That's what's COOL about kefka, he HAD to work for that power, he manipulated others into getting it for him, noone stood in the way of his wrath until the very END. he achieved what no other villain had attained from game one, complete victory. He was only thwarted and his works undone when he was defeated. Kuja failed at his task, he was stopped before he could bring it to a close.
In the end, kefka was defeated after the damage was done. Even when the world was recreated, it was damaged beyond repair.
Life, dreams, hope, where do they come from, and where are they going, SUCH POINTLESS THINGS, I WILL DESTROY THEM ALL!!
The ultimate bad-guy line from the ultimate bad-guy. He wasn't a badass, you wouldn't think he WOULD be the main villain, though he was.

Sorry, Never actually played through all of FF9, but I heard he didn't actually accomplish his goal. I guess my source was wrong :/ But Kefka's still cooler. and join my rp >.>

omg the other day i was on the phone with my friend josh and we weree making all theses innuendos and stufthen all of a sudden he goes"hang on a sec ive got a nosebleed" i was like "its cuz you're thinking about me and sam (my ex gf)!" then hes like "what? that doesnt make sense." i was like *facepalm* xD
