xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxSoraxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxFinally back!!! I can rest up, hang with my friends and... Sora was shocked by Lakayna's honesty. There was something she seemed to be hiding, and she didn't think she could tell him. Well, he would definitely believe her. If someone told him they had a flying pig in their pants, he wouldn't doubt it too much. He'd seen stranger things, and fought even stranger monsters. Somehow, the girl knew he'd understand, but -- like him -- didn't want to say it now. The brunette still felt some duty to listen to her and let her talk about anything she wanted around him. Like he was the only one who would listen and understand.
His attention was divided slightly by the amazing shot Lakayna made. First, she had caught the ball with little or no thought to it. Then she'd hardly concentrated on making a perfect basket. Well, they had their team. He half-nodded when the girl looked at him like she was going to throw the ball. Once he decided that she wasn't going to throw the ball back, he guessed it'd be good to reply to her. "You know, I've been through some strange things myself," he began, glancing at Kairi for a moment. "We all have. So no matter what it is, we'll listen... and believe you. Half the things that have happened to us in the last two years I wouldn't expect anyone to believe either, but something tells me you would. And we'll believe you, and help you if you need it. But you've got to let us know first." He smiled whole-heartedly, knowing what he said was true. About both him and his friends. If she was going to start hanging with them, she needed to learn one thing: Nothing is impossible. GO TO SCHOOL!?!

“And I thought the Darkness was bad…xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxIt doesn’t even compare to this Hell.” Riku sighed. Things that use to be easy and familiar now felt impossible and foreign. He smiled though, glad that Naminé trusted him enough to leave him be but he did still hate how he'd make her worry. He'd never be able to change that though. He couldn't wait until lunch, he needed that smoke more and more every minute that the clock ticked away. And now, for whatever reason the silvernette couldn't think of one thing to say to the blonde. That pissed him off. Why couldn't he think of anything to say?

Naminé Miss Memory Witch Naminé continued to gaze into Riku's deep teal orbs for a few moments more before giving him a smile then glancing away and over to the teacher. Silence now reigned though it wasn't uncomfortable for the blonde. She was remaining silent as to give Riku time for his thoughts; perhaps thinking about what was happening or what was troubling him might end up helping. Perhaps not. Either way, he needed time to think; time to breathe. Riku had dropped his hands and Naminé reached into her bag, pulling out a notebook and a pencil.
The girl proceeded to copy down some notes though not many. She was still drawing the portrait of Sora, Kairi, Riku and herself, trying her best to capture the personality of each person on paper. Sora had one of his hands behind his head, a sheepish yet happy expression playing upon his face. Beside him, Kairi was smiling brightly, one of her hands doing the peace sign while the other rested on Sora's shoulder as she leaned slightly against him. Naminé stood next to Kairi though the sketch of her was merely a shadowy outline at the moment; the petite blonde found drawing herself to be rather challenging. At the end, beside the shadowy shape that would soon resemble the blonde, stood Riku. A slightly cocky smirk played upon his lips and his arms at his sides and his hands in his pockets. Over all the picture resembled the trio almost to perfection. The only thing she needed to do was add the details to their clothing -- they were all wearing the school uniform --, add the shadowing details and fix the outline of herself so it would resemble her. The girl was set to her work and soon she became almost fully lost in her art.

Kairi "Yeah it was wasn't it?" Kairi smiled at Sora when he praised her on her shot. Sora picked up the ball and tried to spin the ball on his index finger. As he did so he gave Kairi a sheepish smile, but then noticed something was different. The brunette cocked his inquisitively at the crimsonette and asked her if something was bothering her. Sora gave her a half smile to try to cheer her up. Kairi immediately snapped out of her thoughts. She returned Sora's smile and said, "I'm sorry, I was just thinking about the past. I guess... I guess I've learned to forgive and deal with some things. Like Axel, I've forgiven him. And I've learned to deal with people like that idiot Xigbar. But other things are still too sad or painful to forget yet. Like when the Heartless destroyed our world, and I lost my heart. I was in that comatose and there was nothing I could do. And then a year later I was kidnapped and held prisoner by Saïx. I know one day I'll get over those things, but for now... As long as I'm with my friends I'll be okay." Kairi continued to smile at Sora, but then suddenly once again had a sad face. "Thinking back on it, I was pretty useless those last two journeys huh? Unconscious for most of the first one, and then kidnapped during the next. Some help I was..." the princess said unhappily. She wished she could have been more helpful to Sora, Riku, Goofy, Donald, the King, and the others. Kairi sighed and then her normal smile returned as she said, "But it's no good dwelling on the past though, right? Next time, I'll be with you and Riku every step of the way." With that thought Kairi began to cheer up a little. When Kairi heard Lakayna growl at the bullies, she was very happy to see that Lakayna cared so much for her friends. And once again she saw Lakayna's fang like front teeth. Kairi didn't care what Lakayna looked like, she was her friend no matter what. Though Kairi was curious as to what Lakayna was, but to afraid to ask, fearing she might upset her friend.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxSoraxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxFinally back!!! I can rest up, hang with my friends and... Sora looked back to Kairi as she spoke to him. His eyebrows turned up slightly as she talked about the past. It was not her fault all those things had happened to her. Bad things happen to good people. She was right though; that was all in the past. "You know, you were really helpful," he started, smiling. "If it hadn't been for you, I'd still be a Heartless running around. Well, actually, Donald probably would have killed me by now!" He laughed lightly, though the event itself had been no laughing matter. It was the closest thing he'd ever felt to being dead, and that was a close as he wanted to get.
The brunette noticed that Kairi had looked at Lakayna when she'd snarled. She was being quiet now though, so he decided to lay off a little. He'd back off and continue to talk to Kairi. He'd leave some holes in the conversation so she could jump in when she wanted. He racked his brain for something to talk about, but nothing was coming to him. He was drained out by thoughts of the past and his growling stomach. Ah, that was a good subject! "When's lunch?" he groaned, holding his belly. "I'm so hungry. I was gonna be late for school, so I didn't eat again. Man, this really sucks. I don't think school food will help it much either." He snickered a little. Crappy food was better than no food. You learned that after not eating for a week and then having a bowl of Cid's Bellyful Stew. It was whatever he had leftover in the fridge. That meant EVERYTHING. It wasn't too bad when you were starving to death, though. GO TO SCHOOL!?!

Kairi Kairi looked fondly up at Sora with a bright smile on her face. Sora always knew what to say. Kairi remembered it like it was almost yesterday, when the Heartless had surrounded her and the keyblade master (in Heartless form) and she had protected him from them and Sora then regained his true form. Kairi then blushed realizing now that that had been the first time Sora had ever held her in his arms. When Sora mentioned the fact that if he had stayed a Heartless Donald probably would have killed him by now Kairi giggled. "Hee hee yeah. Donald didn't recognize you at all!"When Sora's stomach gave a low growl Kairi gave a little laugh. "I see your hungry." When Sora said that he hadn't eaten breakfast because he was going to be late the crimsonette said kindly, "Aww well if you want you can have some of my lunch when we go to change. I always bring mine. That way you won't have to wait in any lines and you can get some food into your tummy right away! I had a big breakfast so I'll be okay with just a snack."

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxSoraxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxFinally back!!! I can rest up, hang with my friends and... When Kairi mentioned giving some of her food to Sora, he raised his eyebrows. He didn't notice it for a second, but then he felt the warmth of a slight blush on his cheeks. He ducked his head down and his stomach roared at just the right time to make it look like he'd doubled over in pain instead of hide his face. "Really, Kairi, you don't need to do that," he told her, feeling the blood leave his cheeks finally. He looked up at her, still bent over for some reason. "You know me, I eat a lot. I can survive a couple more minutes."
In fact, it was less than a couple more minutes. The gym teacher finally decided to wake up and realize class was almost over. He called out that everyone needed to get to the changing rooms. Sora glanced at him then back to Kairi. "Be back in a sec. Meet you here!" With that he darted to the boys' changing room. He quickly got out of his annoying gym clothes and pulled his school shirt on. In the process, he dropped his crown shaped necklace, which he wore everywhere. Another kid -- one of the ones that had been in the laughing group -- picked it up. He was much taller than the brunette, and had very noticable muscles. Sora gave him a death glare and held out his hand. "Give it back," he demanded, his voice low and harsh, using the same tone he did whenever he spoke to an Organization member or other adversary. This obviously surprised the boy, but only urged him to do more. The other boys were watching now, a couple "ooh"ing and whistling.
The bigger boy laughed and dangled it in front of Sora's face. "You want it? he taunted. He held the chain high above his own head. "Come and get it." Sora scoffed but kept his cool. "Okay then." He jumped up, using one of his old abilities. He did a back-flip to get higher and then grabbed the necklace. Once he had it, he spun around to gain more height. Luckily the boys' locker room was high, and he was a foot above the boy's head now. He spread his arms and hovered in the air, using his Glide ability. "You want it? Come and get it." The boy gawked and blinked incredulously. The brunette smiled triumphantly and slowly floated to the ground. "What? Too high for you? Sorry about your luck." He slammed his locker door shut and went back to the gym. He came to Kairi's smile, a smirk still on his face. "Sorry about the delay. Ready to go?" he asked as he put his necklace around his neck. GO TO SCHOOL!?!

Kairi "Are you sure? It's no trouble, really.," Kairi asked the brunette as his stomach growled again. The red head giggled then said, "Hee hee yes I know you, and I know how much you can eat! But you're right, you'll be able to survive a couple more minutes."Lunch was sooner then Kairi thought. The teacher actually did something, he called for everyone to go to the changing rooms. Sora told Kairi that he'd be back in a second and that he'd meet her there. "Okay!" Kairi called after him as he headed to the boys' changing room. Kairi then walked to the girls' changing room with Lakayna. Kairi changed back into her school uniform (she seemed to be the only one of her friends who didn't mind it). She swung her bag over her shoulder (Thalassa Lucky Charm attached) and headed back to the gym. Sora came out a moment later and Kairi greeted him with a smile. He apologized to the crimsonette for the delay and asked her if she was ready to go. "That's okay Sora, and yep I'm ready to go," she replied happily. Kairi saw that Sora and a smirk on his face as he put his crown necklace around his neck. "You looked pretty pleased about something, what's up?" the red head asked with a laugh.

Lakayna had followed Kairi into the girl's locker room to change. It was just about lunch time; finally; and the dragon girl would be able to talk to Namine. She hoped the girl hadn't forgotten. Sighing lightly, Lakayna grabbed her bag and followed Kairi to meet back up with Sora just as the bell signaling the end of the period rang loud and clear. Lakayna had been half listening to what Kairi and Sora had been talking about, but none of it phased her at all. Compared to just what she was, that stuff sounded a bit more like common gossip. "Finally, it's lunch time," she said in relief.

“And I thought the Darkness was bad…xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxIt doesn’t even compare to this Hell.” Riku heard the bell for lunch and sighed in relief. Finally. he thought as he stood up from his chair. He could finally sneak out for that cigarette as long as he avoided Sora and then he would sneak back in. He looked over at Naminé; she'd probably notice though. The silvernette smiled and offered his hand to her and helped her up. He glanced over at hikari from across the room. Only three more classes and he'd get the information he needed. He turned away from her and walked to the door and waited for the blonde Nobody. "C'mon, Naminé."

blink heard the lunch bell ring and got out of his seat. Blink gave a formal bow to the teacher and walked down to the lunch room. "Oh boy i get to meet the rest of sora and kairi's friends" blink said happily.
Blink got half way to the lunch room when a very big boy tapped him on his shoulder. "What do you want?" said blink with fear in his voice. The big boy tried to punch Blink in the blink tripped over his bandages and in doing so avoided the fatel blow. blink got up and ran off. "Hrmm i always though my lose bandages were a death trap but they really helped me just then " blink thought.
Blink arrived at the lunch hall and stood by the door and looked in Kairi and sora havent arrived yet. Blink stood by the double doors waiting for them.

Naminé Miss Memory Witch Naminé barely realized it when the bell rang. The only thing that brought her back to earth and out of her own world was Riku standing up and holding out his hand. Blinking in surprise, the girl looked up and was unable to stop a smile from spreading across her face as the boy was smiling down at her.
The petite blonde turned back to her notebook and shut it, then placed it and her pencil inside her bag. Once she was done, the Nobody turned back to Riku and placed one of her slim and slender hand in his. The girl smilted as he helped her up and then she slung her bag over her shoulder, when she looked over, Riku was already by the door. Naminé walked over to him and then making sure he was with her, the girl walked out of the door and into the hallways, heading towards the cafeteria. She was still unsure whether or not Riku wanted to display their relationship, though he didn't seem to mind anymore. But just to make sure, she would let him decide whether or not he wanted to display it.

“And I thought the Darkness was bad…xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxIt doesn’t even compare to this Hell.” As they walked, the silvernette looked over at Naminé. He'd be glad when Sora knew about them, but he still didn't want the brunette to know. He was worried about how he'd take it. But Riku looked away from the blonde and let his mind worry about one thing at a time and right now that was getting to luncha nd sneaking a smoke. He wasn't sure how he'd get away from Naminé or if he should just tell her "Hey, I'm going to smoke" since he'd already smoked in front of her. He sighed. The confusion made his nicotine craving escalate. The couple reached the cafeteria and passed a bandaged boy. Riku glanced at him but then went on his way.
He stopped near the door and took the Nobody aside. He looked towards the back door and rubbed his neck. "Uhm, Naminé, I have to...take care of something, okay?"

Naminé Miss Memory Witch Naminé was lost in thoughts of her own, content to go along with however Riku wanted to go along with their relationship. The petite blonde cared a lot about him and she wasn't one to get upset that he didn't want to flaunt that they were together. Besides, she had a feeling Riku would be worried about how Sora would take the news; the petite blonde had already told Kairi and she knew the crimsonette was extremely pleased. Naminé knew Sora would be happy with it as well, but the girl didn't say anything about it. It was between Riku and Sora -- they were best friends after all and the blodne knew Riku would tell his best friend about them soon enough. But for now, he had other things to worry about it seemed.
As the couple reached the cafeteria, Naminé stepped inside, her crystaline eyes sweeping over the area as she searched for a sign of a familiar face. She hadn't been able to see Sora or speak to him since arriving on Destiny Islands and she was desperate to apologize to him for everything she'd done. Sora was a dear friend -- to her at least, she didn't know what the brunette thought of her -- and she was ashamed for everything she'd been forced to put him through. However, she spotted none of her friends and she let out a soft sigh. As she stepped through, she felt someone take a hold of her wrist and she looked up, her eyes meeting Riku's teal ones.
The girl didn't object as he pulled her aside and let go of her before speaking. The silvernette didn't look at her but he looked out the back door as he spoke. Another soft sigh escaped Naminé and she gave a small nod. "Alright, I'll catch up with you later, then." She replied quietly. The girl knew all to well what he was about to go do and though she wished he wouldn't, she knew he still would. Maybe she'd get Axel to speak to Riku about it if the silvernette didn't listen to her first... The blonde mentally shook the thoughts away and looking up a Riku, she reached out with a hand and took one of his in hers and squeezed it gently before letting go. Smiling at him, the girl turned away and strode over to one of the lunch tables, sitting down and pulling out a water bottle and her notebook with her sketch in it. The girl wasn't hungry and seeing as how none of her friends were here yet, she might as well continue her drawing.
