"Ok then. This might hurt a bit." he said as he smiled. He kissed Chloe and then bit her on the neck, draining a little blood in the process.

Chloe cringed as his teeth sank into her neck. her eyes became unfocused. she felt so weird. she felt like her life was leaving her, and she knew that it was true. she could feel him drinking her blood.

Soma pulled back and then looked at Chloe. "Still alive?" he asked her.

Chloe heard Soma's voice but it sounded far away and fuzzy. she felt a little change come over her and a shudder ran down her spine. then she opened her eyes. things seemed clearer and the air felt warm. she looked at her hands, they were pale. she looked up at Soma and nodded. She smiled and touched his face with her hand. His skin no longer felt cold to her. "I feel great." she said.

Chloe smiled and kissed him back. she felt a little different. more confident. she didn't have her shell that she had hidden away from the world anymore.

"Thats a good thing." Chloe smiled. she wasn't exactly sure why but she was very happy. she kissed him.
"What is this?" a voice shrieked out. "Whats with all the blood?" the door to the infirmary was flung open and the nurse stood there, looking terrified. she saw Chloe and Soma kissing and a bit of color found their way into her cheeks. "Oh, I'm sorry." Chloe pulled away from Soma. she flt like a little kid caught with their hand in the cookie jar. "Oh, no, we were just-"
"Well, I know what you were doing." the nurse said. "Sorry for not coming back, but I suppose that you two didn't mind." she said.

"Ahh... young people." she muttered. "What is all this blood? did someone die? I've never seen so much blood before." she exclaimed.
Chloe felt her stomach do a flip. she was at a loss for words. What were they ging to tell her?

"Yeah a few people came in here seeking medical attention they came here because it was the closest building to them, well that's what they told us, they looked like they were in a brutal fight, probably gang related, we didn't know what to do and they bled to death." he said while making it sound convincing.
