As Reeve recovers from the flinging, The Construct ((which I'm calling Emy from now on)) catches the remaining chain around it's left arm. As Reeve does his acrobatics in mid air, the chain sinks into the construct, collecting in the center of it's torso as the sword is slowly pushed out. Sage simply watches, as the Kunai find their way into the collar bone area of the construct. However, instead of even noticing them, the construct instead moves back into it's stance.

((and if your wondering oocly, yes, I do have an hp chart and I'm keeping track of how much damage I'm estimating your attacks would do.))

((ah, okay...well then...oh, and Iri could probably hear the two sparring right outside the main dojo's door...especially since reeve kicked off from it ))

As Reeve dangles 6 inches from the ground, Emy moves it's arms to hug Reeve in a powerful, Bearhug embrace. It's arms would wrap around his midsection, and begin to squeeze against his ribs. Meanwhile, the third arm of the construct rears up and moves to punch downwards onto the top of Reeve's head. should the hit land, it would be like getting belted by a Low circuit pro boxer. As the attack happens, Sage speaks up, " perhaps you didnt notice...but the third arm is to assist with grappling."

As Reeve does his handseals, Emy continues it's assault, making another smack to the top of his head. Meanwhile, Sage thinks...

good, an elemental attack...if he didn't use that I would have called off the fight...after all, I wouldn't want to risk having emy beat his brains out...that would certainly be embarrassing to try and explain.

Sage smirks. As the lightning strikes down from the heavens, Emy's horn catches it's notice. The lightning, attracted not only by the horn, but by the chain within the construct, runs it's course through the ectoplasmic body. In an instant, Emy goes from pounding on reeve, to nothingness. The chain that was inside of Emy falls to the ground with a thump, now a slagged coil. The only remains of Emy is a fine green mist, which soon dissipates. The strands of ectoplasm that connected the construct to Reeve fall to the ground, the ends that were attached to Emy smoking a bit, before they dissipate as well.

"Thanks for the practice run. I think my Construct is ready to battle with anything that attacks me after training."

After getting up from his position, Sage hops down from the monument and brushes himself off a bit. "it's certainly nice to be able to work on a full stomach....granted...if I keep eating like this the pantry is going to run out. In any case...how would you rank Emy? he's not as strong as one of the constructs my mentor could make...but he's pretty tough considering my level of experience."

Sage smirks, " No...most of the Spirits that are attracted by a Psychic's training aren't wielders of elemental energies. More of animalistic devourers of anything they can get their teeth into. With Emy as he is, I think I'll be fine. I just have to make sure to keep enough strength in reserve to summon him forth. At the moment...I can probably bring him into being 7 more times today..if I do no other psychic activities. And..as for pairs, I won't be able to do that yet...the only one's I've heard of who can do that call themselves Ecotopic Adepts."

Sage turns and looks to Iri, chuckling a bit. " We were just having a friendly spar eh? He even blasted my Construct back to the plane of ectoplasm with his lightning. Quite the interesting move that one. Too bad you weren't here earlier to watch it...it was a pretty interesting fight...even if short lived. Anywho, what were you up to?"
