Kyo stopped Tachi and offered him his phone. "Here call them up. I won't keep you out too late and if I do send Takeru on me. I'm sure he wouldn't mind unleash some rage on me for making that mistake." The young man said with a smile.

 Tachibana stared at Kyo, This guy had every means to get Tachi to go some where with him huh? Tachi sighed and took the phone, calling his mother and asked if he could go with some guy to a burger joint, all she wanted was for him to tell Takeru before he goes. He'll be mad at me... Tachi thought, but then it was that or he'll get prodding and make Tachi tell him, then he'll get mad. The second option almost made Tachi smile, but he didn't like either.

Kyo smiled at Tachi and tilted his head to the side. "So? Let's go Tachi. It's all on me alright? What's the latest I can have you home by?" He asked, looking genuinely excited to go out with Tachibana yet what the boy didn't know was that Kyo had ultieior motives.

Tachibana looked at Kyo when he asked if it was ok that he could go. This had to be a way to maybe get rid of him. He sighed as he shook his head. "My mom wants me to tell Takeru first." He said, with a shrug as he gave Kyo back his cellphone.

Kyo nodded and looked at his phone. "Alright give me his phone number and I'll call him. He does have a cellphone right?" Oh boy did Kyo want to "make" the phone call and make him think that he was talking to Takeru. Oh he was going to enjoy this and his time with Tachibana.
(Hey loves, could you resend me the plot ideas we had for this rp? I have a break from school coming up and I would like for us to get this through because I'm going to have four classes next term and Idk if I'll be able to do much on gaia except to sign on and sign out ><. )

Tachibana looked down and away from Kyo when he offered to call Takeru. That was a big lie or a bold move. He didn't know what or why Kyo was so bent on this, but he gave Kyo Takeru's number and just waited for.

Kyo smiled gently and pressed the buttons to call Takeru only he didn't press the right numbers and was able to keep the phone screen against his cheek out of sight talking to someone else posing as Takeru. "Yeah hey Takeru, it's Kyo. Listen up I hope you don't mind that I'm taking Tachi out. Your parents said that it was cool to do." The man nodded a few times before chuckling. "Yeah I know. I'll follow curfew. Yeah thanks." Hanging up he pocketed his phone and got his bike out of the railings. "Let's go out Tachi."

Tachibana was surprised when Kyo dialed the numbers and seemed to be talking with Takeru. But why were words so casual, so lay back and almost happy. That didn't make sense to Tachi. He half-expected for Takeru to hang up and just come down here, just to beat up Kyo again, but none of that happened. He was at a lost, watching Kyo hang up and then gestured for Tachi to follow him. Well, maybe Takeru is over the whole thing.... He thought as he got his bike out and was waiting for Kyo to lead him to the burger joint.

Kyo mounted onto his bike and motioned for Tachi to follow him down the sidewalk of the school and across the street, taking the short cut to get to the city where the burger place was. After thirty minutes of riding the bike, he slowed down and stopped in front of the burger place that was made to look like something out of the 1950s era. Locking his bike up, he waited for Tachi to join him. "I hope you like shakes and floats, they make the best ones here."

Tachibana just followed Kyo down into the city, really thinking about how Takeru would be ok with this. Sure Kyo called and all, but was he really ok with letting Tachi near Kyo, but if he wasn't he would not have skipped school at least been there for lunch or something, maybe then Kyo would not have approached himl....maybe...That's when Kyo got his attention, looking at the fast-food restaurant. "Uh...right..." Tachi said, locking his bike up and going inside.

Kyo, wrapping an arm around Tachi's shuolder entered the burger place and walked over to one of the empty booths at the very back. Motioning for Tachi to sit down, he sat across from his date, even if the pink haired young man did't know it was a date. Taking the menus from the side, he placed on in front of Tachi. "Would you like me to order for us or would you like something different than burgers?"

Tachibana was wondering so many things, like why was Kyo holding him like that, before he could move out of the grip, they were sitting down across from each other with menus. "I just want an Oreo milkshake and some fries." Tachi said as he looked over the burgers. And maybe a spicy-flame grilled burger for Takeru.. He thought with adoration at the thought of surprising Takeru.

Kyo shook his head. "No way." Looking up at the waiter he ordered them to burgers with fries, chili cheese fries to start with, the oreo milkshake and a root beer float for him. "Anything else you'll like Tachi?"

Tachibana looked at Kyo when he was denied his order, sort of. He just looked at the waitress and decided to order this now, to go. "Can I get a spicy-flame grilled burger to go?" He asked the waitress, only to get a nod and then she went off. He looked down at the table. The waitress took their menus with he. Dang, he had nothing to look at, nothing that could occupy his time, except maybe the large board of what could be ordered. He didn't want to really talk to Kyo at the moment. He was still at a loss.

The young man leaned back in his booth seat and watched Tachibana with amusement. "So...how are things going between you and Takeru? The other time he got in my face...I really though he would beat the hell out of me within an inch of my life. Did you enjoy that?"
