The world was a blur, and the great cat did not care of any others present on the streets, or any those whom watched. Perhaps they did not, either, so much more preoccupied with fleeing for their lives to the evacuation order. The air itself held a certain frenzy, though it was cool to the touch.

"It's all right!" Urged the tiger, trying to calm the boy. "It's not real - the black and crimson night, it...it won't harm you a...again! It's just a nightmare...don't think of it...Akeru, AKERU! Snap out of it!" Burning blue eyes met with large eyes, presently slightly crimson from taking in the sudden flood of daylight.

He stopped struggling futilely against the tiger, but his eyes had filled with tears. And for a long moment, he stared at the great tiger pinning him down with eyes filled with something beyond more than just mere acquaintanceship-recognition. His lips slowly parted, not minding that the dust of the ground mixed, filthy, with strands of his hair sprawled out like a darkly-colored fan, nor caring of the fragments of stone which dug into his skin.

He wanted the confirmation.

"But, it did happen." Whispered the boy, brokenly. "If...I...could end up like that, too...? With a murderer's face, and...a murderer's eyes... If dying wasn't allowed..."

The child covered his face.

"Won't it be better...to forget...? A secret I shouldn't know."

...

"Kuro...I'm...afraid..."

A blur materialized in the villages center and the form of an ANBU with a mask covoring the kitsune mask."ATTENTION OTOGAKURE!" Shisui stated loudly the proclomation to the villages center."A mandatory evacuation of all citizens has been ordered by milord Otokage Okazai Kasuke."Shisui paused."Prepare vital belongings and gather at the villages gates!"Shisui stated the villagers closest to him stared at the ANBU in disbeleif."an evacuation? what for?" a villager questioned only to receive a stern look from the ANBU."you dare question milord? just follow his orders..'tis for your own safety."The villager shrugged and began to retreat to his home..probobly to pack everything and the kitchen sink. The other villagers did the same and as they did shops around the village closed, their store owners retreating to pack what they needed."I hope everyone heard that.."Shisui thought as he stared into the villages center."If not...ill have to pass the message further."Shisui thought as he stared towards the housing district."Its Shifs turn now.."

((Entrance from Coming/Going to Otogakure
**Please see reference image in Previous Thread**))

The same mist that enveloped the Sound's borders quickly came upon it's gates. By now, the howl from Zenjin echoed into the village itself, the sound barely reverberating off of the walls and glass of the village's buildings. So it seems I beat even them. she thought with a rather calous smile.

Taking a moment to look around her, Nakamura noticed that several people were carrying small items, with a strange look of panic on their faces. With her intelligence, she immediatly came to the conclusion that it either had something to do with Kaida... or something else...

With a rather soft sigh and a roll of her eyes, Nakamura began to walk into the village, but stopped when she saw a single person ((Shisui)) standing in the middle of the emptying streets. His back was to her, but that didn't stop her from calling to him.

"Excuse me... but I'm not from around here. Could you inform me of what's happening?" Nakamura asked after getting within earshot of the man.

During this time, Zenjin, Hyousetsu, and Ayala remained just outside of the village. Watching as women, children, and scrambling men began to trickle out towards the village gates. So it would seem that the village is evacuating. he stated to Hyousetsu, giving him a low growl.

I did not tell them to inform the Kage the village would be attacked, if that's what you're thinking. Perhaps you should have a talk with them about tact when we return? he growled back, clearly not tolerating the blame that was being sent his way.

Will you two knock it off? We have to be ready for anything. Bickering about who did what isn't going to stop the fact that for some reason, they aren't complying with her wishes. Are they truely afraid of merely talking with a single shinobi from our home? Ayala pondered, her deep green orbs staring out of the shrubbery along with a glowing red pair and a golden pair of orbs. The three remained hidden, ready to strike should something happen to their charge.

Shisui's ears pricked at the shound of the wolfs howl. His mind was calm....although to his thoughts the village would soon be under the embrace of an icey grave.he heard the womans voice and sighed as he turned and stated sighing"if you didnt hear the proclamation let me inform you..."he stopped in mid sentence as he faced the woman his eyes went almost wide but his face suddenly calmed...could this be the nakamura woman everyone feared?the one that had attacked the village previously under the suspicion of kidnapped shinobi? He cleared his throat as he turned seeming to be stunned by the womans beauty."Milord Okazai Kasuke has issued a mandatory evacuation of all citizens"Shisui stated as he stared...maybe he shouldnt have...given the plans up so easily

Dash ran forward quickly, his team following behind him. The weight of the swords on his back jerking like a second heart as he went. Villagers had already started to pack their things and scramble around. The eyes behind orange flicked quickly from passing faces. He was heading down one of the main roads, and soon passed the Local hotel into the village center where the road had been hollowed out. He shook his head regretting the damage he had caused.

A voice boomed above them, and the man turned to his team assuming another shinobi had gotten there before them. He listened without looking, assessing the children physically and mentally. They seemed ready to go now. If anything he could leave them be and Xen would keep them in check. His thought were interrupted by another voice across the way, and out of curiosity he turned, however he stopped in horror.

"All of you." he breath was nearly gone, "Run, get Kasuke as fast as you can. Tell him they are here!" he erupted with an alien expression of emotion to his usual placid approach. The jounin whipped forward, flashing away and coming to a hard stop at the other end of the ravine in the road, his two swords gleaming in the sun, held down in a "ready" but nonthreatening position.

"Anbu! This is her!" he didn't follow up with any explanation besides 'her' his tone of emergency was more than enough. It was time to find her true intentions. The man stood heavily in front of the Kage, in full realization that the young woman before him could smite him in seconds whether his swords were exposed or not.

Nakamura was rather suprised that the village was being evacuated. Kaida... what did you do? Nakamura thought, almost voicing her distaste in her messenger. She didn't know what to take of the situation, but she seemed to be just slightly disturbed. All she asked was a gathering to talk, nothing more.

"I take it..." she began, but quickly paused after hearing a declaration from another. This is her! came a shout, and without having to determine who "her" was... it was clear they were referring to herself.

"As I was saying... I take it my messenger gave you some form of false alarm. Please, relax, does it look like I'm here to fight?" she asked, referring to her snow-white kimono which was decorated with several snowflakes. Her hair wasn't up in her fighting ponytail, but down in a cascade covering her back. Her Lilly shown brightly in the sun, but it didn't seem like they were going to be wearing formal clothes as she was.

"If you're afraid of some attack, you can be assured, that my companions will not attack lest I be in any danger." she stated, thinking for a second before pausing, wondering just what she should introduce herself as. Lady Aisukage? Lady Takikage? Simply by her own name... or better yet... by what she was known as?

"I am Nakamura Michiyo, The Snow Lilly of Aisugakure. I have come simply to clear the past of our villages... and offer my gratitude in your aid in recovering my shinobi."

Xenon's face was emotionless, his eyes evaluating the figure before his Sensei...or rather, squad leader, it wasn't as though he'd really taught him much after all. Regardless, it was her, the young woman from before. So she was with Yuki? No. No there was definitely something wrong here.

She was powerful, a kage level, that at least he knew from the attack, and something about her impressed him, but something here wasn't what it seemed. Raine had accused her as the one who'd killed Hatchi, and though it seemed his memory was not exactly reliable, but at the very least, from the appearance of Hiro, it would strain credulity if she wasn't at the very least associated with Taki...

Was she lying though? For some reason he didn't think so. She had no reason to lie, She'd caught them under dire straights, and had them trumped, lying wasn't a move that would have made sense in this stage of the game... If anything he'd half expected this outcome, which was why he would have advised against this evacuation. Securing the citizenry, yes, but this was too hasty a measure, a hasty measure exactly like that which caused the situation in the first place... now they looked like fools... fools that were liable to start yet another battle...

Kimiko reached for her Katana, but because of the woman's words, stayed her hand. They were from Yuki? But then... she wasn't exactly sure what to do. If they came to make peace...that was good right? Should she...she suddenly froze in confusion. Maboroshi was walking forward, his posture entirely unguarded. 'What the heck is he doing!!?'

Xenon Maboroshi was not a rash person, but times like this called for certain measures, and as far as he was concerned, this was the best way to handle the situation... he actually stepped past his Squad captain, coming to a halt no less than 20 feet from the formidable woman "Lady Nakamura... I would bow, but as of yet I've no reason to suspect you care much for formality, considering your lack of..." he blinked "Political tact, so I suppose I shall cut straight to my request." he actually put his hands in his pockets.

"I am Xenon Maboroshi, Genin of the hidden sound, and we met in the tunnels of the cult during the...incident..." he blinked "It is my impression that you mean us no harm, so, in return for informing you of your own misunderstanding not so long ago, I ask your patience in resolving yet another misunderstanding that has occurred between us..." he was staring at her unflinching with his golden eyes, the people in the already gathered crowds deadly silent...

Kimiko's hand was no longer on her sword, but oddly enough preparing to make hand signs. If that lady tried to hurt Maboroshi... she was gonna grand fireball her with everything she had... not that she thought it would do much, but she was a heroine, and heroes tried no matter WHAT the odds!

Nakamura remained silent while the young genin spoke to her. He must have either had nerves of steel, or hid them quite well to show enough resolve to approach her with the rumors of an impending attack. Not caring for formalities? Have you even looked at how I've presented myself? I even sent word so that you would be prepaired! she thought, her hidden left hand twitched beneath the kimono's fabric.

"While I do not approve of Kaida's message to you, I can't say I blame her. I had sent her here in hopes of having her learn patience, but it seems she simply spread word of an attack that would not come. As far as formalities go, I was hoping that the welcome wouldn't be as such..." realizing that she seemed to have gone off on a tangent, she regained her thoughts.

"Though.... I don't see any harm in having me wait for your village to get things straightened out." she stated, her right hand moved to her flower, adjusting it slightly before placing her hand gently out in front of the boy.

"If you would do me one simple request. Could you tell me what they teach you of The Sound and Snow's history?" she mused, curious as to what they knew of the attacks on either village... or if one village simply left out all transgretions of their own village. One needed to learn their history, unless they wished to be doomed to repeat it.

Looking into the child's eyes, she could feel a sense of familiarity... possibly because his eyes seemed to match that of her closest companion. Zenjin, inform the others that the defensive formation is unnecessary. They wouldn't attack now. I have a feeling that this could be resolved peacefully after all.

( confused It's not so much his nerves of steel as his faith in himself. He trusted in his assessment you meant no harm, and therefore wasn't afraid of you. It's not that he didn't know you could kill him.)

Xenon actually looked at the hand slightly uncertain then reached out with his own, shaking it, now actually showing facial expressions again. It was easy to forget that Xenon was only a teenager, a mere child, what with his hardened heart and advanced intellect, but a child still he was, and he looked now at the woman with a brief innocence, before he seemed to collect himself and it was gone.

He needed to remain in control, this move had been risky, and though he had faith in all his decisions, he knew how badly this could go for him if he didn't conduct himself properly. "Your good will places me in your debt Lady Nakamura, I would be more than happy to oblige your request." he released her hand, still trying to think of everything he knew of the villages past together... then he realized, that that wasn't what she'd asked. "In the academy, perhaps because of the rather unstable nature of our era, we learned very little of history beyond the shinobi wars, our own occupation and Kage's, and the origin of our village..." He looked behind at Kimiko "Off hand I'd say that most of my generation know next to nothing about it...other than that we are not on good terms..."

Kimiko was now almost at ease herself. She was looking at Maboroshi still in shock. Was he for real? Genin just didn't, just didn't, well they didn't stride up to the potential enemy and start talking, that's what they didn't do.

He looked back to the lady Nakamura. "I do know however that our archives posses unbiased opinions on the subject, explaining in great detail the many atrocities our village has done throughout it's history. However," he'd regained his stern nature. "If I may inquire...I would like to hear your take on the matter, Milady."

((That was Nakamura's assumption of the situation. While I; Rachel; can do nothing to Xenon, Nakamura could. wink ))

Nakamura gave a nod, as if to confirm that she would indeed tell him his desired information. "Believe it or not, that's one of the reasons why I wished to speak to the village. By now, I'm sure the Sound have quite a bitter taste for those of us previously from the Snow. It is for this reason, as well as others, that I came. Things are happening in this world and villages are being backed into corners. I shall indeed tell you exactly what you'd like to know, but I'd prefer to only say it one time." she stated in earnest. It was the village she wanted to address, not just a small group of their village.

"Perhaps it would be better for me to wait before obliging. Especially with the bits about the other villages. I'm positive... Kasuke? Was it? Would like to be informed of it." she asked questioningly of their Kage's name, having only heard it barely in passing.

Her eyes then drifted towards the one that shouted to the Anbu, he seemed to be quite skiddish for a shinobi. At least they taught thier Genin to be brave. she thought to herself, turning her eyes back towards Xenon and then to the young girl he seemed to turn to for a few moments.

Zenjin, when their Kage arrives, I'd like you at my side.

Shif blurred in seeminglessly from out of nowhere behind the Anzan ANBU."So...im guessing there really wasnt an attack planned."Shif asked the Anzan in a barely audible tone."It seems that way...hopefully this isnt some cruel elaborate trick."The anzan answered in the same hushed tone as a swarm of villagers came to the villages gates as expected and froze paralyzed by...fear?" shouted towards the crowd of frightened people."Please forgive us and Milord Okazai Kasuke....the eleged warning of attack was simply a misunderstanding...but please..listen to the words of Lady Nakamura....the Aisukage of the Snow"Both ANBU proclaimed as the words slipped from their mouths the crowed seemed to ease up. but some of the crowd mightve been thinking. "They might try to wipe the village out now while you finish!IDIOTS!"...or other things we wont even think to try to understand. Both ANBU turned to the Aisukage and politely saluted to the woman. Showing gratitude aswell as bieng polite.
