Shukoshu walked over to and picked Kanna up, placing her in a bed inside the medical tent. He placed an ear against her womb, sighing in relief when he felt the faint flutter of his children's heartbeats. "It seems she did not kill them after all. But Kanna should stay out of the rest of the tournament lest she risk losing them." He softly kissed his mate.

Kanna reflexively wrapped her arms around Shukoshu's neck and pulled him down on top of her as she cuddled him sleepily.

Shukoshu was surprised but wrapped his arms around her, softly nuzzling her. "Enough energy to cuddle, my love?"

Kanna's eyes fluttered open and she saw Shukoshu on top of her. "What are you doing?" she said squeezing him tightly.

Haru should have counted herself lucky that Shukoshu's presence had distracted Kanna, but she was too stubborn to consider the consequences. She was also highly annoyed with herself for not being strong enough.
"Are you two talking about me over there?" She reached for an empty pill bottle with her good arm and threw it at them. Though she was severely injured and unable to fend off an attack, her fighting spirit still flashed in her eyes.

Shukoshu glared at her. "You will be forfeiting the next match, and that is final." He growled at her as he passes Haru. Without him there, Haru would be more susceptible to hormonal attack.
. o O ( Since the matches got all jumbled up because of people quitting and what not, or not being active, I am going to have to try and be fair in the next match. )

Kanna crossed her arms but knew that her mates choice was final. "Fine then you." she said in irritation before spitting at Haru. "Stupid little b***h. Like you'd make a good anecdote to my pups. I'm certainly not going to be speaking about you with my mate."

"It looks like since Kanna will not endanger her children, Shukoshu and Shijinko will be the final participants."
An ANBU appeared. "After some careful consideration, Kanna Yajuu will be forfeiting for personal reasons. This leaves the final two participants, Shukoshu Kakuzu and Shijinko Aburame, to compete in the finals for the automatic promotion. Please, both participants step up to the arena."
