Quinn smiled sheepishly. "Ai... goodnight Kimiko. It was nice meeting you," he said politly, then looked about for a moment and sighted a cabin with no lights on that didn't look inhabited and began going towards it. Halfway there he turned aroudn a bit and waved. "See you latter!" he said jsut loud enough for her to har, but hopefully not loud enoug hto wake anyone already sleeping. Which reminded him how tired he was.... As his hand turned the doorknob and opened the cabin door, reavealing it was indeed thankfully vacant, he want inside and his mind was on nothing but the bed, and sleep.

Kimiko giggled and waved to Quinn, a faint white aura surrounding her as she made her way towards one of the cabins that was luminated.
She stepped up the stairs and giggled to herself, stepping quietly as she crept to the door. Please don't get too angry, sister! She giggled silently as she lifted her hand to knock on the door.

Kalan stretched out on the grass by the lake and looked up at the sky. Throwing his arm over his face to block the view he sighed and thought about Akki. He'd been home a few days already and hadn't seen her, and for some reason, coming to the place that had brought them so close together felt natural. Sighing deeply again he shifted his head on the grass and let go of his tight grip on the pack next to him. "I need some friends," he blurted out to the water.

Kimiko wandered from the forest, humming a light tune to herself. She hadn't been paying attention to where her steps were taking her, and the sight of the lake infront of her made her smile. She remembered this place, and seeing it in the daytime made it that much more beautiful. Poising herself to dash to the waters edge, she stopped, pausing to look to the boy that lay near by. Oh...she purred to herself, drawing a pale hand to her cheek. She didn't want to surprise him, so she called out to him in a rather cheery tone. Excuse meeee! Are you alright? She stayed where she stood a moment, trying to gather whether or not the boy was waiting for someone.

Hearing someone nearby call out, Kalan lifted himself onto his elbows and looked around. There was only him, a rather pretty girl, and the lake. Shrugging he sat up some more and called back, "Hey, can I help you?" Shaking his head, he couldn't belive how stiff he sounded. Even after all this time he was still a shy little boy. If I'm going to make friends, he thought to himself, this has gotta change. Waving the girl over he patted the grass next him in invitation.

Kimiko giggled inwardly, displaying a bright smile on her purple-toned lips. She moved closer, her steps a sort of dance over the grass and randomly growing buds, and bowed her head to the boy. I didn't mean to disrupt your thoughts...I just wanted to make sure you weren't sad. she told him, her voice a sort of song. She shifted to her knees, her hands on her legs as she sat on her heels, and bowed her head to the boy again. My name is Kimiko...she offered, along with her hand.

Kalan paused, her hand was being offered but he couldn't tell if he should shake it or kiss it. Panicing in his head he managed to do a blunder of both. Wanting to die inside he smiled sheepishly and offered his name, "My name's Kalan. Kalan Nisha. It's nice to meet you." Taking his hand back and sitting up fully on the grass he mumbled towards the lake, "No, I wasn't sad. Just.. Alone."

Kimiko giggled inwardly and shook her head some. Kalan is a nice name...she chimed, looking to him with a tilted head. Are you new here? she asked, no other real explanation in her mind available for as to why such a good looking boy would be alone.

Kalan stopped brooding and smiled genuinely at Kimiko, finally appreciating just how attractive she is. "Akki is gonna kill me," he said laughing under his breath. "No," he answered more directly, "I've been here for awhile. Are you new?" He hadn't been around much, going to and from school and holiday but he thought he would have noticed someone so pretty and obviously cheerful.

Yes, I'm new here...she giggled, still sitting on her heels with her hands in her lap. She admired his smile a moment, her honey eyes dancing over his features as she gathered his image to keep. You're the second person I've been lucky enough to meet. she told him, bowing her head some as a sort of lazy nod. The other boy wore a scarf that had stripes like the ones on your collar...The same colours, too! She sighed a sort of happy sigh before pausing to dig in her pocket. Would you like some candy? she offered, her hand full of silver-foil wrapped squares. They're passionfruit taffies! she told him, her smile reflecting a sort of childish eagerness.

Kalan laughed, "Yeah, there are few Hogwarts students bumming around here like I am. Did you happen to catch his name?" Slightly curious as to whether or not he knew this particular Ravencalw, he filed it away for future reffernce. Peering down at the candies, he laughed, and upon looking up at her face, laughed harder. "You're very adorable, Kimiko." Taking a candy from her hand and unwrapping it, Kalan put it in his mouth. Surprised, he exclaimed rather loudly, "Wow! These are really tasty!"

Kimiko laughed softly, a faint pink flushing her cheeks. Thank you...she said softly, smiling brightly. I believe his name is Quinn...Famien, maybe? She tried her best to remember, and nodded as she decided she thought that was correct. Kimiko offered more of the candies to Kalan, to hold onto for later. These ones are my favorite...they come in a lot of flavors! She told him, sort of scattering what he didn't accept across her skirts. After a moment, she returned to where the boy had come from. What's Hogwarts? She asked, her eyes dancing over the lake's surface a moment before looking back to Kalan.

Kalan ran his fingers through his hair and laughed softly, "Oh, yeah, I've seen him around. A few years younger than I am." Putting the offered candies in his pack he looked back over the water and thoght about her question. "Hogwarts is my school, it's a boarding school type of place for Magic users." Dropping himself back down to the grass, Kalan smiled and wondered distantly if Akki had Ai with her.

Swaying softly as if to a song, Kimiko nodded some and glanced to Kalan. You have to go to school for magic? She knew things weren't the same here as the were where she came from, but she was curious and eager to learn about other stuff...Stuff she'd need to know in this world.

Kalan raised an eyebrow and upon realising what she meant, chuckled softly. "In a manner of speaking, I was born with magic and I go to school to learn to control it." Shrugging, he looked over at Kimiko, "Do they not teach control where you're from?"
