If you are so concerned for security, you'll never have any customers.

You realive that would be the optimal time to turn on you, right then. Plus a design is useless as long as you can't produce it. You'd have to sell the design to someone first before you could even produce your own guns.

If, but you'd need a foundry, workers, people to sell it, and a s**t load of money, which you don't have. So you'd need to do something to get that money, and selling the design to someone else is basically the only option, which may land you in working for someone else.

He's thinking more like a gun runner, so it'd be more like Klaw, the one from Black Panther, not Inspector Gadget.

A coil gun? They wouldn't make to good of a sniper rifle. A rail gun would be to bulky to used like a sniper.

not from Metal Gear more along the lines of F.E.A.R and the Military channel. Im talking about a long range coil rifle that could fire a metal spike over long distances at extremely fast speeds

Coil guns, not developed enough for snipers yet.

I don't see an advantage to use coil guns anyway...

You need an electric charge, the thing is it doesn't have a lot of kickback or makes minimal noise. I don't think to much of it myself.
