Though it often has.....strange effects.
Just be sure to remember/write down what happens, because you may be surprised at what it was.

Interestingly, last night I dreamed that I was Ran and I couldn't find Chen. Then Yukari was teaching me how to make gaps..... So dream or real? If I can't remember then a certain person has messed with the boundary between dreams and reality.

And another tip: Stop doing it when you start having trouble telling apart dream from reality. That happened to me once.

Hmm.....the problem with that is this.
Things keep me too locked in, so there's always a barrier between Dreams and Reality for me......kinda makes me wonder....
So I've never had the problem of Dreams and Reality blurring together.
It'd be interesting though, seeing as how it's something I've not experienced before.
