Sage nods a bit, " The main problem I've been having is malnourishment...in other words: I haven't been eating enough. Sure, most humans would have found my food consumption to be adequate, even filling...but the more I think about it, the more I realize I've been skimping back to avoid appearing like some demonic being who's descended from locust. Well...that..and the food around here just doesn't seem to be as filling as the food was back home. In any case, I'll just be upping my diet from this point on...probably to about ten times what it was...I hope the people who stock the kitchen don't mind...hey, maybe if we're lucky it's a magic kitchen that restocks itself with magic."

White wings slump and Irianna tilts her head in the manner of a curious bird. "Eh? Ten times? But the way you ate when I cooked..." Irianna shakes her head, genuinely stunned, and says, "You said something that that insinuated that you're not human. Inhuman beings are cool. I'm one myself. But what kind of being needs that much food to avoid being malnourished?"

Sage shrugs, " My memories before the age of 13 are blocked off at the moment...My mentor said it was for the best...and that they would come back to me when the time is right. In any case...I know I'm not human. Humans...well, From what I've seen, they're just not quite the same...I mean, they look the same...but they aren't. And the ten times is an estimate more than anything."

No wonder I've always thought of this guy as a little weird. I have feathery wings and naturally control the wind, yet I do believe I'm closer to human than he is. Odd how those things work.
The woman sighs and puts her hands behind her head. "Well, I certainly hope the kitchen restocks itself. Otherwise, I don't think the dojo could support you along with the rest of its residents. And I hope you like to cook, or enjoy raw foods. Can't imagine eating that much. That why you thought I might store food in my wings?"

Sage blinks a bit, then shakes his head, " no...I thought it would be more polite to infer that you stored fat in your wings than in your breasts."
As he speaks, it has the tone of blissful ignorance, as if he spoke as a reaction instead of thinking about it.
oh...did I just say that instead of think it? that's not happy...I really hope I don't get hit for that...

At first, Irianna doesn't catch that statement. Then she thinks on Sage's words. She doesn't know what to think directly after she realizes what he said. Then a slow blush creeps onto her cheeks. There's a brief moment where Iri seriously debates kicking the sagehirn's a**, and she believes she could get mad enough to do it. But after that, Irianna thinks back to the tone Sage took upon saying that.
Surely he didn't mean to blurt that out. I mean, he's been a nice guy so far. Why would he go and say something that pervy on purpose now? Maybe it was just one of those stupid slip-ups guys make once in a while. I'll just let it slide this time.
Irianna clears her throat and bends down to scoop up her things, muttering as she does, "Oh, well at least you're honest about it. Erm, I'm gonna go--uh--find something to do. Eheh, I'll see you around."
And she turns on her heel, cheeks getting redder by the moment.

Nolah de Fanel Wolven Clow#2 "Can you keep up with me Miss Nami?"
The voice came from beside her, and then in front of her and then all around her.
"I wish you could get out of this tunnel...but to my likings, it's never ending." "Well I'm not exactly in the best condition am I? You should know that." The fierce protectiveness that seemed to be thriving within her flared as she fought her way through a few more. She just needed to keep the hits away from her stomach and pray for help. Clow in the middle of the forest, slowly let his eyes wander open, and his body came to life as he began to breath again, but heavily. He seemed to make it out of the genjutsu, but the scars from it were real. Clow was covered in scars and was sweating profusely. Only one word came out as he lay there.
"Nami..."
And then his eyes instantly became that of Level Four Sharingan without having to say the word or close his eyes.

Kotaru only snickered and appeared again, as a clone in front of Nami, holding out his arm as if to clothesline her.

Irianna turns her head just enough to speak, forgetting that her hair is pulled back and not there to hide the blush of embarassment on her cheeks. "Yeah, of course! Eheh, why wouldn't I be okay?"
She pulls open the door and ducks into the dojo, thinking as she does, That was REALLY awkward.

Sage blinks for a bit, then shrugs and follows her into the dojo. As he walks, he speaks out towards her, " well, your face is red...do you have a fever? If you do you should lay down and let me take care of it eh?"

She stops and turns to face Sage, trying to get her emotions under control. Her face is starting to return to its normal pale color, but still holds plenty of heat. Through the red, though, Irianna puts on a cheerful smile and says, "No, I don't have a fever. Perfect health, I promise!"

Iri smiles once more and says, "Don't worry about it. You didn't mean to say that, right? I'll get over it. I'm just kind of shy is all."

"Hmm, well I can tell you that being shy isn't a disease. It's an emotion. Like fear or anger or happiness. And like fear or anger, shyness can come in different forms or degrees. In my case, I tend to not be very comfortable around men. I'm usually pretty comfortable around you, but sometimes, such as when you made that comment, I'll start to feel extremely awkward or embarassed. After that, I usually start to blush or try to run away." She looks at Sage and asks, "Do you really not have a sense of shyness?"
