GaleTheWolfMaxwell Ryuujin Toshiro GaleTheWolfMaxwell Kye keeps his morning walk the same as always, walking by the training parts of schools and than to his favorite tree he would sit in and relax. Ryuujin was walking around looking for the Hyuuga Clan's Compound. What happened before, he doesn't remember. To him, it was just a dream or a nightmare. He was wearing a red jacket, with the Ryuujin Clan's symbol on it (Ying-Yang with eight eq. triangles protruding from it.), the hood was up and he was searching with his eyes, not moving his head from side to side. From afar, he could see someone sitting under a tree, he walked up to him. "Umm, excuse, do you know where the I can find Huno Kiko and Hyuuga Sora?" Kye opened his eyes slowly. the tired lazy look he gave showed nothing of how awake he is at times or stamina he has. "Eh, Huno Kiko and Hyuuga Sora? You missed one, maybe both. Something you need?" He nodded. "I was supposed to meet up with them, at the Hyuuga compound. But I'm new to Konoha, so I can't find the place." He then looked around and then looked back. "Can you please point me at the right direction?" He asked.

Ryuujin Toshiro Dragon Sneeze Ryuujin Toshiro Dragon Sneeze Ryuujin Toshiro He smiled to himself and wrapped his around her. "Its ok Ifuuki. No need to worry anymore." He patted her back reassuringly. He then let her go and then called in the handmaidens once more. Kenji decided to wait at the corner, sitting there watching Ifuuki get prepared. After Ifuuki was cleaned up, they were led to Matsuda's study. The table that Kenji had broke the night before was replaced. Mastuda herself was relaxing on a cushion smoking. She was staring off into space. "I see you're alive." she said without turning around. "You must be good at resisting pain." He didn't speak back, he felt that doing so would invoke her anger. He noticed something in her voice, anger? He doesn't know, but he feels like things won't be going smooth for a while. She slowly turned her head to glance at Kenji. "The Rites of Pain have an ultirior motive. We don't look to see if the person can withstand the pain, we look to see if they enjoy it." She took another puff on her cigarette and blew out the smoke slowly. "The Kabuku clan revels in pain. To us, it is the one ture way to live. For those outside our clan, only numbness awaits them." "So, it means I failed the Rites?" He had no emotion in his face, he just asked plainly. He didn't mind if it was a wasted effort, atleast he withstood the pain. She's 5 times insane than her grand daughter.commented Rai. Matsuda puffed smoke rings. "You are missing the point. The Rites are not a test." She looked at him for the first time in the conversation. Her eyes seemed coy, as if she was enjoying herself. "It is a gift." She stood and walked over to Kenji. "You may marry Ifuuki-san if you wish. I will not stop you. The promise is now complete."

Promise? Does she mean my promise to capture Rai? That crafty b***h! The one reason she let me leave last time is because I promised I'd bring Rai back... In her mind I've done so, and by marrying Kenji, I'm "catching him"... Damn! How did she notice Rai??

Well, on the case of the watcher, I lost him. The chakra flow that I detected shortened and then disappeared.
Meaning he or she is gone?
It's a he and no he maybe watching still, but with low-efficiency and effectivness for the details. In other words, by using little chakra, he won't be seeing properly.
He and Ifuuki were being escorted to another room. When they entered, Kenji was somewhat amazed. The room was massive and the bed huge. It could fit in 5 people. There was a wardrobe in the left side of the room. Kenji walked over to it and checked the contents. It was filled with formal dresses and clothes, as well as yukatas and kimonos.
Before the escorts left, they announced that in 3 hours, the wedding ceremony will commence. They left, and at that moment, Kenji closed the wardrobe doors, turned around, approached and looked into Ifuuki's eyes. He decided to call her out. "Ifuuki, what was this about a promise?"

"But we can't defeat her. There's no way.. We have to bargain. She probably sensed Rai as soon as you entered the village. At that instant she considered the promise fufilled. She probly just let Kisei perform the Rites on you to let him regain some respect in the village. I can't believe I let feelings for you override my logic. We should have never come." Kenji quickly shot her a look. What did she say? "Feelings for me?" Kenji was suprised, the real Ifuuki having feelings for him? "There are times when feelings are in better need than logic." He thought to himself, thinking up of a plan. He couldn't think of anyway to defeat her, he and Ifuuki knows this. But the answer was obvious. "Well if we bargain, what will be the stakes?"

Ejiu's shadow vision had began to blur a little in the past few minutes, though his hearing was still perfect. Damnit, after feeding this thing charka for nearly 4 days I'm starting to run low, or at least low for me, charka wise. I need to go and eat and replensih my charka, not like they're going anywere, and if they do I can find them again.
At that Eiju got up from his position near the outskirts of the village and made his way to the last place he saw plausible food for him to hunt....
