She smiled. " It would probably be better if you did hold me. I can't fly, or run right now. Plus soon when the sun goes down i'll be human for the night." She blushed slightly, but gave him free range of her, so he could hold her.

"ok" he said as he wrapped his arms around her waist, "you might want to hold on back just in case" He said as he flapped his wings on the ground and they started to rise. "I have an idea where they might be" he said as he flew to an area nearby, "your eyes will probably spot them faster than mine so be on the lookout."

Sage kept scanning the ground as she tried to spot them before the sun went down to much. The sun was setting faster now. "It always goes down faster on this day..." She sighed

Chase quickly noticed some light reflecting off the ground "I think I see water" he said looking at it a little longer "yeah I think we should check that area out." he said also worried about Sage, she seemed very upset.

When they were landing Sage could feel her power start to fade. Everything dulled, the sounds of the night, the looks of things, and the smell changed the most. She gave another sigh. When they landed she collapsed to the ground. She had no balance now.

"oh sorry" he said helping her up, "I'll hold on to you since you transformed, I won't let anything happen to you" he said as he looked on the ground "hey look there's a trail of water going this way let's follow it" he said as they walked in that direction.

They walked the same way the girls, and Ronin had, and they were getting close to the cave now. Since Sage couldn't run they had to walk, and it took them all night. It was dawn, and they were about five minuets away from Tess, Sora, and Ronin.

"ah good I can see a cave, the water trail leads in there" he looked down, "wait, three sets of tracks, and none belonging to Tigerlilly, but no signs of a struggle, that's a good sign" He walked up to the front of the cave. "hello, Sora, Tess, are you in there?" He said alert in case someone snuck up on him. "Sage can you transform, if not stay close, if something attacks I don't want you to get hurt." He said not realizing how protective he has become towards her.

"Sunrise was about five minuets ago, yes I can transform now." Sage just couldn't right now. She would rip her clothes, but she did have her strength back. It would be enough for her to fight back.

"ok, I fear we may have to fight. Though something tells me that the odds are not likly." He suddenly realized how close he was holding her and turned red, he thought to himself. "I'm so glad I turn red in dark areas."
(ok, sorry I can't be on for long periods of time, I work during the day for awhile which equals me about to pass out at this time)

Sage was enjoying being held by him. She liked it, and she relaxed. She didn't think the odds of having to fight were very strong. Not with Tess' power over water, and Sora having no control over her demon.
"No! Wait, please help me. I literally can't move." She put her head down not knowing if he heard her or not.

chase heard Tess's voice and rushed in that direction "Tess, where are you?" he yelled hoping to find her.

Tess could have sworn she had heard Chase, but no he wouldn't be here. So she waited to see if Ronin would come back for her.
Sage keep pace with Chase, but this cave had a few caverns, so Tess' voice could have been coming from anywhere...
