build it going to sound beach. I will have Joe Higashi find more of those transport opals to make the easier access to the other worlds, so that's no trouble at all. The movie theatre can be an added floor to where the elevator is going to already. We are going to add a parkade access to this elevator as well. And to top that all off, right next to the elevator will be the trash ride. I am sure Kogaku can find loads of treasures through it. Any wasted food will be literally tossed behind the glass cage that will be put up shortly then once it reaches a certain weight, anyone in this room will be sliding with the garbage to the compost heap located at Joe's junkyard. Please wear armor if you are going to use the trash ride, okay? And that wraps up what will be done in terms of upgrades. Everyone please help with these projects. Before we do get underway with those, however, please enjoy this fighting demonstration that Kakkorot and Vegeta are going to perform for you. This is what to expect during the tournaments."
