Our guild really isn't a strict role play place, well actually we don't really have a thread or anything laid out for role playing yet since we're still in the gathering members stage. For now we fool around and flaunt our emotions with a fumbling grace.
So its not like we can't RP that way, actually that's normally how Chesh and I do, its just at the moment with all the added side conversation there's no point.
1. Get people
2. Make characters
3. Get them used to each other
4. Role play.
Well those are my thoughts initially I have no idea what the guild is supposed to do or is, that's Cheshire's problem not mine.

Heh... so basically things have been going as planned. Though Kaddy and I both need to actually post our characters.
And an RPish opening isn't that off-kelter. You might want to parentheses "This is a guild for casual interaction and occasional roleplay" At the bottom of you opening to get more members, though. Or you don't and just get the real PH fans and the at least reasonable roleplayers.

[We have maybe seven active people out of our twenty but in not even one month we have 5000 + posts.
Look at our other guild Eno, I'd say for looking like a cult or RP place we've done pretty well.
I'll put that in now if it will attract anyone, I love watching new people.
So hard to pick the good purple grapes from the bad ones.]

Heh... It takes experience with the grapes to find the truly good ones. But when every single grape vine has its own field, with completely different terroir, how can you have experience? That's why it's best to have members do their own scouting, ne? We've tasted the grapes near our field.

-yawns- Kaddy needs to find a hobby...offline. Nana says she gets worried about me just sitting here at my computer every hour of the day. xP It isn't like I have anything else to do. My life is boring. -.-" Where I live, the only thing to do is go for a walk or down to the park every day...and I don't wanna do that...boring.

I need a job to relieve my boredom. I have hobbies, like drawing and reading and vid. games, but they don't entertain me as well as the internets... and art's just depressing if you don't have any ideas, ne?

I'd do that...if the wireless connection wasn't so evil. It's supposed to reach all over the house. Yet I go up into my room with my laptop, I get absolutely nothing. Hell, I usually get nothing being in the same room. So I have to use this cord that connects me directly to the modem. It's a bit of a pain.
