She snapped again, and three smaller fireballs did spirals around each other.
Until thief-sensei decides it's been long enough.

*wincing even more and trying to hide his pain Zyphier breaths in then does something that anyone with half a wit would do he starts to move his feet. He wasn't commanded to stand still just get on the coals. Though a person with the full wit would probibly jump off the coals. Though it isn't helping the smell of roasting meat that starts wafting about*

Seph ignored his question, plowing straight into his first lesson. "Next to the element that represents Lightning--'Rai'--Fire is the most reckless element there is. Respresenting Anger, Love, Passion.. Hate." Seph crossed his arms, looking at his Cadet. "All of these emotions play into your ability to use the element. But first, you must learn to respect this element, or it will not offer it's power to you."

Yes. Learn to respect the Ho, or it will thrash you.
Nyl couldn't help it. She giggled.

Well that makes sense. The Dragon desires things along those lines. Love, pleasure, comfort, food to feed the belly until full, and power. *Zyphier says he feet moving one down one up switching constantly his face a mask behind which there is hidden a lot of pain*

Nyl was watching by now, frowning just slightly.
"You know, Seph, I see what you mean, now. I don't think he's getting the point."
~But then, you don't exactly practice what you preach, either. You go all stonefaced in the presence of pain. xp ~

As the bookcase into the dojo opened up, two streams of cold air moved through. A slightly blue, mainly from the lack of oxygen, man stood in front of the three of them. His breathing was shaken, but the feeling of the room was slowly changing that. He slowly looked towards Seph and gave him a stare, the stare that usually meant one thing.

"Stop moving." Seph said. This dragon he spoke of. It would appear he had a natural affinity for Ho. If he planned on using it as Chakra, this habit would have to be broken. He heard Nyl giggle, but didn't know why. Did this amuse her that much? He ignored it, then took another sip of his tea. "There is a huge difference between this 'dragon' and your Chakra. Your chakra feeds your life force--IS your life force. If you don't learn to respect every aspect of Ho, then you will be limited to whatever this dragon can do for you. And I can promise you, my Ho will be better than yours."
He wanted very badly to glance at Nyl at their ongoing inside joke, but held back the urge, eyes still locked with Zyphier.

Seph grinned softly at Nyl's comments.
~I'm allowed to break my own rules every now and then!~ Seph's eyes didn't flinch at the feeling of cold air. But it did make him curious as he turned his head towards Tutsumi.
"I can't fight right now." He said, turning back to face Zyphier.

Nyl fought off a reply that would have been equally as bad. She wasn't helping Seph be his sensei self. She went back to throwing fireballs, looking with curiosity at the tetris piece man standing in the doorway.

The Dragon, that would be the 30% of my genetic composition that is a large scaled creature with a massive wingspan that breathes fire. *Zyphier spoke calmly setting his feat on to coals and repressing a scream of pain as his feat are nearly seared threw to begin with, and the smell of charing flesh can be smelt* Right not moving. not thinking about moving. So what's the secert to not getting 4th degree burns on the soles of my feat?

Nodding slowly, he slowly stood next to the new trainee, sizing him up slightly with a smirk before stepping onto the coals next to him, sitting down softly onto the coals to watch the young boy take his lessons.

"Ho, Tutsumi. I believe you may be showing off." Nyl glanced briefly at Zyph. "Fourth-degree burns don't exist, that I know of. Technically." She shrugged. "Seph's Ho is capable of just about anything, though."

Seph looked at Zyphier unamused. "There are only three degree's of burns." He sighed some, nodding his head to the side. "You must use whichever relative emotion is most powerful for you at the time, in order to use a powerful attack. For instance, if you fall in love with someone, that would be a proper emotion to use when conjuring the Fire Element with your chakra. When fighting an arch enemy, or a rival, Hate or Anger would be ideal emotions. The most important rule to Ho is, you must not be apathetic."
He turned to look at Nyl, now. "I don't know. My Ho can be very lazy sometimes."

Third is when your flesh turns black. 4th is when there is no flesh left, not even blackened remains, Nyl.
