Are you allowed to learn above your rank? *confused* And what are the rules on learning jutsus? Is there a post requirement?

Reservoir of Memory Are you allowed to learn above your rank? *confused* And what are the rules on learning jutsus? Is there a post requirement? We should be right? I mean, look at the Naruto Series, most of em know many movies above or below their rank...

Probably me...I am out today because my professor is holding class though the whole campus is cancelled. Sorry. Oh, and I was trying to make a small joke for the world destruction. If that is getting annoying as well I am sorry. I do not have a good excuse, just the same as above.

Each number represents the amount of jutsus you can learn for each level, and how many you can perform. Your primary element you are able to almost master it, at the right rank. Secondary element is only able to learn all the way up to jounin, and tertiary is up to chuunin. Genin S - 0 A - 1 B - 7 C - 15 D - 30 There you go Res

*head desk* yeah i think that i will have to move to my old laptop till my other one gets fixed cause i miss not being able to type with a working keyboard -_-;
so this one has a bit o lag but it isnt as bad as some things, but io think that i needa nap so if any one needs anything let me know because i go to bed at 12:30 (it's 12:05 now) other wise i'll get back to you in the morning.
