Jessica blinked in confusion at that, dead? "Oh. You guys never catch a break here do you? It's not like it's much different on Earth." She murmured with a heavy sigh, shaking her head, remembering how she had been pushed after discovering their sister planet. She couldn't hide the sarcastic laugh that spilled from her throat, her posture almost seeming dejected for a moment. "i like that, 'Mr. Grumpy Pants' very fitting. Not really. I mean, it's great finding out all we have, but nothing quite.... fun. As in playing around sort of fun." She answered, glancing off in the direction of the others, watching them for a few moments before turning her gaze back to him.

Priya nodded a little, she should have at least expected that to happen with someone. "Reporters and journalists are basically people who are out to get a story, whether it's about an incident occured involving two nations, to getting into famous people's lives and talking about every little thing they do wrong. Sometimes the people that they need to talk to in order to get information don't want to answer their questions, and so they press hard. Much like Eric did to you. Reporters and journalists are very pushy, well... some of them at least." she had to give those who weren't some credit even if their population sort of remained small.

Tanya nodded, that was easy enough to understand, she could see the similarities with scouts as she had thought, but the reporters and journalists she spoke of sounded much stupider. "I see."
She studied Priya more closely now, once again taking in her different eyes, skin, and hair... "No one has said it, but I'm afraid I'm either more curious or blunt then the others, what is it that makes you so different from the other humans?" she finally asked. Tanya didn't necessarily expect an answer, but had asked anyway. She knew she wasn't the only one wondering the same thing, but something surly was different, even when compared to say, Jessica, or any of the other researchers.

"I think I can change that..." Kai said as a smile spread across his face. "Come on." he stated, leaping up and grabbing Jessica's hand to pull her out of the chair.

Priya remained quiet as she watched Tanya study her, her head tilting ever so slightly to the right as she listened. "I'm an albino if thats what you mean. It's a genetic anomaly that occurs within humans. I'm sure it happens here too. Albino's hair is white or silvery white, their eyes are lighter colors like blue or, in rarer cases, violet or pink. Normally they are blue. Their skin also is very pale." She replied, some part of her wondering if that would satisfy Tanya or if she would need to actually go into what really made her different besides what she just said. It would be better if she didn't have to, the others didn't know about it either. If many found out on Earth, things would get..... complicated.

Jessica blinked as she was tugged to her feet by him, glancing back towards the ship. "Kai, where are we going? Brother Mathias will get upset if I leave without a squad again." She honestly didn't want to lose anymore connection or influence over the marines than she had from before. True, she had gained more over the past month, but still, if she didn't remain in Brother Mathias' good graces, things would probably get ugly.

Tanya continued to watch Priya closely as she answered her. There was something more, she could tell... but obviously she did not want to tell her. Very well, she could respect that. "I'm not so sure if thats what I meant." She said simply, letting on that she suspected more but was willing to drop it.
It was right after she said that that that calm, soothing feeling came over her again... Alethea.... Tanya turned to look and could see the girl heading this way, she was walking with one of the researchers, and presumably, answering questions.

Alethea had walked around for awhile, studying the humans behaviors, though she couldn't really judge them to clearly at all, they acted differently when not around her projected atmosphere. Eventually a curious, but more courteous, researcher had come over to her and started asking questions. Alethea was willing to answer most of them and she was still doing so now, "Yes, we age extremely slowly. We age increasingly slower the older we get as well" she said, answering the last question the girl had asked.

Priya noticed how the subject was dropped so quickly, giving a small shrug then a nod. "I'm sorry, most believe it is that answer. I'm never quite sure what they expect otherwise." She said softly, glancing in the direction of Alethea, noticing the changes over everyone's demeanor, even the fairies whom were still bouncy as ever. She acted much as the others did, wondering if the girl knew that she wasn't affected like the others were.

"Don't worry. We won't go out of sight of the ship." Kai looked over his shoulder and smiled at Jessica. "Besides, if memory serves me, Grumpy gills only said you couldn't go outside of the base camps perimeters." he laughed as he lead Jessica along. "Just wait, you're going to love it!" he added, winking at her over his shoulder.

Jessica blinked at that, forcing herself to relax, smirking as she chuckled. "He did say that... Alright." She laughed lightly at the wink, only growing more intrigued as to what the hell he was up to. "Always so mysterious Kai." She shook her head a little with a smile, her one hand holding onto her notebook tightly.

"It's part of what you human's seem to love about me." Kai teased, throwing a smile over his shoulder at Jessica as he brought her to the treeline. "Okay... Now, close your eyes." Kai stated simply, stopping and turning to look at her. He still hadn't let go of her hand.

Jessica laughed at that, well, it did cause some kind of attraction due to fascination from people to him. "Perhaps." She teased right back, grinning as she glanced to the scenery around them before her eyes came to rest upon the neko again. Raising an eyebrow at the random request, she did as told, closing her eyes with a chuckle. "I better not get some kind of disgusting goop on my hands or something thats gonna cause my hands to smell for weeks." She joked, giving his hand a gentle squeeze as if to reassure him of the fact she was joking. But she waited patiently for whatever surprise was in store for her that he was concocting.

Kai lead Jessica into the woods surrounding the clearing, making sure to guide her around roots and such. The wind twirled around them, telling him that it was almost time. "Okay. Stop... No peeking!" he warned, squeezing her hand before releasing it and walking behind her to put his hands over her eyes. Kai waited until everything was in motion before removing his hands. "Look." he whispered into her ear, his face right next to hers.

((Here's a pic of the scene. Think fairy dance with magical lights and tiny people zooming around in a complex dance.))

Jessica made sure to keep her eyes closed even if she wanted to look, allowing him to lead her through the trees. She could hear leaves rustling around them especially when the breeze started moving through. She stopped when he told her to, letting her hand fall to her side, tilting her head at the lack of contact until she felt his hands cover her eyes, smirking to herself. She was about to ask what was up until she heard him and felt his hands move away, opening her eyes, which promptly widened at what she was witnessing.

She wasn't even going to record anything, almost dropping her notebook, her hands grip on it tightening, eyes following the graceful movements of the fairies in the clearing. After a moment, she did glance to Kai, a wide smile upon her lips, unable to really form any proper sentences in her head to respond to what she was seeing, or what he had done for her in this. So she did nothing, instead returning her eyes to the dance happening in front of them.

"I told you." Kai whispered softly in Jessica's ear, his face close to hers. "Watch this." to illustrate what he was doing, Kai slowly extended his hand and pointed. A wind swept in from behind them, carrying red flower petals toward the faeries. Who then scooped them off the wind and changed dances, using the flowers in some sort of magical dance that reminded you of the best of spring days. As if just simply watching them took you there. Kai gently laid a hand on Jessica's shoulder and gave it a gentle squeeze as the dance continued.

((Is it just me or does Kai seem to have always liked Ayra and that now he is starting to like Jessica too? ... ... That could get interesting.))

(( Lolz, I was starting to notice that too! So no, it's not just you. And yes, this will. xD Hmm.... speaking of Arya..... ))

Jessica looked back to him again when he spoke, somehow managing not to blush at just how close their faces were, her eyes then following his hand to return to watching. She couldn't help but smile as she saw the flower petals, a hand coming up to gather her hair behind one ear since one side had a tendency to fall in front of one side of her face. She felt the squeeze on her shoulder, falling back into a memory on Earth that warmed her smile as a tear rolled down her cheek. Just one, a single tear born from something beautiful from both the faeries dance and the memory she held.

"You have got to be kidding me. I'm not sending my siblings back in there! They'll know for sure that they've spoken to us and will get killed!" Arya snapped at the High Council, her single wing extending as the feathers puffed out in her anger. "You are signing their death certificates! And you think to tell me that this is the best ******** solution you've come up with to the Bolygó Evő?! Have you gone senile over the eons?!" She added, waving a report in her hand since she had been promoted to Lead Researcher on this case.

"You'd best watch your tone Vezet Kutató. Or we may have to rethink what we have granted you." The Head Councilman said in a warning tone. "If you want a better solution to the Bolygó Evő problem, then speak to your underlings. As for the matter involving your siblings, Jarrod can infiltrate them and destroy their resistance from the inside out. He will have a battalion at his command so that we can arrest them all without too much problem." He explained, a sharpness in his voice as his own wings ruffled in agitation.

Now they'd done it, she was fuming, almost breaking the data pad in her hand. "But you still have to approve all solutions we come up with, and out of all of them, you approve of this? I think you'd better talk to your underlings." She muttered, knowing she was walking thin ice, but frankly, she didn't give a damn. Not now. Not after this. She noticed how the other five members wings had also ruffled, two to each unlike her. She noticed how one woman sniffed at the fact she only had one. She had no patience for their bullshit. "So you would stop them at the cost of my brother? I-"

"Arya thats enough!" Shouted a deep voice from above, the shadows broiling in a corner before they formed into Malachai whom extended his four wings, walking to her side. "I understand your upset, but this is not the way to do it. Let me handle them. Go bring those notes that the researchers wanted to them. Are you going to be ok doing that?" He bowed his head to each member, folding his wings as he saw the reaction it caused among them. Few angels were born with four wings, and it usually meant that they were more powerful than the others. In the older days it meant that they would be the next leader. But it was not that way now. "Forgive me for being late, I will speak for her." He started, glancing back to his twin.

Arya grimaced, but nodded to her brother, her wing vanishing from sight. "Yeah, I'll be fine.... Thank you and good luck with these hülye aggkori gyors mozdulat szívás régi cods." She then vanished into a beam of light, briefly stopping by her house to grab those notes before vanishing off to the human encampment. When she arrived, she recognized one of them, her name was Erica if she remembered correctly. "Here are the reports you wanted about our history." She said with a small smile, feeling the soothing air that Alethea was giving off, inwardly frowning though she knew it was better if she didn't stay angry. It only suppressed it, it didn't make it vanish.

Spreading her wing, she had long since erected an illusion of light that made it seem as if she still had two wings, maintaining the others ignorance in what had happened a month ago. A few feathers fell as she rose up into the air, she had been losing more lately which made her worry a bit. She knew how Malachai felt, and how Kai would feel if he found out what exactly it meant though she had a feeling that he had an idea. She glanced to where she was in the air, picking a tree at the edge of the clearing that was still a distance away from where, unknown by her, Kai and Jessica were, perching in the upper branches as her wings slipped out of sight again. She felt the effects of Alethea's presence wearing off a bit more, the rage still burning in her chest. She expelled it by twisting a beam of light into different shapes, watching it change colors.
