Seeing as she really didn't have a place in their conversation and really didn't want to, Melonie turned and walked the length of the beach until she found herself alone. She smiled. It was always much better to be alone, that way there was noone really nagging at you or trying to talk to you and make you think of some whitty reply. She smiled at the silence. She grew up with it, and she woul most likely die with it.

the kid looked Max in the eye and spoke. "I think im ok... I was in a reef?" he said, a little bewildered. he didnt expect that.

Melonie started humming to herself as she walked and when she actually started to pay attention, she nticed she had gotten lost. "oh..." she sighed. "back to where I started I guess....start lost, end lost..." she sighed and kept walking, not really caring where she ended up as long as she ended up somewhere.

The child didnt respond, remembering what had happened. instead he looked away, and didnt speak.

Eventually Melonie gave up and decided to sit down on the shore, not knowing how far along the shore line went. She took off her shoes and socks and she let the water go up over her feet. She smiled at the feeling.

Kya frowned. "Thats not what im saying at all.. Nevermind." She was a litle disappointed at his reply, but decided to just forget the moment. She sighed, walking with him. "Should we go back?"

Meshik just looked at her for a moment before answering her, "Not yet. Give them time. For now lets' wander through the marketplace. Or better yet get a room in the inn for us all."
