Midori swam after Raine. "What were you both doing up there? I know there was more going on then just holding onto each other," she said with a disgusted look on her face.

There was a small blush on Raine's face as she tried to hide it. She didn't answer Midori.

Midori saw the small blush. "I can't believe it... You fell in love with a human," she said, in a tone of mixed anger and disappointment.

Midori was about to yell at Raine, but she stopped herself. She breathed in calmly and then said, "How do you know? How long have you known him? I'm betting barely a day or two. That's not long enough to really get to know someone."

Midori smiled, a smile filled with pain and betrayal. "Yeah, that's exactly what I thought..." she said then began to swim away.

Raine saw the pain filled smile. She thought that Midori would argue back and that's when she put it all together. "Is...That what happened to you...?" She asked, she wasn't anger anymore.

Midori stopped swimming and looked over her shoulder back to Raine, her eyes sad and full of pain. "I... don't want to talk about it..." she said quietly then swam away.

"I'm sorry..." Raine said as she watched Midori swim away. All humans can't be that bad...Right? She thought to herself. She didn't want to believe that Travis would betray her.

Midori didn't hear what Raine said as she continued swimming. She didn't stop swimming until she came to a bed of seaweeds. She went in, secluding herself once more.
