All jerky is salty to some degree. I had a nice hickory somked veal jerkey once.

theres two things i wont eat. Rabbit and real veal, real being the ungodly expensive meat where the baby cow was never allowed to walk. Common veal is just baby cow but it at least got to walk >.<
I had a pet rabbit so i refuse to eat any possible realative.
Other then that its free game, though i think lamb tastes kindda gross.
