Came up with an idea for a subplot with Mimic... and since my character is tecnically the strongest due to how his power works... he's obviously going to be the target of Mimic's plans. Mimic discoveres that Hikaru's/Masato's powers are strangely connected to mysterious ruins dotted in several places in the world. One of them was where Hikaru/Masato were born and another of these ruins is located near the Academy and is where Mimic holds her base of operations from.
Mimic then finds instructions in the ruins to create a special amulet that will augment Hikaru's/Masato's power greatly but will turn the personality wearing it into a mindless doll under Mimic's control.
Mimic kidnaps Hikaru but not Masato, when they were sleeping, and Masato had been in a physical form using their power ever since their true selves woke up, and they shared the same room. Eventually, Masato wakes up and couldn't find Hikaru anywhere in the school and he tells Reika.
Obviously because how unstable and powerful Hikaru's/Masato's power is, she becomes concerned. Kale reveals he saw a dark figure shaped like Mimic sneak into the dorms at the time that Hikaru was kidnapped. It is clear that Hikaru had been kidnapped by Mimic but Masato and Kain didn't know why. Reika knows why due to how she witnessed how powerful the previous Hikaru and Masato were.
Reika, Masato and the other try and find Hikaru, searching the school and eventually discovering from a few of the staff and students that they had seen a figure looking like Kain's sister (obviously Mimic and Kain knew this) carrying a sleeping boy who looked exactly like Hikaru and that figure had taken Hikaru into the forest.
After exploring the forest, Masato and the others discover the ruins and it is obvious from the dark evil aura of the ruins that Mimic is inside the ruins. After exploring the ruins and fighting off the guardians which Mimic had created, Mimic is discovered with Hikaru.
Everyone sees Hikaru with the strange amulet around his neck and a strange vacant and emotionless expression on his face. It is then obvious that Mimic has managed to bring Hikaru under her control, and Mimic planned to use Hikaru to help her destroy the Academy and its three principals.
Mimic then orders Hikaru to cause her enemies to disappear, who are mainly everyone who had fought Mimic and were looking for Hikaru. Hikaru obeys the order silently and then begins to attack the group with realized illusions.
Masato tries to talk sense into Hikaru, but is unable to due to Mimic's control over Hikaru. Mimic then taunts Masato by showing affection for Hikaru by kissing Hikaru but the affection is all fake, but Masato becomes enraged by it.
Due to the immense emotional stress and fury Masato was feeling at the time, Masato's power is increased in strength and armour starts to form around him, and he wields a strange weapon in the form of a wing-shaped katana, with energy swirling around him.
Mimic laughs and joins a battle where she and Hikaru fight Masato but Masato is losing due to how powerful Mimic has become from last time and how powerful Hikaru has become due to the amulet. It is at that point that everyone finds out that the amulet is behind Mimic's control over Hikaru and is what is augmenting his power along with the ruins around them.
Hikaru prepares to deal the finishing blow to Masato, which would obliterate Masato from existance if it happened. It is at that point that Masato admits in front of everyone "I love you, Hikaru...", ready to suffer his fate at the hands of Hikaru. It is at that point that Hikaru starts to come to his senses, torn between the amulet's power controlling him and Hikaru's affection for his split personality.
The conflicted emotions cause the amulet to shatter and turn into dark essence which leaks off of Hikaru like a gas and then forms a figure behind Hikaru, which looked to be a dark twisted version of Hikaru, totally different from the previous Masato. Mimic is furious that her control over Hikaru is broken and then picks up Hikaru and throws him into the wall, but Masato manages to catch Hikaru.
Even more enraged that Mimic had hurt Hikaru, Masato declares he's going to seal Mimic into a illusion of pure darkness and eternal damnation. It is at that point that darkness starts to swirl around Masato while he is holding the weakened Hikaru. But Hikaru, in his weakened state, hugs Masato closely while in Masato's arms, scared of what Masato was slowly becoming. It is then that the darkness is accompanied by light which forms into a strange energy different from light, darkness or twilight.
The dark twisted Hikaru, prepares to protect Mimic, surprising Mimic and then releases a barrage of chaos energy using his dark twisted version of Hikaru's/Masato's power. But Hikaru and Masato combine their powers and forms a barrier to protect everyone and then release a burst of their full fury, warping reality to weaken Mimic greatly.
The result of their attack causes the ruins to start to collapse. Mimic and the shadow Hikaru escape from the ruins, and Hikaru and Masato fall unconscious. Everyone managed to escape and get back to the school, but a dark shadow seems to be foreshadowing the school omniously.
The shadow Hikaru becomes Mimic's tool in her next plan I might have changed it a bit but that is a outline for a new plot idea

The thing is originally Mimic was not intended to show up as soon as he has. Due to that truthfully I do not want to use Mimic to much. Though like I said that is really good. So right now not so much on using it and also just because Hikaru is the strongest student dose not mean that Mimic knows of him or even cares. Keep that in mind too.
