Reeve asks, dusting himself off. He touches the silvered part of his armband, and his finger sizzles as he pulls his hand away with a grimace of distaste.

"I came out here cause I thought you were hurt..." She retorted, placing her hands on her hips. "But I'll go if yah want. Whatever. Seeyah, cutie." She said, turning and walking off, placing a hand up as if it were a wave to say 'goodbye'.

He turns around and looks toward the courtyard, lightning crackling between his fingertips.

After a while, Sage climbed out of the cupboard he occupied. After stretching, yawning, and patting himself down, he began wandering around the kitchen. As he wandered, he took random ingredients and began mixing them in a bowl.

Irianna walks out of her room. The leatherbound book is held under her arm and her bag is slung over her shoulder. As she moves, the contents of the bag clink and chime.
The woman moves through the main hall, eyes staring ahead but her mind elsewhere entirely. She has been devoting nearly all of her attention to working through each step of her newest idea for the past several hours. This new trick is simple, much like her last idea, but it will take far more concentration and precision. The advantages of this idea over the gale breath Irianna concocted are that it should take relatively little chakra and that Irianna has already mastered one of the processes needed to make it work.
As she passes by the kitchen, Irianna hears someone moving around. She turns and stares through the door at Sage. The woman hasn't forgotten her near death experience with her last experiment, and she certainly hasn't forgotten Seph's insistence that she have someone else presence when trying something new. Iri's never made a point of having someone nearby in case of trouble in the past, but maybe she should ask Sage for help. Reeve or Yuki would do just as well, but she doesn't where they are.

The voice came from beside her, and then in front of her and then all around her.
"I wish you could get out of this tunnel...but to my likings, it's never ending." "Well I'm not exactly in the best condition am I? You should know that." The fierce protectiveness that seemed to be thriving within her flared as she fought her way through a few more. She just needed to keep the hits away from her stomach and pray for help. Clow in the middle of the forest, slowly let his eyes wander open, and his body came to life as he began to breath again, but heavily. He seemed to make it out of the genjutsu, but the scars from it were real. Clow was covered in scars and was sweating profusely. Only one word came out as he lay there.
"Nami..."
And then his eyes instantly became that of Level Four Sharingan without having to say the word or close his eyes.

Kotaru only snickered and appeared again, as a clone in front of Nami, holding out his arm as if to clothesline her. Nami ducked only just in time, stumbling a bit as she came out from under his arm. A hand reached out blindly to steady herself against the wall, heart thundering in her chest.
She felt a flicker, something, although she wasn't sure what.

As Iri looks into the kitchen, she can see Sage preparing another strange meal within a bowl. However, the bowl he's using is the size of his torso, and he seems to be stirring something within it.

(( Did anyone else notice the site seriously slowing down earlier? I tried to get on after switching to another page, but I gave up after about a dozen tries. Just askin' because I need to know if it's the site or my computer going haywire. ))
Irianna gives a soft laugh and walks through the door. She sets her book and bag down on the round table near the kitchen entrance and takes a seat. Instead of speaking right away, Irianna takes the two palm-sized fans from her bag and begins to juggle them as she did during the conversation with Seph. When she has a good rhythm going, she glances over at Sage.
"What do you have going now?"

((no, the server was and is lagging because of the number of people doing the easter activity and making rabid bunny use of the marketplace system. *runs back off to watch stargate*))
Sage doesn't reply for a few moments. During those moments, he instead sprinkles bits of strange spices into the bowl. As he finishes, he speaks up, " Making something...not sure exactly what yet...but it will make itself apparent when I'm done."

(( Ah, that's what I figured. ))
Iri shrugs and continues to toss the tiny fans. She lets herself become entranced by the way the light flashes off their metal surfaces. Her mind slips back to why she left her room to begin with.
I think I've got it all worked out. From beginning to end. It'll be hard to keep up during a real fight, but frequent use will make it easier to use. And as long as I stick to my basic wind currents and don't try for anything stronger, it shouldn't take much energy to keep the process going for extended periods of time. Yep, I think I've got this one finished. All I have to do is test it.

After a few more moments of mixing, Sage stops and takes a smell of his concoction. He holds the intake of breath for a few moments, then lets it out and speaks up, " looks like it's going to be a minty one..."
