Celes Ferelas "I've never considered climbing up it one day, I'm not sure we'd be allowed to, though the thought is an interesting one now that it's there!" she agreed, attempting to make Geddon feel slightly less embarrassed (he wasn't very good at hiding it).
She followed behind Geddon, not saying another word until she sat down. The cafe was a fairly crowded place, as was most places in the city that she remembered going in. What do all of these people do for a living? Surely they must work to afford to go out and eat? she pondered. Her thoughts were interrupted as Geddon's words quickly snapped her back to reality. "I've barely been around the city much myself, but it was peaceful on the outskirts and I could never really complain about the life I've had here, it's very beautiful in spring when the great tree blossoms."
Leaning forwards slightly, she removed the Eloisí from her back and leaned it against the chair so that it wouldn't make her feel uncomfortable if she wanted to sit back. "Where are you from then, if not from Kusana?" she asked, her attention now fully focused on Geddon.

Geddon Solo "Yeah, I imagine it would be amazing up there," Geddon muttered.
As Celes talked about her childhood, Geddon became very interested about the spring blooming of the Highwind Tree. "What does it look like? In the spring I mean, when the tree blooms?"
Just as Celes asked about Geddon's own childhood, the young Ysaru perused the small menu booklet. Looking up from the list of drinks and delicious-sounding food, Geddon considered the question for a moment. "Ysari are generally always travelling," he began, slightly off topic, "sorry, I know this isn't quite what you asked, but it will make sense in a bit. Anyway, Ysari always travel, moving from one place to another quietly. My family had some horses, and a wooden cart- it was a beautiful thing, that cart: painted with burgundy and crimson and cream paint, with handsome varnished wood. It wasn't pristine, but it was still beautiful: every ding, or crack in the paint, or chip in the wood had a story from some other place behind it. I used to ask about every detail of that cart."
Geddon had trailed off again, a look of nostalgia in his eyes, before he roused himself and continued: "My family, like most Ysari, were constantly travelling. And they just happened to be travelling through some of the deeper parts of the forests of Kranilla when I was born. Now, I know a birth is a big event with humans, but with Ysari it is simply astounding: we rarely reproduce, simply because conception is much harder for us. I suppose couples don't produce children as much, from an evolutionary perspective, because they don't need to: Ysari can live for thousands of years. So, anyway, I was born eighteen years ago in the forest. My family unanimously decided to stay behind in Kranilla to raise me, and so I had my childhood in the forest with my aunts and uncles and cousins and parents. I used to hunt, cook, write, sing, tell stories and be told them. It was idyllic really, and I began to be taught how to use guns and swords, but most of all I fell in love with the forest. So when I hit eighteen, and my family said it was time to move on, I said I wanted to stay. It was really tough, but my parents were really good about it. Its not like it wasn't hard to say goodbye, but...well, every part of your life is a new adventure isn't it?"
Geddon relaxed back into his chair, feeling slightly wistful. He was glad that he'd been able to tell Celes about his childhood, even if it had been a little bit difficult. Class: Trickster Bloodline: Ysari Nation: Kusana Rank: Novice

Celes Ferelas "You're right, every part of life is a new adventure, though I'm the opposite to you... I stayed in one place, trained to be a healer and my grandfather wanted me to stay while I wanted to leave to help people, people have such different stories but then I guess your heritage is somewhat different to mine" she said, drifting into thought at the end of it. After a couple of seconds wondering what it must be like to travel around, Celes decided to explain how Kusana looked to ease Geddon's mood.
"Since the branches span so far over us, we're often in shade. The only time it's not just a pale green glow is when it's summer and when it's winter it's bare, but in spring the entire sky is filled with flowers, the floor is littered with specks of colour and everywhere is colourful, it makes a big difference" she smiled, "And all the small forest critters wake up and come out, it's nice to see the world so alive after the cold colourless winter that precedes spring."

Geddon Solo Geddon smiled in appreciation when Celes concurred with him, and responded positively when she stated how different their lives had been: "I guess that's the good thing about cities- there's so many people who all have different desires and dreams, and here they all mingle like a bit melting pot."
Geddon ordered a panini, which arrived steaming and with hot mozzarella bubbling out of the thin white bread which comprised it, as well as some kind of strawberry drink which was mixed with ice, limes and jasmine flowers. As he began to eat and drink, he nodded at Celes. "You ought to get something too."
As he waited for her to place an order, Geddon listened eagerly to her description of the beautiful foliage of the Highwind Tree in spring. "A whole sky full of flowers...it sounds amazing," Geddon sighed happily.
"Anyway, apart from your Grandfather's influence, what made you want to become a Cleric with Kusana? Do you want to work alone, or in a team? As a mercenary group or something military?"

Celes Ferelas "The city is like that though, so many people from all over want to show off their skills or talents, or maybe just find their calling?" the last phrase becoming a question. Celes had never really spoken to anyone from out of town before, and thinking about the fact that she was doing it now made her nervous. Was she being rude or unusual? Everything seemed to be getting on fine so far so she tried not to think about it. When Geddon commented on the food she quickly replied "Oh, yes!" before taking a look on the menu. She wasn't really sure what to expect, so she went with a safe option and ordered a simple sandwich and a glass of berry juice.
Geddon soon asked her what else inspired her to be a cleric. "I'm not really sure how to answer that without telling you a lot more about myself, but I can sum up a few things quickly" her food arrived and she thanked the waiter as he placed the glass, "I've always taken care of injured animals that I find on walks, since we live on the outskirts predators come around more often and it's just against my nature to leave anything harmed lying around... I wouldn't be very good on my own as I'm not a strong fighter, unless I was sent somewhere to heal people as an assignment. As for mercenary or military, as long as I can gather the resources to keep going on as a healer I'm not too worried, though I'd prefer to be in a position where I can help people out that I care about." she explained, taking a sip of her drink. "Although right now I'm not even sure how to do much more than bandage wounds, which makes me a pretty terrible healer huh?" she let out a short laugh before asking "How about you? What do you hope to achieve by being a warrior?"

Geddon Solo Geddon nodded in agreement: "Kusana certainly is an interesting place, although I'll be heading out into the forest from time to time- you can't beat the forests of Kranilla."
Geddon listened as Celes explained what had motivated her to become a Cleric, expounding upon her childhood somewhat as she did so. He considered his response to her many strands of explanation and inquiry, and then began: "It sounds like Clericism really is your calling, with empathy and motivation like that. And it certainly is very admirable to want to help other people."
"As for not being a good healer? Simple first aid can save lives, but more importantly you have to remember your rank: you only just graduated to becoming a Trainee didn't you? When I first wandered into this city as a rookie Trainee, I couldn't use any skills either, but you learn them: you'll learn weapon techniques, magic spells, elemental abilities- you can use elemental abilities can't you? I can't," Geddon explained, tracing the tattoo over his left eye, "another hang-up of my Ysari blood."
He chuckled, hoping to put Celes more at ease, before continuing: "So don't feel like you're a terrible healer: you can clean and bandage wounds, and I take it you can already load and fire that crossbow?" He pointed to the sturdy looking ranged weapon on Celes' person. "That's an impressive skill in itself- I sure couldn't use one of them. So anyway, don't feel bad if you don't know much yet, because it will all come to you over time. When we go back to Therosel, I'll introduce you to my mentor, Feather. She's a Sage, an expert in basically everything and she has access to the Academy skills library. She'll train you up in no time." Geddon smiled confidently.
"As for what I hope to achieve...I've never really thought. I really enjoy getting stronger, and learning how to use my pistols, my speed, my Vitae and my katana, so that's something. I think I want to be part of a team: I chose to remain behind on my own when my family left, and I guess I've been fine doing things on my own, but I really miss that feeling of being part of something bigger than myself. I think I want to be in a unit with other people." Class: Trickster Bloodline: Ysari Nation: Kusana Rank: Novice

❀Kora Summer❀ The White Nightmare//Cleric//Sage
Kora enter the cafe to order some things to go. Some lovely sweets would be good for Rasid to regain his strength. Wile she waited, she noticed the two young people sitting together at a table. Kora knows all the faces in Kusana, but they are kinda new. These must be the students she haven't seen yet. "Well hello there, haven't seen you two around here before." She approach them to their table. "My apologies for barging in. My name is Kora Summer. You can just call me Sister Kora if you like. Are you new around here?" She asked with a friendly smile to them, getting to know the new Kusana citizens.

Geddon Solo Geddon's enhanced Ysari senses instantly began to buzz when Kora Summer entered the cafe. Glancing at her interestedly, he was struck by her elegance and grace, but also by the aura of...not exactly power, as that word seemed to aggressive- no, it was not raw power that this woman was giving off, it was more a sense of deep and extensive knowledge and certainty. 'She must be very high-ranking, its the only explanation.'
Looking more closely, Geddon saw what he thought must be the attire of a high-ranking Cleric. When the woman spoke and introduced herself, Geddon could sense the kindness in her voice.
"Hello Kora Summer; yes, we're both new here. I'm Geddon Solo, a Novice Trickster from the academy- I only arrived a few days ago, so I haven't really spoken to many people from Kusana yet, apart from Celes here and my mentor Feather."

The city itself was fool of interesting life, some that the reaper had not seen in many years with his own eyes. Raven himself was staying quiet as he walked through the city as he thought of a few things, like what happen back on the training grounds and most likely get something new to wear over his body. Only his sleeve shirt and a pair of pants were not really the best attire walking around he guessed. Seeing the café ahead he snapped his gauntlet fingers causing his clothes around his body to change up for a few moments until he had gotten the look he had wanted. Fixing his new shirt and running his hands across the new pants and shoes it fet rather comfty he guessed. Waiting for Ignis to head his way he would move inside once she was close enough. Ignis rested her greatsword near the entrance of the area, she'd come for it after they were finished here. "This is a good place to relax...not only that, but rumors are bound to be flying around here and there."

Raven watched as she had walked up in thought but of course greeted him with one of her smartass comments. Raven sighed as she started talking to him and simply walking inside the building ignoring all she had said. He knew this would piss her off most likely when she either stops talking to realize he was inside or that he really did not care. A faint devious smile crossed his face he walked inside starting to head towards one of the booths to the far right. Sliding in he would lean back against the booth itself with his hands behinds his head and his feet kicked up waiting for either Ignis or the waitress to get his order. Skill used:

She sat in front of Raven and began tapping her right foot on the ground in a certain rhythm. "I fell in love with a man who had no money in his hand. His words were true as art; he tamed the desert of my heart..." Ignis stopped tapping her foot, it was a silly song. She didn't even know where she picked that up...perhaps Haruki? She knew that he normally sang songs about the desert. "What's missing...?" Ignis questioned herself, trying to think about how they were going to drive out a horde to make things easier.

Raven hear Ignis' order and opened up his left eye faintly in a bit of interest. She would tell them when she was done?. To be honest he did not know think that was scary as hell or if that fine with him, it would really come down to if she started eating a live cow infront of him. Reaper and all, yeah no go on eating living things infront of him. Now that did not mean he was one of those veggy freaks, nope if was dead and cooked up well ******** yeah. He looked at their waitress for a moment before closing his eye against and speaking up. "Just bring whatever she is having...I really not care.". Raven would relax there for a few moments until he heard the rhythmic tapping below him. Ignis had rhythm with something other that a big piece of metal, that had proven a bit interesting. Finally hearing Ignis speak up Raven would just come out bluntly saying."Maybe just a big a** bomb. Seems the best course of action when humans don't know what to do with a threat." Skill used:

Raven had smirked faintly as she talked about how it was a good plan but making sure to point out she was not human. It would not be long before the servitor could be heard placing plates down getting his attention. Putting his feet under the table he would open his eyes to see that Ignis had destroyed whatever she had on her plate. A faint nervous smirk and a twitching eyebrow crossed his face. " Maybe you should come out and eat more Ignis..." he said a half laughing tone. Grabbing the fork and knife off the table Raven would start cutting into his steak and shoved a piece into his mouth the forking sticking out as he spoke."Well hell, We would have to place it close enough the main nest. The explosion itself would cause some hell and if your right they may move out." Pulling the fork out his mouth and nonchalantly pointing it at her he went on."
