By the way Fiey I've tried redrawing trying my best to do all the things you've said (although I probably didn't do it very well) but I'm thinking.
My character is supposed to be male and female as you know and a doll/human hybrid as you didn't
Now I'm having trouble with 2 things: A: I'm appallingly bad at dolljoints, do you have any refrences?
B: I'm not sure if I should put in a tiny bit of a chest just to hint to this face, I'm working off a male template but I want tiny hints that confuse the looker to make it seem like a girl. So can you give me a few ideas?
C: I don't know how to draw roses and I'm adding a rose to my character's hair fairly soon, any refrences on how to draw flowers in someone's hair available?

For doll joints just look at the naruto chapters that have Sasori in them, at least most of them doll joints, but mostly check out his fight with Sakura and that granny that is when a lot of doll joins can be seen, I actually used Sasori as a reference when I drew one of my characters Senmor, who is for the most part almost a complete doll who resurreccion is centered around puppets.

For more human-like doll joints, some Rozen Maiden fanart would do the job, I think.

Pad Chief ...you mean the nudey pictures good sir? Actually, anything with elbows, knees, and fingers is more than enough, unless you're doing n***s yourself. I'm the worst person to take art advice from, though. I can't draw.

@ Chief: I thought it was a girl immediately by the long hair, eyelashes and flower... The fact that her chest is flat didn't suggest to me that it could be male as well. Maybe you could do it in some... Slightly masculine clothing?
But it is still too rough and sketchy for me to elaborate further... I think Feiy's said it all.
DeviantART's good for references of Roses. There are a lot of useful stock images you could reference from, along with other people's drawings.
But sometimes you've just got to practise. A friend of mine loves art and draws pretty pictures which almost always feature flowers in them, so she's amazing at drawing roses. I, on the other hand, don't generally put flower patterns anywhere, so I suck at flowers a lot ¬.¬

Ah but I want to hit the very midpoint and that's incredibly difficult. I could just remove the lashes perhaps?
I want to keep the sleeveless top because it's just how the character looks, sorry if I'm being a bit pushy.
I'll go do all the things though after I feel I can confidently show you a improved picture. I worked on something buuuuuuut. It's not so great.

Look! Art! It's supposed to be KidMental's character (sorry if it doesn't look like him, Kid) But you know what? It was kinda fun to try drawing a character just by description. Can I try again? But with someone else's character? Just PM me if you're at all interested. It'd be free considering that you're doing *me* a favor by letting my potentially massacre your poor character's image.

Here's my second-ever commission ^^ It's supposed to be Tiruin's OC Kirin. I hope it's accurate-ish. Seriously! He might just be acting nice and being all like, "yeah-- looks totally like him," -thinking-: oh god! my poor Kirin! what have you done?? Anyway, that could be the case. I have four other commissions from Torsin (Zane), Asuma, Pharao, and EgyptianLollipop (i think that's her name). And maybe another for Tiruin. But if anyone would like some art, I'll be happy to add you to the list! Look! It's Kirin! (I hope)

 I think some proportions are off on this one, but still my best side view to date  I plan to attempt and color this one eventually  The original model for the Fear suit. The offspring of boredom and FMA/Gundam thoughts XD
