Attributes:Speed and stamina increases: To what level is it increased is it a small increase, moderate increase, what.
Your Weapon: Dear god what the heck is it. I will approve it under a few conditions. One you do understand that that blade is a near third of your weight right. Meaning at your current state you would not be able to effectively wield that blade. My advice is to lower the weight of the blade or increase the weight of your character to about 210 ish so that he would have enough muscle mass to counteract the momentum of the blade.

For your weaknesses please expand on them. Because that is kind of confusing in its current state.
Change your Attribute "Unsurprised + one to speed" to Unsurprised speed moderately increased.
Since your bloodline was approved go ahead and list that into your profile.

Oh and i have a question about my weapon.
Could I make it so that my blade has embeded crystals on the handles that holds chakara so that when the blade make contact with somthing the sword releases a surge of energy through the blade that increases damage?
And of course it would effect my chakara pool, I was thinking that I could use up to 1/4 of my chakara using only that alone.

But, yeah, don't use terms like "x2" or anything for your attributes. Have em read-
"Speed moderately increased" and "Stamina moderately increased".

When he was born into the family of the Red Eyes, Ronmaru originally was a ninja of the Mist Village, but a small scale war with the generation of Kaguya before Kimimaro, forcing his parents to send him to safety in Sand. The two ninja never lived through the fight, causing him to shed his name of 'Shakakku' for 'Hasako' when a family of poor Sand Ninja adopted him. They enrolled him in the academy at a young age, already seeing that his talent in Genjutsu was unmistakable. In all the time Sand had existed, it seemed there were few who could truly compare to his mastery. However, it was obvious that he needed to be...safe, so in Sand he remained. [ Azeiel ] Why would a Katon user be weak against a Doton user?
Wouldn't Suiton be the element that trumps him? It seems so in my eyes, you may keep the Doton weakness just thought I would add that.
Atop that your weight attribute will have to be removed. You are bloodline class, there is no reason you should exceed a Tai or Bukijutsu user because you feel the need to wear weights.
I'll discuss the Katon attribute with Shane, but as for now your profile is Denied

Though for your second ability I imagine you to use it somewhat like the Sharingan.
So be certain that your bloodline is active.
