Yuki smell the mist from the sweet scent and in her mind it ment fruit and she wanted to get to it,carefully she sniffs around and finds the source on Tropius's neck and started to snarl slightly.She wanted the fruit badly but trying to get to it was a challenge and it was making her angry as she tried to move her limbs failing all the time,she has enough after the tenth or so try and slumps down giving up but Tropius sees her struggling and come to her.It gets close and bends down to nuzzle her as he did she found a chance and clamped onto the fruit on its neck.


Everyone looked around and couldnt see Yuki in sight,"Did she learn to move that quickly?....kinda fast aint it?" Raiku asks looking in the grass,it took a few minute to realize she was right above them when Everest looks up."Daddy daddy! Yuki can fly shes flying!""Dont be silly sweetie she can-" he stops as he could hear Trophius up in the air and sees a small patch of white from Yuki's dress,she was chomped on the fruit on its neck and was feet up in the air."Sen are you seeing this?!" he says to her and she had a smile,"Dont worry Tropius is used to that and is just playing around with her now...I think its funny." He looks at Tropius as it hovered with her clamped on tight and was concerned,"Get her down now! what if she falls."


Senente looks at him and sighs"Your such a killjoy you know that....Tropius bring her down please before her father has a heartattack." Tropius nods and hovers down right behind Senente startling her with it being taller than she was,carefully it bends it neck placing Yuki in her arms and Senente looks up petting it."Thanks Tropius at least you got her to move a little than eariler thanks to all of you for the help." Yuki looks around and sniff around smelling the fruit close and it bends down more to let Senente pick one off,"There you are sweetie this is what you wanted Tropius doesnt mind you can eat it."


Carefully she breaks off a piece and gives it to Yuki as she nibbles on it,after another hour Raiku and Senente watched the girls as Everest picks up Yuki a couple more times and she laughs happy as Yuki stayed up longer and looks at Everest's movement to follow her."Come on sissy....follow me....come to me Yuki." she says as Yuki looks up to her and starts crawling slowly slumping down a few times but after a couple more tries Yuki gets to her.

He simply smiles and takes off shouting from the distance,"Just follow the list and dont worry Yuki wont be any trouble this time." Senente had no idea what it was but let him,"Your really something else you know that.....really out there." Once they made it to the pier Raiku put her down just smiling away as if he got away with something giving her a sense to act suspicious if he was up to his little games again and boared not leaving an eye off him.


At the house the guys went in looking for the girls and spots the first read as Kakashi read it while Saskuke went upstairs,"Kakashi,Saskue.....the girls have a pretty obvious schedule for the evening,Everest likes to be played with so tag along for whatever game she has playing.Dinner is easy just heat up and thats all but for Yuki she needs to be fed directly or she'll refuse to eat,she's just bare moving crawling slightly but still doesnt have much mobility back she's gaining it slowly however its a challenge for her but shes pretty babbly.The night will be pretty calm with little chaos so I thought it would be a good time to get to know them a little better...-Senente." he puts the note down and sees Saskue already watching Everest play with blocks while Yuki looked on trying to keep her balance.


"Funny, I remember her being so hyper she would be climbing the cupboards hissing but this....this is so much different like seeing a baby Yuki." he says as she flopped back on the floor."Well we both know why she's like that maybe.....-" Kakashi thinks,"Well maybe after dinner I can try something that could help the poor thing out." He goes into the kitchen and get things cooking and settles in the livingroom kneeling by Yuki.She looks up at him tilting her head like he knew what she was thinking,"You see the blocks dont you....here let me get you a couple your sister doesnt mind." Everest gives him a couple blocks and gives them to Yuki sitting her up,she tries to pick it up but gets mad as she tries to lift the block and he knew it was very hard for her and smiles,"I know its alright though just take your time you'll gain the strength back I know you will." he says to her patting her head going back to the kitchen.


After a couple minutes he comes back to get the others and they eat having Kakashi feed Yuki bits at a time."Ok dinner is done lets give my idea a shot.....come here little one." he picks Yuki up and sits on the couch with her thinking that a jitsu he knew would help her and lays her on his lap with his fingers on her back,a small green light glows as he focused on her back hoping she would gain a little mobility with it.Once the light dimmed he puts her down on all fours and watches as Yuki stays balanced and sitting up on her own and he smiles.Saskue and Everest come in and sees her sitting up,"Look sissy is can move a little shes sitting up." she yells as Yuki starts to pick up a block and put it on another,it was a small acheivment but it was progress.

She looks around but with it very humid and hard to see she couldnt tell where it was coming from,after a couple minutes she thinks the hot water was getting to her but as she turns she bumps into Raiku."Oh umm Raiku I didnt see you funny I was hearing odd things and-" Senente looks at him and her had a smirk on his face,"Why are you looking at me like that Hatchi.....if you thinking what I thinking you are dont even try."


He stays where hes at but hides under the water with her looking aroiund till a tug at her towel and a flash of white has her cover and duck into the water.....she was caught right into his trap,looking up she sees him up on the rock swinging her towel as if intimidating her as she cures up bubbles as he smiled."Oh come on Sen you have to admit it was funny.....your so cute when your angry you know that." he says in a sarcastic tone and tosses it back to her."That was not called for Rai.....you really have a funny and dumb sense of humor and your gonna get it."

Raiku looks at her for a moment till she was gone but as he looked up he saw her ambush him from above and it became a fury of splashing and dunking as a water fight broke out but in a funny way as payback from the other.

The two stayed out at the springs for about three hours till the water started to get to them and it was time to go,"I really had a good time...we needed to get away from the house and the girls for a moment but I worry Yuki isnt happy." Senente says walking by Raiku's side,"Dont worry you picked the best babysitters to watch them and they think of them as uncle and cousin so theres nothing to worry about they love kids." Raiku assures her as they board home.

Once back Everest greeted the two with a huge hug nearly boucing them,"Everest honey you should be in bed already.....its way past bedtime you."Raiku says but she smiles,"I know I know but Yuki can move she really can come see come see." She rushes them inside and sees Kakashi on the rug instructing Yuki with the blocks and Senente could see she was sitting up and carefully trying to place one block on the other having him coach her,"Thats it take your time....one block on the top." he says and hugging her even though she drops it but he knew inspiration was the best thing with the jitsu he performed and looks up to Senente.

"Shes been pretty good all night....both of them I love watching them now with Yuki acting more like a good girl." "Well were glad you two were able to come thanks plenty." They had a small conversation and leave with Raiku surprised but Senente happy things actually went well.

"A little rude much....and you say I'm stubborn when its you thats the stubborn one for sure." she looks up at him but he just sways his head as if he wasnt buying it for a second but she tried to keep it up,she sits up crossing her arms giving the cold shoulder but hears him chuckle a little,"You really think being stubborn would be the thing to solve everything....I know your not."


"Thats what you think I just want to be this way......cuz....cuz." he lunges at her as she screamed softly....he knew she was playing a little game and he saw it coming as well and took his advantage,she tried to get free but every inch she tried he grew tighter,"Not this time Sen....I got you now and your not getting out of my grasp....stubborn yes but, thats what I love about you." he says as her eyes grow in surprise and confusion and he dips his head into a kiss quieting her.He lets go after a couple seconds and looks down at her as her face started to blush and he smiles,"Your face is turning red.....I knew you couldnt have been mad at me." Raiku says as he goes for another kiss which caught Senente by surprise and she thinks about what he said a few minutes ago accepting it,"He's right.....this time he's actually right."


The morning sun stirs her in her sleep as she slowly started to wake thinking where she was which wasnt that easy to her,"Where....I'm...in Raiku's room....how did that happen." she says to herself but as she turns to see him still holding her it comes back to her....she was acting stubborn and ended up in his grasp as he saw thorugh her trick. Raiku stirs soon after seeing her and smiles at her,"Have a good sleep....you and your stubborn ways." she says kissing her again sitting up and realized it was morning already, they look at eachother till giggles startles them and they look to see two familer faces,Everest was holding Yuki as if she was a doll with her tail dragging on the floor slumped in her arms looking at them with a smile,"Morning mommy and daddy I didnt know grown ups can have sleepovers....oh well you look odd together in bed." she says hoisting Yuki up some more.

He lets go as hes backed away from Senente shoving away from her,covering her neck she could feel something running down her fingers and knew it was blood."Raiku Hatchi what on earth were you thinking.....you drew blood from biting me....why Rai?" he looks up at her kneeling but stays quiet breathing hard,"I....I'm sorry Sen...I just couldnt help myself the urge was....so grat." he looks up to her as she showed a confused and shock look having no clue what he was meaning."Tell me please....what urge? to bite? it didnt mind but why would you do it enough to draw blood like-" she stops as she watched his motions.....they were the same like Yuki's when she goes into blood lust and at the brink to attack.



"No....no Rai your not....how did this happen how did you turn-" Raiku gets up and sighs thinking back,"Awhile I tried to pick up Yuki to come down but she retailiated and bit my arm as I tried to grab a hold of her....the only thing i felt different was that even after I cleaned it and everything my body felt like it was going into a change and then.....the taste for blood came to me and I liked it.....wait!...the book should know what this means." Senente looks around but couldnt find it in her room or in the girl's rooms,"The book is gone! I cant find it anywhere." They both look for it till a hole in the wall gets in there veiw and Senente takes a look,digging she find it but puzzled,"Why would it be here of all places and in the basement for that matter?....nevermind we have it lets take a look." she says cracking it open skimming the pages till she found what she was looking for,"Chapter Twenty, A vampuric's abilities:Though the gene would increase the senses and basic like high speed and camoflague another defense is a special venom they hide in their fangs.Like a snake the vampiric kitsune has a venom they can use volentary to use on the host in prey by injecting while biting which to the victim would give them temporary vampuric abilities themselves wearing off depending on the age.The consenquence however is they too would need to feed on blood to sustain themselves as the venom leaves the body."


Senente looks at an age chart finding Raiku's age seeing the effect would only last a couple days,she sighs in relief heading back up,"We dont need to worry you should be back to normal in a couple days....I just cant believe Yuki....our little girl bit you and injected you on purpose."She probably had a good reason I mean were always getting after her and all that but now.....I'm just glad its not so bad and I'll be fine." he says looking to her nodding but she was concern still of Raiku's sudden change.She knew that if he was going to have the same urges like Yuki did then he too would need an herbal like her but something more powerful to curb his appitite for blood and runs into the kitchen,after a few minutes Raiku could smell the herbs and knew she wasnt going to like it,"I have to take this....this foul stuff." "I know but I needed to alter Yuki's mix to work on you but at least it'll work." she says giving it to him watching him twitch at he tasted the bitter vial taking a sip of water,'There now now that your better why dont we try to sleep a little before sunrise....I'll see you in a few hours."


"Right....night Sen" he says as they both go up as Senente stops to check the girls looking at Yuki's last but goes in unable to see her from the ricepaper but with clos examination sees her and smiles,"My your so tiny I almost thought you werent even in here." she says looking at her sleeping with a piece of melon in her mouth still.

He knew what she was trying to do but with Yuki's body so small he worried her diaphram would possibly break."Sen I dont think you should do that....you could-" she looks up to him in fear,"Lokk Rai! if we dont do something she'll she'll....I cant go through that again....I just have to try." Senente hits again hearing another cough looking at her but didnt see anything come out,"Come on....Yuki please....breathe for mommy...dont give up." she shouts and thinks of trying it again but was starting to hesitate knowing Raiku might be right and she was hurting Yuki more than helping,Senente nearly screams as Yuki's face started to get blue from lack of oxygen and panic mode was set in,"Raiku no...its not working....sweetie please breathe!" Raiku looks carefully and gasp slightly looking in Yuki's mouth,he could see a small bit of green and knew he was seeing the melon.


"Sen do it again a couple more times maybe I can get it out with my fingers." "Um alright but I hope you know what your doing.....ok a couple more times 3....2....1," she counts and hits again hearing her cough and Raiku takes his fingers prying Yuki's mouth.She gagged for a moment flinching till he lets go with the melon piece,"Got it....this was quite a piece for her to shallow like that." Senente picks up Yuki as she coughed patting her back till she heared her cry and she sighs,"Alright...its ok....at least your breathing thats all I want to care about....your breathing again." Yuki gasps for air for a moment and calms down.

He stood frozen and looks at her,this wasnt something he wasnt used to this situation and didnt want to move thinking Senente was serious,"Sen...please.....put the kunai down.....you dont want to do anything too hasy." "I mean it Raiku Hatchi!....you lay a single finger or if any blood is drawn by her...I will take my life right here and then what will you do them hmmm? do you want to face the fact that you'll have a dead wife and child and then what? kill Yuki all defenseless and unable to fend for herself then what?.....you'll be alone in the house never to hear the sounds of laughter or my voice saying how much I love you."


Raiku stood shocked he knew that she wasnt kidding and that the blade was close to her neck that one flinch it would end it all,slowly he lowered himself calmly trying to ease Senente as she cleched tighter to the kunai."Please....put it down I didnt know what i was saying.....I would never dare to harm her nor any of you.You girls are all I have to keep me going and....and...if you were gone...the girls as well....I propably would know happiness no more and be alone....Senente....please I didnt know my actions please forgive me.....I dont want to lose you." She looks to him almost teary eyed and sets the kunai on the ground coming to him in an embrace,"Rai no I'm sorry....what was I thinking,I know you would be alone with nothing and....I cant see you like that....I want you to be happy." Raiku takes his hand to her face and kissing her almost watching her kill herself and having to see the love of his life on the ground ded....he didnt want to see that,as they embraced for a moment they knew they had to get to Everest before she would do something she would regret.As they ran where they saw her last started to find her trail,"Sen the look she gave us....I saw something there....by her tone she really does want to kill her and I think I know and you know why as well." Senente thinks for a moment and realized it.....

"Everest is jealous...Rai thats it! all this time we've been taking care of Yuki we havent shown attention to Everest I remembered....she wanted to hold her several times after the storm but I told her no because Yuki was still ill.Dont you see...she thinks we only love Yuki and not her thats why shes doing this....if Yuki is out of the picture she'll be the only one." Raiku thinks and agree looking in front of him,"Over there! I see her by the ledge....she's gonna trow Yuki in the water."
