Yes, but how would you know if invaders trying to destroy all humans in the area come and if you prepare you could be one of the few survivors to rebuild the human race, but a hell of a lot better?

I get better and worse depending on the time of day and sugar intake. Other than that I don't think it changes much.

Usually in the form of flavored sugar water, like juice. It is also the lack of sugar that makes a problem.

My breakfast is usually juice, and by sugar I could just mean any type of food by lunch time (1pm-3 or 4pm)

Gaia account it usually near the RPC name, and those images are big, linking to the might be better if the profile lists get over 6 profiles each.
How can a race be 10 different things? Do you mean she can transform into 10 different dragons?
