Elena deposited her tiles and went out through an unfinished window. "all we're doing right now is running tiles. It's just there's a lot of dust inside, and black catches it real well. We got permission to ditch uniforms while we're working."
Which didn't explain why a bunch of amateurs were putting the school together, with liscened construction workers or not.

" Ditch uniforms you say?" Riko followed El outside of the unfinished room/building. He took off his black leather jacket and tossed it on a nearby bench, leaving him with a sleevless white shirt. He grabbed twice the amount of tiles he had last time, and went back inside deposit them. " Well this certainly does work up a good sweat.."

"Yup." She looked at the bench, and wonder if she should tell him they'd just painted the benches. She couldn't remember if that was one of them, so she shrugged and followed him inside with a stack she could carry easily. "The school didn't want the dry cleaning bill." She ducked as a 2x4 went by where her head had been.

" Heh, I know what you mean..." He said, while doing the work. About 30 minutes pass by, and all the tiles appear to be in their designated area. Riko wipes the sweat off his forehead, and glances towards El. " Whew...well, we're pretty much done for now. Anything else you wanted me for?"

Ryu sighes as he walks in with a bottle in his hand. This time however its actually some soda instead of some alchohol. And hes in his school clothes too! He walks around the school floors avoiding the bits of rubble still on the floor. Even though its been a few weeks after the incident the school is still a giant mess. "God Im still wondering if I should transfer schools or not. Oh well...Ill think about it later..." Ryu said as he stepped into a near by shadow appearing near two people who seem to be working hard on the school. "Well Ill be...Hey you guys need some help?" Ryu asked as he walked up to the two.

Now that she was back at the school, she'd been helping with cleanup by destroying what couldn't be used. Using her chi, her SoulFire, to burn things, there was no smoke and no smell.
Seeing a support beam that was far beyond any use whatsoever, Trin rubbed her palms together as she almost danced around it. Of course, this wasn't ballet-type dancing. It was fast, sharp, just like the music that flooded her ears. Her eyes were half shut as if in a trance as blue and silver Fire laced her fingers. Spinning twice, she bent backwards and put her palms on the beam before kicking her feet up and planting herself on top of the beam. For about three seconds she stayed in that hand-stand before the Fire blasted from her palms, demolishing the beam and shooting her almost five feet in the air.
When she landed, she immediately moved on to the next thing to burn.

"There's plenty of work left to do," El replied, looking at a mental list. There was the brickwork, the interior walls, the ceiling, the second floor... "At least we got the roofing done..." She muttered, realising just how much was left. She leaned against a support beam, arms crossed over her chest. "If you'd like to help, we've jobs galore."

Riko rolls his eyes, " Great...more work..." He turns his head to look at Ryu. " Well, at least you're here to make things quicker." He turns his head back to face El. " So...when do we start?" The fact that he's doing some work is somewhat of a comforting thought. Usually all Riko does nowadays is just lounge around, but doing something else for a change doesn't seem half-bad as he thought it would be.

" Well...yea. It is, really." He coyly smiled. " ...but if you wanted me to go, you could've always said so..." He slowly turned around and slowly started to walk away, wondering what El's reaction would be.

"Hey! Nah!" She sprinted after him and grabbed his arm. "Nuh-uh. I would have said if I wanted you to go. You don't get to bail out that easily!" She dug her heels in and placed her weight against his, intending to either stop him, or drag him back.
Even if she was a featherweight.

He drags her on for about a foot before finally stopping to a halt. He looks at her and scratches the back of his head. " Are you sure? You sounded like you really wanted to get rid of me back there..." He teased once again, trying to sustain his laughter. It always is fun to make people say what they really want.

She stuck her tongue out. "I said what I thought, not what I wanted." El pulled on his arm. "I mean what I say, but don't always say what I mean. Now come back already!"
Now she wished they hadn't finished roofing--it would have been rewarding to watch him slave in the sun. She pulled on his arm again, levering her light weight against his balance.

" Alright Alright...sheesh." He shifts his body towards the building. " I'll work with you til the building is done, happy?" He looks at her while she's pulling on him, slightly tipping him back and forth in the process.

Ryu laughed as the two of them squabled between each other. "So anyways what jobs are there. Best get it done now so we dont have to worry about crap like this later on." Ryu said as he placed his coat down revealing a white T underneath
