Unrelinquished Despair Name of weapon: (Give me suggestions when you judge? 0x) [Kunai Form] [Sabre Form]Who owns the weapon: Aya Gensai Where it was found/Who made it: It was a sword that Aya had found in the storage of her house in younger years. She had been told that it was a weapon of the family. The Range of the weapon: 42" Weakness: There is a split second pause when the weapon is transforming, where Aya has no actual weapon in hand. Description: What most people see when looking at the weapon is just a fancy kunai. It has no special properties, aside from the jewel at the loop of the weapon which can hold only ten points of chakra. The reason for this is the transformation that the kunai can undergo when the chakra inside the jewel is activated. It morphs into a saber 42" (Hilt: 6", Blade 36") in length. The blade itself has no special properties other than becoming sharpened with chakra. When the user desires, she can activate a single jutsu that is accompanied with several seals inscribed onto the steel of the blade. At the cost of E rank chakra the blade takes on the properties of doton, becoming dulled, and strengthened so that it can hold off stronger attacks. You can't have the jewel store chakra, leads to very bad things. The sharpening the blade with chakra would have to be a constant drain with a cost. What is this "single jutsu" the sword can activate. Same with the sharpening it would have to be a constant drain to remain hardened.

The sharpening of the blade. When a weapon is conducting wind element chakra, it is sharpened, and has a small range extend, right?

It still needs a chakra drain. Even if it just 1 chakra point a turn. This is to prevent people from just activating it and keeping it active the entire fight with no downside. Cause a chakra infused blade can easily win a fighrt, especially late game.

Cause a chakra infused blade can easily win a fighrt, especially late game. >Late game. Now, we're not talking StarCraft are we? Anyway, one point per post will do fine, it's not like I'm really going to be using a lot of chakra anyway. Can the strengthening blade thing (Making it stronger, able to resist stronger attacks.) Also be an elemental affinity thing? I won't be using the sharpening one until Jounin, which is when my RPC gets Fuuton, however, she already has Doton.

Would have to be a chakra drain as well, unless the ability covered the sword in earth.

It doesn't necessarily dull the blade, it just strengthens it with doton chakra.

When conducting doton chakra, the blade is dulled, and hardened, being able to withstand stronger attacks at the cost of one chakra point per post. When conducting fuuton chakra, it becomes sharpened and has an inch extension on the blade from the chakra. It also costs one chakra point per post. RP Sample:Aya stood with a straight pose, looking towards her opponent with a stoic face. She had been given the task of killing him with only a weapon, as training for finesse, even if she was a taijutsu user. Neither of them said anything, and in the next moment, the man before her charged, holding a regular kunai within his hand to strike at her. The moment before his kunai could meed with her fair skin, she drew her own unique kunai, parrying the attack with ease. She stepped forward, attempting to slice the man even though he had jumped out of range of her kunai. In the length of a second it underwent a transformation from a simple tool of the shinobi, into a full-fledged sabre, and took the man by surprise, cutting deep into the left side of his abdomen. His trained reaction was to step out of the blade, letting his fresh wound bleed freely. Apparently he wasn't out of the fight yet, since in the next moment he was summoning forth a giant axe from a scroll, swinging it overhead down onto Aya's figure to cleave her in half. Quickly, she brought her sabre up to intercept the axe, pushing upward with the hilt, and the blunt end of the blade. Instead of breaking the sword as it hit though, the axe stopped at the blade after pushing it down a few inches. Edited the description a bit, is this okay?

Mostly looking for when it absorbs element properties, it weak to that elements weakness
