Rave came out of the medical hut and saw Cyclone she still had a cut on her side and chest."Oh Cyclone your alright I just heard from Nicole that Sonic and Sally are on there way back"said Rave even though she was alright she still had sharp pains in her chest every now and then.

Rave noticed Cyclone was alright and turned to a nearby tree and went to sleep in it.

Rave saw another cheetah staring at her he was wearing very ancient tribal clothing and slowly approched her."Ahh Rave we finally meet at last I have something very important to tell you"he said."Really what is it"asked Rave."Its about you my dear you are not like any other Mobian your faster,swifter and very high spirited"."I'm not the fastest Cyclones way faster than me"said Rave."Not true you see that black bracelet your wearing that limits your speed to only the speed of sound but take it off and you can achieve any kind of speed you want.Now to the matter at hand your destiny is to collect all seven Chaos Emeralds you are there chosen gaurdian thats why you can absorb them and gain ancient powers.But to fulfill this destiny you must leave the Freedom Fighters and your friends"."No I can't do that these people have became my friends they took me in as one of there own I can't leave them"said Rave."It dosen't matter one way or another your destiny will be fulfilled"then after that Rave woke up.

Amanda stoped and waited for sonic to catch up and while she waited she looked at the footprints on the ground and the only thought in her head was " Mom, Dad,.......don't worry I'm coming and we'll be together again" but she looked closely at the footprints and realized they didn't belong to her parents! and when sonic caught up she looked at him with a sad and dissapointed look.

"I will never abandon my friends,family and allies. I am cyclone the hedgehog and I will not fail."  Cyclone just watched all the commotion and smirked. "Well it looks like little bro found a emerald." He said to himself and began to walk up to sally. "Hey princess,I have something important to ask you. It involves the entire freedom fighter nation as well." He said to sally. "You think you know everything about the emeralds? But really,your not even close."

"Im giving my role as leader of the freedom fighters to someone I can trust,someone with leadership skills and is talented. My first choice was sonic....but he is too rash so I chose you. If you accept you will be above all freedom fighters and control each and every single one of them,if used right it can work to your advantage." He said to her. "You think you know everything about the emeralds? But really,your not even close."

"Sonics not fit to be a leader,at least not until he learns some patience." He said to her and then thought about rave. "Its a long story,lets just say she was attacked and I had to go help her. Boy was it some trip back here." He said and laughed as he walked over to a tree and leaned against it. "The truth is princess,I trust you the most with that job,and now that thats complete,I can go on a vacation. Besides I was growing board,there is nothing to challenge me at all." He said to her. "You think you know everything about the emeralds? But really,your not even close."
