Ryu smiled down at Aras, "Yes I remember you, it's been a long time hasn't it?"
Though he couldn't help but wonder what Celebor meant by that.
Feng tried not to fidget, she sort of wanted to talk to Celebor about that.. since not only was it troubling but she also sort of felt sorry for Ruran (as sorry as one could get for a person who had a twisted sense of self).

Aras stared at Ryu for a moment, and then she gave a slow nod. She hadn't seen him much in the Southland, but he was at least familiar to her.
Celebor smiled warmly. "And over here is Kanis," he added, nodding to the blue-haired girl who had taken a seat on a chair.
Kanis smiled and bowed her head to Ryu. "It's a pleasure to meet you," she said politely.

Kanis he thought wasn't someone one was going to forget any time soon but that was probably because of the colour of her hair.
"Hello Kanis, it's nice to meet you as well," Ryu smiled softly, "And who was the little boy who went into the kitchen."
"Ruque! He asks a lot and lot of questions," Naida grinned.

Celebor chuckled. "Ruque is an inquisitive one," he agreed. "A real softy. I think he admires his mother more than anyone else."
He held up one finger. "And you have to meet her, too. I'll bring her out here, since the kitchen isn't exactly made for this many people."
And he pried Aras off his waist and disappeared into the kitchen.

Feng nearly bounced at the idea of meeting her, which just made Naida giggle because she liked to be bounced.
"We'll be waiting right here!"

While they were waiting, Aras moved to sit on the couch with her sister.
It was only a few short moments before Celebor returned, leading a very lovely human woman with long golden hair and Kanis's blue eyes.
"Feng, Ryu, Miyu," he introduced her, "this is my wife, Niyana."
Niyana smiled shyly and bobbed her head in a sort of greeting. "Hello," she said softly. "It's nice finally meet all of you ... I've heard about you for such a long time."

"It's wonderful to finally meet you Niyana," Ryu smiled.
"And to get to know you better!" Feng added, "Since you'll be living here."
She noted that Ryu had a raised eyebrow and then remembered her brother didn't know and despite some of their habits he was not a mind reader.
"Celebor, Niyana and their kids are going to be living here, neat right?"

Niyana smiled warmly. "Well ... I don't think we were happy in the Seconds world," she murmured softly to Feng and Ryu. "There were no others there for the children to interact with ... and I think the few people there were, were not the best of influences ..."
"Not at all," Celebor agreed. "I think this is a much better place for the children to grow up. Here there are people who will teach them morals to go along with their regular training. And this may sound strange to say, but I think this is a more peaceful world."

"Really?" Feng blinked in surprised looking at her brother and then back at Niyana and Celebor, "We always felt the Seconds World to be well... boring. It's the reason why pretty much everyone in the family is in Gaia... or here."
"Though it is nice to know you'll be closer to hope," Ryu added, "We might be of the Seconds World, but the family has always felt more connected to this one."

Celebor smiled. "Well, this is where Mom is from, even if she's from a different area," he reminded them. "So yes, this place has a much stronger connection to home than the Seconds world does."
He paused. "Did the children tell you about their trainers at all?" he asked warily.

"Mi....." Miyu sighed, "A bit yes... mainly because I told Aras I would tell Rhea that she is fine."
A promise she was not looking forward to keeping becaue Corrah terrified her to no end, even though she had (more or less) gotten over the whole incident.
"I think Miyu heard most of it," Feng commented, "But... judging by the amount of twitching I'd say that Miyu's response isn't a good thing..."

Celebor pursed his lips, his expression growing slightly angry. "I see," he said tersely. "Aras? An explanation, please?"
Aras couldn't face her father, but she stared down at her feet silently, her cheeks growing red.
Celebor frowned deeply and looked back at Miyu. "Don't worry about it," he said firmly. "I wouldn't ask anyone to go there. Especially not you, and especially not alone."
He turned back to his daughter. "Aras, I told you there would be no more communication with him. Don't try to disobey me again."
Aras nodded jerkily and replied in a husky voice, "Yes, Daddy."

"Is it really that bad that she needs no communication with this Rhea?" Feng asked surprised by Celebor's reaction.
Honestly she didn't think it was that bad, but then again she didn't know what was going on.
Miyu shook her head, "Please don't be upset, it's not the place it's... Mi..." she flushed a bit, "I thought he was Yami-san... and then he yelled at me...."
"Wait... does this have to do with the incident where Lin hurt her wrist?" Ryu inquired.

Celebor's frown deepened. "It is not that she doesn't need to have communication with Rhea - it is that we forbid it. She may not have communication with him. That is all that you or anyone else need know. Miyu, there is no need to explain ... it is dangerous for you to go to that area, and especially to go to that man."
Niyana wanted to make sure that Feng and Miyu didn't feel as if they had done anything wrong, since they hadn't, and so she added quickly, "This has been a long time in coming, and it is one of the main reasons we are here. Please ... just don't question it."

The couple certainly confused the three, but if Celebor and Niyana said it not to question it, they wouldn't it seemed they had more trouble back in the birth world than they realized.
"Well if you say so..." Feng murmured, "At least you're here now, which will give all of us the chance to get to know the family better! And.. maybe we can convince Donovan to stick around."
