It goes. I've got a lot on my plate. Full time work, graduate school, and family. Plus, all my personal projects like Bonny Buccaneers and Water Babies. And then in December, I'm going to try to volunteer at a marine wildlife sanctuary to try to get my food in the door for that field.

Mercy sakes! That certainly is a lot. Hopefully you have time to breathe a little. O.O At least graduate school is a temporary stress, right? Here's hoping you'r able to get that foot in the door. emotion_hug

aye, you always seem to be doing a dozen things at once. but, it does seem like it's fun in a certain way. leastways I'm hoping it is. your recent DA stuff has been very nicely done, and your journal entries are silly and upbeat, so I take that as a good sign. just remember to take a break when you need one.

School lasts for another year, but I'm hoping to be accepted to a pre-vet program, which means another 5 or 6 years of school. So "temporary" is rather relative.

A break is something that needs to be fixed. And depressing journals don't get any replies, which makes for poor conversation.

fair enough... but still, periods of rest are necessary to survive long enough to get anything done. can't operate on empty forever.

The trick it to keep a constant supply of fuel pouring on the fire at all times. wink

All of the above. Aside from illegal or unethical substances, I'll do pretty much anything to keep going. So far, the best things are: Coffee, RainyMood, hugs from my daughter, stolen moments of doodle-time, and the latest book from Dr. David Hulme (not the really famous one, the lesser famous but still super cool one who studies MiddleEastern History).

I know the feeling... and I'm dreading the fact that I am beginning to return to living like that... my days of sleeping in are over once again. xp

but I will look into that David Hulme.

Sleep? What is this sleep you speak of? It is a myth, I say. A MYTH! I know only of coffee and comas.

He doesn't write anything so beautiful as Sufi poetry, but he makes sense in his conclusions and he doesn't nit-pick about the small stuff. I enjoy the book because it's relaxed but solid logical thinking. smile

Check out Radioshack if you can. I got my friend a brand new 3DS on clearance for like $118 there. Also I might become store manager soon because our manager just left the company a few days ago. That would be awesome lol
