Hello. I'm not going to give out my name or location for personal reasons, but I play the piano and violin. I'm an officer of the symphony at my school. Em...I'm 2nd chair in the 1st violin section for the symphony and concert master of my orchestra class.

You can call me JaelValentine, J.Veezy, or just Jael. Or any other combination you can think of. I'm from Atlanta and New Orleans (please see above statement). And I'm originally from Kingston, Jamaica.
What do I play? Just about everything. But my favorites are the flute (the gift and the curse), the mellophone (the PERFECT instrument), the flugelhorn (what trumpets want to be when they grow up), the contrabass (German bow only, holla if ya hear me), and the French horn (so dark, yet so beautiful).
I've held first chair flute for 2 years and sat 2nd chair French horn last year, which was my second year playing the instrument.

Hey! I'm from New Orleans and am currently in college there. Anyone else?? I know there's a few of us college people on here even if we are outnumbered like 1,000 to 1. Anyway, my primary instrument is flute but I also play all the others a little (I'm a music ed major) and I played french horn for 4 years and alto sax for 3 years in a jazz band. Jazz is cool though I tend to be picky as far as what types I like best. I'm in a Baroque ensemble as well as the wind ensemble. I just went to the Midwest Clinic in Chicago too. I love music and will enjoy talking to everyone here.
Also, I love to network with other music ed students and current music teachers. PMs are gladly welcomed and appreciated! Nice to meet you.

Eliza Jane, up here in Susanville, CA, affectionately known as the ville of suzieville....yeah. I play tuba. I know, it's weird. I'm hte only girl in teh back row. the only girl other than the flutes and clarinets period. And I'm okay with that. My boys are great, the back row is the best ever. No one messes with the back row, there is no life outside of hte back row. Deal with it.
