The third phase is completed and all three of the missing nin concealed as Shade Cell genins become chunin. One of the Sand Ninja who joined Nexus also was promoted to chunin.
The concealed shade cell leaves after the announcement. Never again will they be seen, until the unusual appearance of the Vine Village in the Carrion Lands years later...a little over four years later. Yet before the three leave advice is given by those of the higher rank and a location is also given by the same.
