The Medical Admission Chart

Patient's Name: Lerato DeClement
Patient's Division/Squad: 1st Division
Patient's Injuries: Three broken ribs on his left side, broken right leg, and sever burns to his right leg.
Purpose of Visit: To recieve treatment.
Other Useful Info: The broken ribs might have pierced his lung. He reset his right leg and used a piece of his blazer to strap it down. He has been given a bottle of pain medication to keep him from passing out due to pain from Captain Shiboo.

Lerato hobbled his way into the Fourth Division's relief facility, his sheathed zanpukato acting as a makeshift cane so as to keep pressure off of his broken leg. He looked around, a strange activity in itself due to the medication now coursing through his system, and decided to take a seat while he waited to be helped. He laughed as he thought about how he would look to all the healers that were scurrying around taking care of their patients. After a few minutes his mind started to numb and he had to force himself to remain concious. "Damnit Captain Shiboo.. what'd you give meh..." His voice started to slur. Thankfully the elixer that the man had given him had allowed him enough time to make it here before hitting him full force.

Kei Aoi
Captain, Fourth Division, Sereitei
Soul Society
Lerato Operation [1/2]

"Hmmm...?"

Kei Aoi walked beside Lerato, as the application said so, and looked at his dazed expression. The captain did not even budge an inch as he examined his newest patient but eyed him carefully and watched his movements. "Unfocused expression, slurry speaking skills, wobbly even when sitting... Are you sure you took the potion in the right amount, Lerato-sama?" He asked and then immediately picked up his patient and put him in one of the cots. Kei Aoi tied his sleeves and haori at once for him to work properly at this one. Considering the extent of the damage, it was time to focus and pay attention. He mindlessly took off the tops of Lerato revealing his bare and wound torso and put his Zanpakutou at the bedside table. Where was Cyril and Tomoya when you needed them?

"Chiyudou... 16..." Kei Aoi began, putting his hand over the body of Lerato. "Nenshou Tenti." He added softly. At once, there was a short burst of reiatsu and then covered the body of Lerato. It spread like an invisible silk cloth, ever soft, and then did its purpose. Slowly, the burns around the patient began to men albeit slowly. "Do not move much, Lerato-sama." He warned his patient.

The Medical Admission Chart

Patient's Name: Jake Otsuka
Patient's Division/Squad: Squad 1
Patient's Injuries: Heavily bruised hip, cracked ribs (3 of them), a through and through cut on his left thigh, deep gouge across his chest, missing a small chunk of his right thigh, multiple scrapes and bruises all around his body, mild concussion.
Purpose of Visit: To be healed...
Other Useful Info: He's unconscious

Jake slowly woke up from his unconscious state and glanced around with a pounding headache. He was laying on one of the beds, but had no memory of how he got there. Nor was there any sign of whoever had carried him down. His hands moved about him painfully as he felt around for two things.
First was his Zanpakutou which was sheathed and secured to his belt.
The second was his Rubber band gun, which was nowhere to be seen.

The Shinigami suddenly sat upright in shock as he glanced around for it only to be struck by extreme pain in his gut and side, making him lay back down in a pained state.

"That'll be easy." He smiled. He was nearly paralyzed from the neck down due to the elixir that Captain Shiboo had given him. "Right amount?" It wasn't clicking in his head for some reason. "What do you mean the right amount. Yamoto told me to drink, so I drank. Speaking of which... where is he?" He wanted to prop himself up on his elbows and look around for his previous opponent, but all he could bring himself to do was move his eyes to the left and to the right. The vice captain could help but let out a long and satisfying sigh as the cooling blanket of of silk wrapped around his body. The feeling sent shivers down his back as relief swept down his shoulders and torso down into his legs, namely his right which was the most severely burnt. Closing his eyes he pondered out loud. "So, Captain Aio, would you ever be willing to teach someone the healing kido?" His words, slightly slurred, also came out as little more then a whisper having no need to speak loudly here.

A second or two later he felt a dormant spiritual pressure flicker slightly. One of the other patients had finally woken up. Taking a second or two to examine the spiritual pressure he realized it was none other then one of his own squad mates. "Finally waking up, eh Jake? You must have been out for quite some time." He wanted to laugh, but knew somewhere in the back of his mind that if he did, he would more then likely be reprimanded from the healer for moving too much. To think, in the time it took for Jake to wake up, Lerato had finished his fight with Hiroko and had even clashed swords with a Captain.

[Sorry, this was just to tie up some loose ends dealing with the fight in 6th and then the fight with Yamoto.]

"Hit him too hard did I? He kinda deserved it...idiot wouldn't go down." Durzin stood in the doorway. A halo of light wreathing his already immaculate person, the coincidental light combined with his own almost supernatural beauty was kind of reminiscent of an angel...and then he spoke. Completely shattering and reinforcing the illusion at the same time. The sound of his voice fit the profile of a being from a place such as heaven, the words didn't fit nearly so well. "You've been laying there for a long time man, next time take it less seriously." He turned his back stepping out of the building and off to his own duties. He genuinely despised Jake, he was crude, idiotic, and downright unhygenic. For heaven's sake the man had farted in his face! Durzin had dealt with a lot in his life, but this one he genuinely wanted to tear into small, oh so very small, pieces.

The captain of squad 5 walk into the room and sighed as he saw Lerato in rather good condition. "Wow amazing I go submit a little paper work thinking it will take a while to for your injuries to heal, but I guess I was wrong. Squad 4 couldn't be in better hand Kei." The captain smiled as he noticed that Lerato didn't look that well. "Ah yes the type of sake I gave can cause you to feel like that. A rather interesting blend I discovered with the help of a few different shinigami back when I was in squad 11. It dulls the pain and also restores some reiatsu, but if you're not used to it, it may cause some side effects. Looks like your experiencing those right about now. They will go away in a few minutes."

((Though it is not an implemented rule of any sort, it is best advised that a certain RPer must at least show the reason for being here in the Fourth Division healing ward. That way, it avoids confusion on many things like how Aoi was not been fully aware you were brought here and sounded like he missed something. Please remember that, gentlemen. Particularly yours, Delta.))

Kei Aoi
Captain, Fourth Division, Sereitei
Soul Society
Lerato Operation [2/2]

"Speak of the devil and the devil comes, Lerato-sama." Kei Aoi said as soon as he saw Yamoto enter the healing facility. He was quite impressed by the sudden appearance of the captain without even a consent of his visit. And speaking of surprises, Kei was also taken aback when one of his patients, Jake Otsuka, woke up from his deep slumber; meanwhile, a figure whom Kei was not quite familiar with appeared at the same time, too. So many people at the same time.

He turned once more to Lerato and then smiled at the man vaguely. "Now, we need to fasten this up. There is no time to waste. Where are Tomoya and Cyril when you need them?" Kei Aoi said and then pulled his sleeves higher. "Don't blink." He said to Lerato and then giggled softly. He put his arms once again over his patient and then drew an oval figure with his hands. At once, an oval Kido formed above Lerato. "Hanos Void Ex." Kei Aoi said, his facial features getting a little more tense by the moment. Then, he made a sudden snap of his fingers.

The Kido made a short emanation of light and then slowly transfigured and covered Lerato's body. The oval Kido completely consumed the entirety of the patient and at once began healing the wounds of the patient. Meanwhile, Kei Aoi remained silent all those time. Sweat began to form around his temples as the operation went. It was his first time using this Kido after learning it so it proved quite a challenge.

After the longest of time, Kei's arms drooped sideways and he sighed. The oval made a muffled shattering sound and disappeared. Lerato's operation was done. "Le-Lerato-sama. I may require you to stay for a little bit longer here. Though your body is completely restored to its normal physical functions, that doesn't mean that your reiatsu is fully replenished. You need to rest until by the time you recovered most of it." He said and despite the sudden fatigue he incurred after performing such an advanced Kido, smiled warmly. "Learning Chiyudou can be arranged though... we perform extensive investigations about the applicant if he is deserving to learn it. Very well."

He turned to the rest of the people and smiled once again. First off, he faced Durzin. "Interesting as you may are, sire; however, that doesn't give you the right to act so... at home of the healing ward. Please be warned that this a place where people can recover from injuries and illness; we must exercise caution in both speech and movement, don't we? I hope you do understand the gravity of this rule." He said and then bowed respectfully. Then, he turned to Yamoto. "Flattering remarks, Yamoto-sama. However, the drink you have given Lerato-sama is unfamiliar to the Fourth Division. I do believe you have the fullest confidence of the other higher-ups about this... condiment? I do not say I disapprove of this but considering that Lerato's ignorance of such substance... well..." He drifted off, thinking that he talked too much already.

At last, he turned to Jake, seeing that his latter patient seemed to suffer sudden aches and pains.

The Medical Admission Chart

Patient's Name: Arashi Naiya
Patient's Division/Squad: 10th Squad
Patient's Injuries: A hole through the foot
Purpose of Visit: To receive treatment
Other Useful Info: Was in a battle with the 4th seat, this was bound to happen really....

Arashi limped his way into the 4th squads healing room, hoping to find some help. His foot was burning like crazy, probably because he did only recently have a dagger embedded it it, but still the pain was there. He looked around and saw a few others and figured that it would be best if he just sat down somewhere and waited.

((Right...sorry bout that))

Jake Otsuka sighed heavily as he let the words around him and towards him sort of dissipate. They all sounded echoed, as if part of a memory. But when Durzin stepped in his voice pierced through the little shield he had placed around his head. "YOU!" He screamed sitting back up, then falling back down on the bed, completely in pain. "Less seriously? Come here and say that to my face ya damned faery! That's right! You heard me pretty boy!" The shinigami screamed while waving his arms and legs around before collapsing back down on the bed more so in pain and just plain tired...

At the moment the way he was laying you would wonder how he wasn't uncomfortable. A leg, an arm, and half that side of his body was bent at a weird angle and leaning out of the bedside. But Jake didn't bother to move. Not again, he was too pained and tired for that.
He figured someone had brought him here, but who exactly?
All he could remember was the fight with Durzin and how he had lost.
Well, losing wasn't too bad but Durzin had treated it as if he were an intruder. Someone who wasn't a Shinigami, someone who wasn't an equal and needed to be taunted and humiliated.
And less seriously?

Jake shook his head slowly, closing his eyes.

"And what a devil he is." He managed to speak before Captain Aio told him not to move, even to blink. Taking a deep breath in he inhaled as much as he could without causing pain and remained still. The kido seemed to take an eternity to shatter and in that time he thought he had forgotten how to breath. The fog that was cast over him by the sake Yamoto had given him was unlike anything else he had ever had. It almost felt as if he was stuck between a general anesthetic and a bad drunken state. Then a muffled shattering and the kido was lifted. Being able to exhale and inhale were little gifts to him, a pleasure he hadn't realized he would miss so much after just a few minutes. "Don't worry Captain Aio... I don't think I'll be leaving here for at least a few minutes. I'm still having trouble trying to wiggle my toes." He spoke softly as he relaxed into the medical cot. "Alright, well review me all you wish. I think it'd be fun to know some Chiyudou. Not to mention it might come in handy on the battlefield." After hearing Durzin's name, however, he sighed and pushed himself up.

Looking between the two new members Lerato felt tempted to jump up and smack them both upside the head but as it was he barely had enough control over his movements to keep himself sitting properly. "Durzin, stop instigating a fight while we're in the healing facilities or so help me..." He grumbled before shooting a glare over at the other new member of Squad One. "And as for you!" He snapped, raising a shaky finger at Jake, "Be happy he brought you here. He could have just of easily left you in that field in the Rukongai. Now stop your name calling before I get up and bash you." Turning to the healer on call he spoke quietly, "Captain Aio... I apologize for how those two are acting. I hope you can forgive them."

“So, Captain Shiboo, Where do we go from here?” The sake induced haze had gradually started to lift and though he still had to lean on one hand to keep from falling over sideways, he was now able to focus on one thing at a time.

Yamoto smiled as Lerato ask him what they were about to do. "Well I think it is about time we make you a little faster. You're a vice captain now so I think shunpo training is in order." The laughed as he turned around to exit the building. "Kei I guess I forgot to apologize for entering without any permission, but to make up for it if you ever need a favor don't hesitate to ask. The captain went back to addressing Lerato as he was walking out the door. "Rest for a while then come see me about shunpo training."

Arashi noted that while one conflict was full of boiling rage, the other was filled with much more admeration and respect.

Clearly the one pair has personal issues that need to get resolved... and I don't know what happened between the other pair, but it is certainly different.... I wonder if I would find anybody like that here.....

His thoughts were cut off by a burning pain in his foot that shot through the nerves.

Clearly his mind had to be focused on the one thing at the moment, otherwise he would pass out.

((Not really top priority here, but you know, when you get the chance...))

Kei Aoi
Captain, Fourth Division, Sereitei
Soul Society
Jake Emergency Operation [1/2]

"Sudden movements at your situation can prove fatal, Otsuka-sama." Kei Aoi said, pulling out his wakizashi though kept it sheathed. "So, I advise you to stay still and let me do my work as straightforward as possible. With your condition, prolonging your wounds would cause you to go into shock, which, I can say, something you wouldn't want at all."

Then, he raised his wakizashi and put his other hand at its sheath. "Now, I shall perform a quick emergency operation with Otsuka Jake." Kei Aoi said. This time, a Shinigami of the Fourth Division arrived and then began taking notes from Kei's soon-to-be operation. "Falhannah." The captain of the Fourth Division called softly. Then, he unsheathed the wakizashi, which caused a soft mist to burst from it and enveloped the room, creating a rather colder ambiance.

"Healing Dew." Kei Aoi said. Strangely though, the wakizashi was now gone. Suddenly, the mist moved softly and became denser than it was before. Then, the mysterious mist began to collaborate around Jake, thus causing his cot to become damp. "Bruised hip," he began and the mist stirred once again. "Ribs, fractured; about two or three pieces must be broken. Severe cuts on left thigh. Gouged on the chest. Right thigh is also mutilated, flesh missing. Scrapes and bruises surround the body. He also suffers a light concussion." He detailed one by one. "Operation will now begin!"

The mist became dense than ever and covered the figures of Kei and Jake from all around the healing ward. The Shinigami, who was detailing the events and records of the operation, stopped and was stunned in silence.

Arashi's jaw dropped in pure amazement. This was what real power was, and yet it was used as a healing techinique and not for offence. It inspired Arashi, yet at the same time left him with a sinking feeling in the back of his mind that he did not want to try and pick a fight with somebody like that.

Is that the power of a Captain? It's unbelievable! I hope to meet my captain some day soon....

And though his thoughts were not on his foot, it didn't send a shooting pain through his body. It was odd how he wasn't even thinking on it, considering that was what he was here for.

Kei Aoi
Captain, Fourth Division, Sereitei
Soul Society
Jake Emergency Operation [2/2]

Kei Aoi sighed.

At once, his Zanpakutou, which was named Falhannah, stirred once again as it was in the form of a thick mist around Jake's bed. "Enough. I guess this is enough at the time being, Falhannah. Hanos Void Ex depleted much of reiatsu and we have one more patient to tend to." He said and then walked out of the thick mist. He raised his hand and then the mist moved by itself; it solidified in Kei's hand and in a short moment turned into his wakizashi once again. "Thank you, Falhannah." He said and then turned to his latest patient, Jake.

He examined the body of Jake, who was now undressed and most of his wounds reduced to red scars. "I did what I can, Otsuka-sama." Kei Aoi said, pulling out a bandage and then began covering his freshly-tended wounds. "Just like, Lerato, your wounds are now healed though at the extensiveness of your mutilation, I was only able to cover up to 80% of your total reiatsu-replenishment. You will have to stay in order to fully recover. Meanwhile," he said and then tied the lose end of the bandage, "you will have to stay and recover. I cannot allow you to leave without being fully recovered."

Then, he finally turned to Arashi Naiya, a member of the Tenth Division. "Ah, a member of the Elementalists, so they say. I do believe you are well-acquainted or at least familiar of Kasen-sama? He did give me some headache some time long ago. He does not visit the Fourth nowadays." Kei Aoi said, now pulling out some bandages and cleaning agents for Arashi's wounds. "How are you, Arashi-sama?" He began and sat at the foot of the bed, as he tended to Arashi's foot. "I do believe that it is your first time here at the Fourth Division?"
