Savanah waved slightly. "She's fine. She's been sleeping for about an hour." She looked up at the doctor, and shrieked. She jumped up and hugged Micheal tight. "Micheal! What are you doing here?!"
Mama stirred, slighlty annoyed. "Anna, sweet heart, I'm nearly fourty. Be kind to my head." She opened her eyes, and frowned. "Your not Dr. Cadsic."
Savanah smiled happily. "Mama, this is Micheal. The one I told you about?"
Mama imidienly broke out in smile's. "Ah. Of course. Come over here, Sug." She waved a small hand at Micheal. Savanah drug Micheal over to her, and Mama grasped his head, and gave his forehead a kiss. "I heard you helped my baby. Thank you, baby." She smiled deeply, and squeazed his hand. Then, she looked at Savanah. And laughed. "The last time you raided my closet was when you could bearly walk without skinning your knee. You look like a true Georgia Peach!" She laughed.
Savanah rolled her eyes. "Whatever Mama...Hey Micheal, what are you doing here? We're coming back tomarrow, you know. That's the only ticket I can afford on my budget. I'm trying to keep this money flowing, so I never have to work..." She smiled. Mama smacked her arm. "Anyway...um...from what we've heard, Mama's mind, can't take the...trama...from when I, you know, and she's slipping into a sychological coma. They've tried therapy, but Mama insists she's accepted everything..." Savanah looked worriedly at her mother.
Mama crossed her arms over her stomach. "I am telling you. They think I've gone crazy! The bastards..."
Savanah gasped openly. The strongest word she had ever heard her mother say was 'dang'. Mary-Lynnett smiled kindly at her daughter. "Sug, if someone was accusing you of being crazy, and you knew darn well that you were peachy keen, wouldn't you get worked up?"
Savanah shrugged.

((Yeah...Mary-Lynnett'll never admit it, but Savanah was kind of an accident....))

Savanah pursed her lips thoughtfully. "No, I won't make him do that. Beside's, I told Carter I'd be back soon." She stopped cold when Berta walked through the door.
Berta looked from Micheal, to Savanah, to Mary-Lynnett, then back to Micheal. "God strike me down if I'm wrong, but, I don't know you. And I don't bellliiieve you're Ms. Parker's doctor." She narrowed her eyes authoritivly. Savanah backed up unconciously. Never mess...with a nurse.
Savanah waved her hands quickly. "He's just here to give his personal analyisis of Mama's health to Dr. Cadsic, right Mich-...Dr.?" She nodded.
Berta made an "Mm hmm." sound and walked out, giving all of them the evil eye.
Savanah waved her fingers at Micheal and Mama. "I'll be back, okay Mama? I'm going to check on Adrian...see if he hasn't fallen down the stairs, or broken the house yet..." She hurried out, and went into the parking garage. She easily found the Saleen, and was driving past a neighborhood, when she spotted Jorden. She slowed, and honked the horn. "Whatsup?!" She laughed, then punched the gass, making skid mark trails the whole three more mile's back to her place.
She parked the Saleen haphazardly in the garage, and clicked her heels inside, leaving the door open. She walked into the kitchen, and started huming Sober by P!nk. She looked inside the fridge, and pursed her lips. Hm...a salad. That sounded good.
She found a mixing bowl, and tongs. She whipped together a cheff salad. Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatos, diced chicken, beef, and pork, with cheddar, and parmasan cheese, and ranch on the side. She put out a few bowls, and scouped out herself some. She put some in another bowl for Adrian, save the beef, and pork. Then she put out one for Jorden, if he came to the house. She pursed her lips. Nah...she should go get him.
She walked to the stairs. "Adrian!! Lunch's in the kitchen!! Get yer a** down here! I'm going out for a sec, and I'm bringin a present back for ya!"
She walked back out, and got the Saleen. The Chevy's keys were still inside.
She drove around, back tracking her skid marks, and found Jorden. "Get in. I've got lunch." She pressed a button, and the door popped open, making a smooth soft mechanical sound as it went up. Once Jorden was inside, she went back to the house, and hurried him inside. "How do ya like it? This is the Georgia version of a mansion." She smiled, and hugged him.

Savanah stared at him. "Yeah...sure...ADRIAN!! Get your BUTT down here!" She picked up her bowl, and showed Jorden the living room. She curled up on it, and started eating her salad. "After we eat, maybe you want to see Mama. She'd love to meet you. I know it. Tell her about your illness. She can give you all kinds of advice, and stuff, even if it doens't make sense, or works...its still good to have someone that try's..." She smiled happily.

((Wow. Her house is better then Jorden's. Only he has what... like ten guest room.... but Hers I like better.)) emo

((Uhg, are you kidding?? Jorden's house is better. Savanah's Dad, Jay Parker, designed it. He was one of those, new aged type's. Jorden's house has that, old fashioned feel to it. I like his house better. Mr. Parker just...he liked everything to be up to date, you know?))

Savanah nodded. She understood. She remembered that faraway look her mother got, when her eyes filled with tears, and so much agony, it made Savanah hurt just looking at her.
She stood up, holding Julia on her hip. "I've got to go check on her." She handed him a set of keys. "These are the keys to the Saleen. She has some kick, so be kind to her."
Once she had Julia strapped saftly in the Chevy, she drove back to the hospital. She parked in the same space as before, except now there was a purple Dodge Neon in the place of the SUV.
She carried Julia back to the room, leaving the chair back in the car. Once she got to her mother's room, she found chaos.
Mary-Lynnett was thrashing violently, and whimpering softly. Berta was trying to restrain her by holding her arms down. Savanah gasped, and quickly handed Julia to Micheal. She cupped her mother's head with her hands, and started to speak softly. "Mama! Mama, it's me, Savanah! Mama!"
Mary-Lynnett gritted her teeth, and ripped her head out of her daughter's grasp. She let out a soft scream.
"No! Please no!"
Savanah staggered back, almost falling over when the back of her knees touched a chair. Her mother looked like she was experiencing death. All that was missing was the blood, and injurys. Her face was showing that much pain.
Then, two second's later, her body collasped. Just, poof. She stopped struggling. Her face was smooth, and rested looking. She opened her eyes, and saw Berta, Savanah, Micheal, and Julia. She smiled. Berta had backed off, warrily looking at them. Savanah hesitantly taken Juila back, and was watching her mother warrily.
Mary-Lynnett smiled, confused. "What's wrong? You look like ya'll saw a ghost."

((I still like the old fashioned. Sometime's I wish I was born in a different time, one without freaky stars, and peer pressure, and all this crap. Like, have you ever seen Tuck Everlasting? I'd like to live in that time. It's so simple. WATCH TUCK EVERLASTING. Its soo good, but it has a ******** up ending. Well, to me anyway...))

Mama looked at Micheal, then to Savanah, her smile slowly fading. She looked back at the doctor. and pursed her lips seriously. "Well, hun, not that I recall. I...remember, a lot. It wasn't something you could forget. But, nothing out of the ordinary, that I can recall." She paused, then sat up. "Well, now that you mention it, I did have the strangest dream right now, before I woke up and saw ya'll scared to death. I was dreaming I was getting attacked. I couldn't see what, my eyes were closed. But then it tried to crush my head. I...believe I woke up after that..." She shrugged dantily. "But it's a dream. No harm, no fowl. Everyone has nightmare's. Anna had enough for a life time when she was just a toddler." She smiled up at her daughter. Savanah just stared, fearfully, at her. Mary-Lynnett frowned again. "Now, what is going on?"
