Okay, so going all stelath wouldn't work against Batsu, Shinzu should've known it was unlikely, and he paid for it with two arrows to the shoulder. "Damnit, that hurt Batsu!" Shinzu yelled as he grabbed two Kunai, and wrapped one explosive tag around each. Screw stealth, Shinzu was a firepower base, not a range or support type like Batsu. As the Kunai got clsoe, Shinzu put his hands together, and set off the explosives.
Fuma Shuriken: Roll (12) + RAB (16) = 28 Hit

Reflex to Dodge Tag: 8 + chk mod (2) + 2 per 10 ranks in Ninjutsu (0) = 10 ( sweatdrop )

Batsu took the hits form the kunai and grit his teeth as he yanked the out. But much to his dismay, he saw chakra tags attached to both of them and the boy quickly threw both to the side and ducked for cover before the explosion went off. Okay, so Shinzu wanted to play rough? Fine. The boy hid from the other's sight and laced an arrow with his own paper tag. Shinzu was gonna be in for a rough fight now.

Shinzu watched as the Kunai blew up, grinning, figuring batsu would come out from the smoke, dazed and ready to give up. But he didn't, in fact Shinzu had no idea where Batsu went. Taking everything into account Shinzu decided to take a defensive stance, sacrificing any offensive manuvers, for a better chance to dodge any incoming arrow. Now he just had to keep his wits about him, and watch for an arrow.

Batsu came out from his hiding spot and launched an arrow straight at Shinzu, but he now knew that his cover was blown. The trajectory of the arrow gave it away, so he slowly jumped up to the rafters and found himself a new hiding spot as he watched Shinzu from above and lurked about. This was Batsu's area of expertise and there was no way the boy was going to lose this fight... friend or not.
Arrow: 1d20 (10) + RAB (19) + Weapon bonus (2) + Sneak attack (5) = 36 vs. 30 (Hit)
Stealth: 1d20 (8 ) + Stealth (8 ) + DEX (9) = 25

Shinzu grunted as yet another arrow found it's mark, somewhere behind him, but as soon as he looked to face where the arrow had come from. Naturally Batsu was gone. "Alright this is over." Shinzu said. "I know when I've been beat, if this keeps going all that will happen is that I'll be further wounded." He added, relaxing his body to further emphasize his point, adding a smile in for extra flavor. "Now if we're all done here, wanna go see about that mission to the village?"

Batsu jumped down from the rafters and landed right behind Shinzu. "If I get a bit stronger then I'll be a pretty tough competitor during the chuunin exams. I'll get to that and genjutsu right after this mission coming up." The boy put his hands on Shinzu's wound and began to heal him.

Shinzu grunted as Batsu healed his wounds, which always stung just a little, especially with open wounds. "Our whole team will be tough competitors. All I'm worried about is the written and Survival portion, but eh. You know you'll be our crutch during those early parts right?" Shinzu said as he looked to his teammate. "Alright that's good enough, let's go see about that mission shall we?" Shinzu said as she shrugged Batsu off and retrieved his equipment, before heading towards the stairs and up and out of the Academy and into the Village.

Batsu nodded as he looked around and made sure he grabbed everything, which he did. "I've always had my team's back when a mission came up. No need in charging that now. Just do your best and I'll do mine. That way, we will all make it to the end." The boy then followed Shinzu up the stairs and out the door.

He pushed the door open hard and at the same time yelled, "Bumu!" Of course she wasn't in there, but he noticed something on her desk. He walked over to a bowl of ramen, which she probably tricked a poor soul into buying it for her. He touched the bowl and found it warm. "Well she was here recently..." He headed out the door to go search for her.
He headed down the hallway and came across a janitor. "Excuse me, sir. Have you seen Bumu-sensei? A woman this tall, blonde hair, looks like a beautiful goddess, and probably flirting with every guy she sees?" It was kind of sad that he had to describe her in that way, but she was unique... The man smiled at him, "Of course I know who Bumu-sensei is! She practically gives me a heart attack when she passes by! Kids these days... I think I saw her go to the teacher's lounge..." The man said but didn't seem quite sure. Tenshi bowed his head, "Arigato!" Tenshi rushed off to find the lounge.
There was probably a reason he didn't know where it was. There were no signs to point it out and he never heard of one. No doubt it was a meant to be hidden from students so as the teachers could get away from the kids for a few minutes everyday. He had to admit, dealing with kids all day could be tiring. He searched around, but still couldn't find it.
He then had an idea. He walked around till he found a teacher and began stalking him, staying hidden. He managed to pick the right teacher, since he had no clue someone was following him and immediately went to the teachers lounge. The teacher stopped at a bathroom door, that Tenshi never knew was there. Of course, they took the extra precaution of taping it closed saying it was in need of maintenance. The man stepped between the tape and walked through the door.

Tenshi made it to the academy, now to find Bumu-sensei... wherever she is...?

TADѳɗɢє βѳɳus: 13❆ ╚════════╝ ❆Tenshi walked into the teacher's lounge. Their were teachers sitting around eating ramen, reading the current news, to sleeping, but BumuYsensei was nowhere to be seen. "Has anyone seen Bumu-sensei?" the sudden sound of a child in the teacher's lounge. A teacher stood up and walked to him. "What are you doing in here, and how did you get in?!" Tenshi looked at the female teacher, "I just walked in... nothing really preventing me, but answer the question. Where is Bumu-sensei?" The teacher looked at him, dumbfounded. "She left..."
Tenshi placed a hand on his head, Seriously... I figured that much out. Way to go Obvious-sensei... "Well where did she go? It's an emergency..." He didn't think telling her about the intruders would be helpful in any sense. "I think she went to get something from the cafeteria." Tenshi bowed his head thinking she could have just said so and ran off to the cafeteria.
Tenshi ran as fast as he could to the cafeteria, but he was lost. He couldn't remember where excatly he was. He looked around for some sort of sign, but of course, nothing was marked. He sighed and decided to run around till he could recognize where he was. If he could...
He looked around for anything that he could use as a starting point. Maybe his old classroom, or maybe a door that led outside. Of course the teacher wasn't very helpful. She didn't even point in the direction of the cafeteria. He supposed that was a defense of the teacher's lounge, since the other defense was easily flawed. They were a little smarter than he thought. A simple trick can easily fool others.
He eventually made it to his old classroom where the janitor was beginning to clean. Now he had a direction to go. He ran off down the hall through a set of double-doors. He ran up to the cooks, "Did Bumu-sensei come through here?" he was getting tired of chasing this woman. Why couldn't she just stay in one spot? "She went out to the pond..." one of them said and Tenshi darted through the academy...

TADѳɗɢє βѳɳus: 13❆ ╚════════╝ ❆Tenshi ran to the pond in the academy grounds, however Bumu was not there either. He was beginning to get frustrated with finding this woman. She just couldn't keep still for five minutes! He gave a sigh and walked to the water's edge. He found her pair of gloves laying beside the pond. She must have taken them off to touch the water, or something, but he was glad to have found them here. At least he could return them to her. He looked around for any sign of life who could point him in the right direction.
There was a kid not too far off who may have seen something. Tenshi ran over to the child. "Have you seen Bumu-sensei? Blonde pigtails, boots, headband on her head?" The kid nodded and pointed into the academy. He was back where he started. "Any idea where she went?" He shook his head, indicating that he heard nothing. "Oh well. At least I know she went back inside. Arigato!" Tenshi ran back inside. He must have missed her while he was lost in the building.
There weren't many places to look. There was Mokujin's classroom, the library, a few storage rooms, the gymnasium... she could be anywhere. He gave another sigh. It was going to be a long day... He ran off to the gymnasium to begin his search anew. When he opened the door, it was deserted and seemed like no one had been in there for a few days. He closed the doors behind him and went to check the storage area.
He made it to the storage rooms, but he also found them empty of human life. There were a few interesting things, including puppets, kunai, scrolls, dummies, and other junk. As he turned to leave, he spotted a young man and stopped him. "Excuse me sir, have you seen Bumu-sensei? Blonde pigtails, headband on her head, gorgeous but extremely dangerous?" The man shook his head, "Nope haven't seen her. Though I wish I-" Tenshi didn't waste time listening to whatever he was going to say and left to the academy library.
